The vital activity of the state at the present stage has affected all spheres in our country. The article deals with the problems of income differentiation of the population, in which the main directions of the social policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the negative consequences of economic development and social policy, which has recently given its negative consequences for socially vulnerable segments of the population. At the present stage, as evidenced by the world experience of countries with developed market economies, serious changes are taking place both in the content of social policy and in the expansion of the objects of its influence. Its impact is no longer limited to certain categories of the population. With the help of social policy, the state seeks to influence the behavior of households as sellers of labor, consumers, agents.

Kyrgyz people are one of the nations were able to bring to our days the rich cultural heritage of the nomadic ancient Turkic civilization. The geographic conditions of Kyrgyzstan have influenced traditional culture and beliefs, making them more protected from external factors. The original culture of the Kyrgyz, based on Turkic mythology, is manifested in rituals, ceremonies, beliefs and oral stories practiced in the provinces. Toponymic legends associated with the name of villages have a special place in terms of the mythological and cultural content of texts and also onomastics, because villages are «capillaries» that support traditional culture, pass it on to future generations and nourish national culture. In our study, the legends associated with the names of the villages Atbashi, Tamga, Toru Aigyr, Ak Debe, Aryk Uulu, Kalmak Kyrchyn, Kuturgan, Kulundu, Darkhum and Lebedinovka were considered.

There is a very close relationship between the concepts of language, society and culture. Language and culture are the most important elements that make a nation different from other nations. Culture is the accumulation of knowledge and experience that societies have acquired over the centuries. Language is the most effective tool that preserves and transmits this culture from generation to generation. In the language of a society, all the cultural characteristics are reflected. For this reason, researching language in terms of linguistics includes ethnological determinations. In this article, the concept of bride in Kyrgyz language has been researched in the "language - culture" and it has been seen that the bride is given great importance in the Kyrgyz society and its widely reflected in the oral culture.

Ibn Khaldun, who is not well known in Kyrgyzstan and has not been adequately researched, is a statesman who lived in North Africa in the 14th century and served in various states. At the same time, he is a very important name that can be evaluated in a wide range such as a sociologist, historian, philosopher of history, jurist, theologian, thinker, social scientist, cultural historian, political theorist, and educator. In addition to being an important contribution to the philosophy of history, Ibn Khaldun's work Mukaddime is also very important in terms of examining the social, political and economic components of civilization as a whole. Ibn Khaldun's life can be divided into two stages. These two phases differ from each other by clear lines. At the age of 45, Ibn Salama knew how to capitalize on the various opportunities and political upheavals that had to do with governance, right up to his residence at Ibn Salama Castle, and was Machiavellian, as he now says. In the second half of his life, Ibn Khaldun led a peaceful life, free from political problems.

Keynes on employment and unemployment, as well as the contribution of the monetarists, primarily M. Friedman. The purpose of this study is to summarize the theoretical approaches to accounting and analysis of the functioning of the labor market by the classics of political economy, representatives of Keynesianism, neoclassical scientists, representatives of the scientific school of monetarism. The mechanism of the functioning of the labor market and theoretical approaches to its analysis can be traced by examining various scientific aspects of the labor market.

Within the framework of which the main priorities for the development of our state are strictly defined. In particular, much attention is paid to the informatization of services and society as a whole, including the tax system. The tax service is faced with the task of reducing the level of the shadow economy. Another important factor is effective tax administration. In order to make it possible to solve these problems most effectively, work is underway to fiscalize tax procedures. Starting from 2019, the State Tax Service has been implementing the following projects: Electronic invoices, Automated control system for a gas station, Virtual cash registers, Marking goods with identification tools.

In connection with a new stage in the development of closer economic, cultural and social relations between our country and the world community, the need arose for a slightly different attitude to the study of German and Kyrgyz as a connecting link of interethnic communication. The significance of this article lies in the fact that it answers the most pressing questions, the solution of which will allow more practical and rational training of specialists who not only understand the language, but also speak it at a higher level, which will allow them to be correctly understood during business presentations or other negotiations at various levels.
