. The current rapid development of technology becomes an alternative for learning continuity, especially in the Covid-19 conditions. However, many educators cannot apply the technology related to Arabic learning. This study described the Arabic learning model by utilizing YouTube and google drive. The findings of this study were that the learning materials arranged in accordance with the learning implementation plan, then entered into Google Drive. The videos related to the material were distributed to students to listen and recorded what they heard. The novelty of this research is that the YGD combination can be a solution for online language learning such as the Covid-19 condition. While the weaknesses of research are related to language learning material in the grammatical aspect where the model cannot be found, so it can be the work of future researchers.

. The increasing of conventional productivity still depends on inorganic fertilizers. The use of inorganic fertilizers continuously decreases the soil quality. One of the problems encountered is the low availability of soil P. One of the efforts to increase the availability of P in the soil is by using Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB). This research aims to study the synergistic test between PSB and determine PSB isolates which can increase the rice growth in bioassay experiment. This experiment consisted of 2 stages, the synergistic test which was carried out in the Laboratory of Soil Biology and bioassay experiment in the Greenhouse, Department of Soil Science and Land Resources, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran from August to September 2020. The bioassay experimental design that we use was randomized block design (RBD) with 6 treatments and 5 replications. Each type of bacterial treatment was control, Burkholderia sp., Pseudomonas mallei, Bacillus substilis, Bacillus megatherium and mixed isolates. The data obtained showed that each PSB isolates were compatible with each other. The result showed that mixed PSB treatment improved rice growth.

. Paddy fields are the main anthropogenic source of methane emissions as a greenhouse gas that causes global warming. In this research, methanotrophic bacteria as biological fertilizers are used to reduce methane gas in rainfed rice fields and study the diversity of bacteria based on the application of these fertilizers. This research began with the cultured of the bacterial cultures of Methylocystis rosea BGM 1, Methylocystis palvus BGM 3, M. capsulatus BGM 9 and Methylobacter sp. SKM 14. Furthermore, culture production and application are carried out in rainfed rice fields. The treatments consisted of: (1) NPK 100% (P1), (2) NPK 50% (P2), (3) without fertilizer application (P3), (4) NPK 100% + Metanotrophs (P4), (5) NPK 50% + Metanotrophs (P5), and (6) Metanotrophs (P6). Analysis of the diversity of bekteri using the Deanaturing Gradient Gel Eltrophoresis (DGGE) technique. The study of bacterial diversity based on the 16S rRNA gene showed that the proteobacteria genus dominated the habitat consisting of the gammaproteobacteria, alfaproteobacteria and deltaproteobacteria classes. the bacterial diversity as fertilization P5 and P6 treatments the highest similarity, followed by treatments P4, P2 and P3, and P1. Dendrogram 90 DAP shows NPK fertilization treatment and NPK fertilization with methanotroph the same diversity of bacteria in the final phase of maturation, whereas control treatment without fertilization and treatment with methanotroph have different bacterial diversity. The treatments P1 and P2 have the highest similarity, followed by treatments P4 and P5, P3, and P6.

. In Indonesia, tourism development is not only focused on the islands of Java and Bali, but also in eastern Indonesia, such as in the East Nusa Tenggara. This research aims to identify the change in the lives of local communities from a socio-economic approach. This is a qualitative research which the data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that tourism activities on Rinca Island have not been felt yet by Rinca Island residents since only a few people have switched jobs in the tourism sector. From the structure of livelihoods point of view, there is no change as most people on Rinca Island are still working as fishermen. Meanwhile, the socio-economic impacts of the people on Komodo Island are different from Rinca Island. On Komodo Island, the most visible change is in the livelihood structure where the current population change their fisheries activities to a tourism work. Income from changing jobs to the tourism sector can improve the welfare of local communities. From a social approach, the positive impact of tourism development on Rinca Island and Komodo Island is able to increase local community participation. Although the impact of tourism felt by the people on Komodo Island and Rinca Island is different, the hospitality of the people in receiving tourists on the two islands has not changed.
