After all, the social education of children is shown as a means of transferring socio-historical experience, culture, spiritual and moral traditions accumulated by mankind, the people and society. The article presents social education based on pedagogical and theoretical ideas. Thinkers have always talked and are talking about the idea of educating the best human qualities in the rising generations. Kyrgyz people are one of the nations were able to bring to our days the rich cultural heritage of the nomadic ancient Turkic civilization. The geographic conditions of Kyrgyzstan have influenced traditional culture and beliefs, making them more protected from external factors. The original culture of the Kyrgyz, based on Turkic mythology, is manifested in rituals, ceremonies, beliefs and oral stories practiced in the provinces. Toponymic legends associated with the name of villages have a special place in terms of the mythological and cultural content of texts and also onomastics, because villages are «capillaries» that support traditional culture, pass it on to future generations and nourish national culture. In our study, the legends associated with the names of the villages Atbashi, Tamga, Toru Aigyr, Ak Debe, Aryk Uulu, Kalmak Kyrchyn, Kuturgan, Kulundu, Darkhum and Lebedinovka were considered.

Ibn Khaldun, who is not well known in Kyrgyzstan and has not been adequately researched, is a statesman who lived in North Africa in the 14th century and served in various states. At the same time, he is a very important name that can be evaluated in a wide range such as a sociologist, historian, philosopher of history, jurist, theologian, thinker, social scientist, cultural historian, political theorist, and educator. In addition to being an important contribution to the philosophy of history, Ibn Khaldun's work Mukaddime is also very important in terms of examining the social, political and economic components of civilization as a whole. Ibn Khaldun's life can be divided into two stages. These two phases differ from each other by clear lines. At the age of 45, Ibn Salama knew how to capitalize on the various opportunities and political upheavals that had to do with governance, right up to his residence at Ibn Salama Castle, and was Machiavellian, as he now says. In this article, the author substantiates the relevance of successful adaptation of university students to possible effective learning, not the ability to adapt and accept new conditions and requirements of the social environment and deprives the formation of professional competencies. It is important to take into account the regional characteristics of students, personality traits. The leading types of adaptations, forms and methods of managing the adaptation process are presented, which allow speeding up the process of students' inclusion in the university space. This is the introduction of the student to the new conditions of the university environment, to new types of activity. It is based on the contradictions between the requirements, the conditions of the new environment and the readiness of the individual for them on the basis of previous experience.
