. The purposes of this study were to analyze the hygienic behavioral intention on students of culinary using theory of planned behavior (TPB) and to analyze the prototype of hygienic behavioral intention on students of culinary during practical work. Respondents of this study were 150 culinary students, either in Diploma 3 or in Bachelor’s degree (S1), at State University of Surabaya. The data of this study was collected by utilizing questionnaire method in order to know the attitude, subjective norm, Perceived Behavioral Control, and the intention to behave hygienic. The collected data was analyzed descriptively and multivariate method. The results of this study showed that intention to behave hygienic on the students was influenced by attitude and perceived behavioral control, which the attitude was influenced by consequence and evaluation, whether, PBC was influenced by power of individual feeling and ability to control his/her behavior. The subjective norm did not have any influence toward the enhancement of the intention to behave hygienic although motivation and normative belief had an influence toward the enhancement of subjective norm. Nevertheless, PBC had the strongest influence to the intention to behave hygienic.

. The quality of sanitation in households has not met the requirements of the health standard. The main agent of household sanitation is mother. It has not been firmly determined about the role of each family member in household sanitation management. This quasi-experimental research involved 30 households. The sanitation tasks were carried out by mother, father, and children according to the family agreement. Data were analyzed used paired t-test at a 95% CI. The result showed that division of household tasks gave significant effects: toilet is no longer breeding place for vectors (p=0.023), toilet is cleaned every day (p=0.000), and some waste was reused (p=0.010), and trash was disposed every day (p=0.023). All families are willing to carry out the household management tasks. The task division to all family members has improved the quality of sanitation in household.

. A good impression on the meal experience at a hotel restaurant is expected to affect customer satisfaction, give the hotel a good image, and encourage consumers to make repeat purchases at the hotel restaurant. This study aimed to determine the influence of customer meal experience on behavioral intention in the restaurant hotel in Jakarta. This study uses an explanatory approach involved which 100 respondents. Meal experience was measured using the FAMM Scale with three dimensions (product, room, atmosphere) and behavior intention measure with three dimensions (Loyalty to Company, Propensity to Switch, and Willingness to Pay More). Furthermore, the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential. The results showed that Customer meal experiences with Behavior intention have a strong relationship. The correlation coefficient value shows a positive value. It means that if the customer meal experience is getting better, behavior intention will also increase. The customer eating experience influenced behavioral intention by 29.6%.

. Students nowadays are required to master the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) which are related to cognitive competencies. Therefore, this research is aimed to investigate and analyze the cognitive competences assessment instruments. The sampling data was obtained from the 11th Grade English Classes of Senior High School in Bekasi via online classes during Covid-19 pandemic and was analyzed by using a descriptive qualitative method. Based on the data gained, it revealed the findings as follows: 1) The HOTS (ranging from C4-C6) assessment is not yet applied in the 11th grade senior high school, as the assessment instruments are still on the LOTS (ranging from C1 - C3). 2). The assessment instruments applied were still based on paper and pen, and far from practical matters. Considering the findings above, some experts believe that assessing HOTS is better to be applied with practical based assessment instruments rather than paper and pencil based. By that, it can be concluded the need of current HOTS assessment instruments should include the practical basis. Furthermore, the present research hopefully can be beneficial for related roles in educational levels specifically for Senior High School programs. In addition, this research hopefully can guide assessors assessing cognitive competences assessment instruments in order the quality of assessment instruments can be more advanced in the future. Finally, the assessment instruments are essential aspects in the teaching and learning process to know how further the students can acquire the knowledge, skills, or competences in classrooms.

. The externalization of an idea of respect for human rights in the pre-adjudication process - especially the investigation and investigation stage, has gained juridical legitimacy through the Constitutional Court Decision Number 021 / PUU-XII / 2014 by expanding the pretrial object in Article 77 of the Criminal Procedure Code, namely by adding the Determination of Suspects, Confiscations, and Searches. However, with regard to the Determination of a Suspect, Investigators always argue only on formal aspects through instrumental communication. Thus, the decision to determine a suspect is no longer a process of interpretation that is linked between the causes and consequences of the elements of offense and the process of finding and gathering evidence. This study aims to apply alternative causality theory as a basis for thinking in interpreting evidence in the pre-adjudication domain. This study uses a legal research method that uses a conceptual approach, statute approach and a social science approach from the Critical Paradigm with a critical discourse analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that there is a decision to determine a suspect which is only based on a choice of causes that lead to assumptive consequences.

The externalization of an idea of respect for human rights in the pre-adjudication process - especially the investigation and investigation stage, has gained juridical legitimacy through the Constitutional Court Decision Number 021 / PUU-XII / 2014 by expanding the pretrial object in Article 77 of the Criminal Procedure Code, namely by adding the Determination of Suspects, Confiscations, and Searches. However, with regard to the Determination of a Suspect, Investigators always argue only on formal aspects through instrumental communication. Thus, the decision to determine a suspect is no longer a process of interpretation that is linked between the causes and consequences of the elements of offense and the process of finding and gathering evidence. This study aims to apply alternative causality theory as a basis for thinking in interpreting evidence in the pre-adjudication domain. This study uses a legal research method that uses a conceptual approach, statute approach and a social science approach from the Critical Paradigm with a critical discourse analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that there is a decision to determine a suspect which is only based on a choice of causes that lead to assumptive consequences.","PeriodicalId":406252,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Education, Humanities, Health and Agriculture, ICEHHA 2021, 3-4 June 2021, Ruteng, Flores, Indonesia","volume":"91 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132981236","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
