. The political phenomenon that develops in the democratic order in Indonesia shows that local election (Pilkada) has become a "political industry" that requires large capital for investment. This research explores the high cost of contest local elections, which is then used by the cukong to become a partner for politicians in hunting down rent through the Pilkada. Our findings show that the Pilkada becomes an arena for battle between cukong, and regions that have abundant natural resources are contested by large local and national cukong to finance all the needs of the candidate's campaign. They control natural resources, so they are the ones who decide who is the regent, who is the governor. Natural resources, especially coal mines, are occupied emphasize as one of the main sources of driving the political machine, which has an impact on bad environmental management practices. A large number of political party leaders and several businessmen who own mining, large-scale plantations have contributed to the destruction and overexploitation of nature. Therefore, the issue of natural resources must be included in the agenda of local and national political processes and break the chain of political cukong with transactional natural resource rulers.

Manggarai inheritance customary law has a philosophy "ata pe'ang ko ata one". This philosophy has an impact on the dichotomy of boy’s outsiders and girls as insiders. Therefore, there is an assumption that the textual community positions boys as heirs (superior class) and women as non-heirs (inferior class). This assumption is investigated further. But the results showed that: (1) A small part of the textual community divides inheritance to daughters, in the form of private land inheritance, while communal land (lingko) is only inherited by sons as guardians of the clan. 2) The textual society is conditionally open to the distribution of inheritance to daughters, because it is influenced by factors of education, employment, economy. (3) The law system of the Manggarai community based in the future is inheritance customary law with an open patrilineal customary law system and gender justice

. The enactment of Law No.11/2020 concerning Job Creation (“Job Creation Law”) is one of the most controversial issues in Indonesia towards the end of 2020. Village-owned enterprise (“BUM Desa”) is one of the aspects that fall within the scope of this new law. This law changes the legal definition of BUM Desa. The change is not only important because it confirms the status of BUM Desa as a legal entity, but it also removes the concept of ownership criteria provisions as stipulated in the 2014 Village Law. The new definition also removes the concept of ‘separated wealth’ (kekayaan yang dipisahkan), which is the basic characteristic of public companies like BUMN and BUMD, as well as BUM Desa before the enactment of the Job Creation Law. Based on normative legal research, this paper seeks to identify the legal implication of issuance of the Job Creation Law on the legal aspects of BUM Desa. It aims to clarify to what extent the law addresses the various legal problems of BUM Desa and provides legal certainty for related stakeholders. The paper concludes that the Job Creation Law contains a number of provisions that have implications for the legal aspects of BUM Desa, among which: (1) the clarity and confirmation of the status of BUM Desa legal entities as stated in the new operational definition of BUM Desa; (2) The removal of ownership criteria from the operational definition of BUM Desa may open the possibility for BUM Desa to be controlled by private capital and dissolves the concept of village community ownership of BUM Desa; (3)The provisions regarding BUM Desa in the Job Creation Law has not clarified the misconception of BUM Desa as stipulated in the Village Law and the derivative regulations, but instead contains conflicting provisions that may spark further debate and maintain legal uncertainty in BUM Desa management and development. The implementing regulations relating to BUM Desa under the Job Creation Law to await finalization of the draft Law on BUM Desa to ensure consistency.

. The purpose of this research was 1) to measure the feasibility of developing interactive media based on flash player and video on napkin folding material and 2) to analyze the effectiveness through increasing student learning outcomes towards the use of interactive media. The research subjects were students of culinary art - FT - UNJ. Data analysis used two ways, namely qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis (t-test). The field group trial obtained was 84.38% and entered into the "eligible" criteria. Media is declared "feasible" based on the student's ability to use interactive media about napkin folding as a learning medium for basic courses on field administration. The results of the analysis of t count and t table (8,849> 1,697) means that the value of student learning outcomes using interactive learning media based on flash player and video on napkin folding material is greater than student learning outcomes using power point media. The calculation of the effectiveness of the experimental group using interactive media about napkin folding resulted in 88% of the high product effectiveness criteria. So, it can be concluded that interactive multimedia based on flash player and video has a positive effect on its use.

Introduction: Cinnamomum burmannii (Nees & T. Nees) Blume which has the main content of Cinnamaldehyde has an anti-inflammatory effect. Research on the antiinflammatory effect of the essential oil of the bark of C. burmannii from Kerinci Regency (CBOK) has been conducted. Methods: The anti-inflammatory test of CBOK was carried out using Wistar rats. The anti-inflammatory test was carried out by using the paw test. The volume increase in paw due to swelling were measured. Histopathological analysis was performed by counting inflammatory cells and expression of TNFα. The data analyzed were edema volume inhibition, the number of inflammatory cells and the expression of TNF-α. Results: There was a significant difference in the increase in inhibition of edema in the administration of CBOK compared to the negative control. A decrease in the number of inflammatory cells and TNF-α expression were observed. Thus, in this study of CBOK has anti-inflammatory effects.
