. Online learning practices have gained much attention recently not only as a result of the developments in network technologies, but also due to the Covid-19 pandemic. While there have been many up-to-date studies examining the students’ perception of online learning, there remains a need to examine it in a context of higher education students whose internet access in region is still limited. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to uncover the students’ perception of online learning through quantitative research design. There were 226 students who participated in this study and responded to a five-Likert scale questions on their perceptions of online learning. Having computed and analyzed statistically the responses, the findings of this study reveal various perceptions of undergraduate students of online learning. In light of the finding of the present study, some pedagogical implications are discussed.

Leprosy is one of infectious diseases that causes very complex problems, not only in medically context but also to social, economic, cultural and security context. Leprosy is commonly found in developing countries as a result of the country's limited ability to provide health and education services to the community to reduce the level of disability. The aim of this study is to collected data about the experience of leprosy patient to do self-care. The qualitative study was used to identify the themes related to the leprosy patient experience about self-care. Data were collected by interview recorder with voice recorder. There were 4 themes obtained in this study. First theme was the consume drugs, these themes were developed because the majority of the respondent said with consume drugs make the disease improve, the second theme consume nutritious food, the participant said with the nutritious food increase the immune body, the third theme was submerged, the majority of participant always do the submerge to repair the skin, the last them was rubbing with VCO, some of respondent said after submerge they continue with the rubbing the skin used VCO. Based on the result of study, the majority of the participant was do the self-care to prevent the disability, the result of this study to inform the self-care of leprosy, this disease in one of the neglected diseases but we still should to know because maybe around us this disease still exist.

. Indonesia has three special region and one capital city, namely Aceh, Yogyakarta, Papua, and Jakarta. Each special region has its unique and privileges. The enactment of Law Number 21 the year of 2001 has proven that the state acknowledged the existence of Papua as special region. This regulation gives Papua privileged in special autonomy to manage its region including in the process and mechanism of General Election, as Indonesia Constitution 1945 stipulated the freedom of speech, gather, and protect the rights of every citizen to fight for their rights communally to develop the society and state. The problem is, there was a case in 2019 where a Local Political Party in Papua was rejected to join the General Election due to the lack of Local Regulation specifically regulating the formation of Local Parties in Papua. Meanwhile, in the 2019 General Election, Aceh (as another Special Region) has one Local Political Party that participated the election. It seems that there is an inequal position amongst special region. This paper aims to analyze the legal reasoning and urgency of the local parties’ formation in Papua because it has the privileges to do so. The research method of this paper uses statute and conceptual approach.

. The existing pharmacological therapy of obesity often causes side effects. Therefore, this study aimed to explore active compounds derived from star fruits and Toddallia acuelata leaves extracts for development of obesity therapy. From phytochemical screening test, it was found that star fruits extract (SFE) contained alkaloids, phenolics, and flavonoids while T. acuelata leaves extract (TLE) contained alkaloids, phenolics, saponins, and steroids. Based on the in-silico study confirmed with a chemical analysis using the Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) technique, SFE contained Epicathecine Gallate (tannin derivative). Furthermore, the highest antioxidant activity was detected in pure TLE (58.5%) followed by combination of 25: 75% SFE and TLE (46.81%). In conclusion, TLE and combination of 25:75% star fruits and T. acuelata extracts become a potential obesity therapy. Further research is required for the investigation of pharmacological properties of those extracts.

. Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is a way of learning where a problem as the starting point for learning. This study synthesizes and analyzes STEAM PBL in order to build the best model for students. The study developed a model by combining PBL with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Education). STEAM PBL has one of the elements is the animation process of the results of STEM learning. Many learning models in previous research only on Problem Based Learning, or only on STEM, but they are not a combination of PBL and STEAM. The study was conducted in three stages: introduction, development and implementation. STEAM development model in this study was developed by two approaches development unit STEAM learning PBL working with teachers who have run both the STEM learning embedded in a subject or across subjects. STEAM pilot study conducted PBL in some high schools were selected purposively and involves students and teachers. The test aims to implement the model STEAM PBL. Test results show that schools are not experiencing difficulties in implementing PBL STEAM coherently (preparation, process, products, publications, products, processes). STEAM implementation of PBL also rated very good support, develop and practice communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking of students. In response to indicators of Understanding between the components, Preparation, Process, Product, and Ecosystem STEAM PBL, and implementation and student responses are related to one another. Cross-tabulation tables show that the higher the score on a component the higher the score on other components, for example, the higher the score on Understanding the higher the score on Preparation.

Livestock-associated methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (LA-MRSA) is a pathogenic bacterial strain that can infect livestock, pets and humans. LA-MRSA was identified for the first time in 2005 where the new MRSA clone of sequence type 398 (ST398) was grouped and identified in the clone complex 398 (CC398). Cases of LAMRSA CC398 infection began to be reported frequently in the next few years. From 2000 onwards, case reports of LA-MRSA CC398 infection are becoming more frequent. LAMRSA CC398 transmission to the host is generally mediated by physical contact with livestock, but also through contaminated dust. LA-MRSA CC398 has the same virulence potential as Staphylococcus aureus found in humans and is generally associated with the same clinical features. Rapid detection of LA-MRSA examination can be done with a nasal swab, it is very important to adequately identify individuals who have been infected with LA-MRSA and molecular detection of LA-MRSA CC398 using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Several other antibiotics such as linezolid, telavancin, daptomycin, tedizoid, dalbavancin, oritavancin, ceftobiprole, and ceftaroline have been developed and approved for the treatment of the LA-MRSA CC398 infection. Interventions that need to be done to prevent transmission and infection of LA-MRSA CC398 include screening, isolation of contacts, hand hygiene, cohorts, and decolonization as additional standard precautions.

. This article discusses the obligation resignation of members of the House of Representative/district (DPR/DPRD) when it will run into the head region. As a political position, DPR/DPRD members who run for Regional Heads required to resign first as mandated by the Constitutional Court Decision Number 57/PUU-XI/2013. It is considered as a form of injustice because the minister and incumbent as a political position are not required to resign. Even though the minister or incumbent's potential for abuse of power is enormous but only needed to take leave during the campaign. Besides, in practice, the abuse of the region head's authority often found the use of positions to mobilize employees in the regions. Members of the DPR/DPRD do not own this authority because they have no mass base and areas. Some of the questions that will answer in this article are. (1) whether there has been unequal treatment in this matter? (2) what are the constitutional Court considerations in determining the legal politics of this matter? and (3) Is the obligation to resign members of the DPR/DPRD still following the development of the political system in Indonesia?
