This article discusses the problems of development and directions of development of recreational tourism in the Talas region. The level of development of the tourism industry of the Kyrgyz Republic and Talas region and its importance for the development of the country's economy in recent years are analyzed, regional features of the tourism industry are identified, factors affecting the development of the tourism industry of the region are identified. Each region of Kyrgyzstan is distinguished by its diverse and attractive potential for the development of various types of tourism. At the same time, the region we are considering stands out for its originality, beauty, waters, monuments of cultural architecture, natural nature. Currently, all over the world and in all regions of Kyrgyzstan, the recreational network is considered not only in some areas of activity, but is also aimed at improving people's health, and also makes a direct contribution to the development of the region. Our route will be through the Talas region.

The significance of the completed article lies in the fact that its results can be used in theoretical courses in English lexicology, stylistics and text interpretation, in special courses on linguistic culturology and intercultural communication, as well as in classes in English and Kyrgyz as foreign languages. In connection with a new stage in the development of closer economic, cultural and social relations between our country and the world community, the need arose for a slightly different attitude to the study of English and Kyrgyz as a connecting link of interethnic communication. The significance of this article lies in the fact that it answers the most pressing questions, the solution of which will allow more practical and rational training of specialists who not only understand the language, but also speak it at a higher level, which will allow them to be correctly understood during business presentations or other negotiations at various levels.

The article is devoted to the development of relations between the PRC and the Kyrgyz SSR/Kyrgyz Republic in the 1980s and early 1990s. The declared chronological period is due to the fact that the last years of the Kyrgyz SSR and the first years of the independence of the Kyrgyz Republic are considered in the context of cooperation with the PRC. The development of border trade between the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR) and the Kyrgyz SSR as part of the USSR served as the beginning of the continuation of bilateral relations, where Kyrgyzstan acts as a sovereign state. As a result, the process of building relationships begins, the beginning of which is the settlement of border issues. Historical, causal and inductive methods of analysis will provide some insight into the beginning and development of bilateral ties, which served as a platform for the continuation of a full-fledged partnership.

This article discusses the increase in the communications competence of students through the use of information and communication technologies in the preparation of the Kyrgyz language and literature. According to the current educational program, it is impossible to learn and develop information and communication technologies, one of the foundations of information competence, and it is impossible to form and develop other major competencies. After analyzing the above definitions of "Information and communication competence", we can conclude that the following is common to these definitions: information competence is related with knowledge and skills of working with information based on new information technologies and solving everyday learning tasks.

The service sector is a rapidly developing sector of the modern economy. The emerging market required first the creation and then the expansion of the professional services sector. The most significant changes in the services market are associated with the transformation of demand for consulting services, the need for which is becoming more and more recognized. In the practice of many countries, consulting services are an important factor in the effective functioning and development of business entities in the conditions of market relations. The tasks voiced are quite complex, because the changing economic conditions caused by competition, modernize financial accounting and planning, analyze financial indicators, draw up and adapt such business plans that will provide smooth operation of the organization and achievement of the optimal level of profitability.

This article high lights the concept of the cluster and the advantages of the cluster approach, as well as in order to increase the competitiveness of the regional economy, it is necessary to determine an effective model of the regional economy that allows the maximum use of the existing potential. Cluster policy is one of the most common mechanisms for the implementation of state and regional economic policy. The main goal of implementing the cluster policy is to ensure high rates of economic growth and diversification of the economy by increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, suppliers of equipment, components, specialized production and services, research and educational organizations that form economic clusters in the regions. This article also highlights the main directions of regional cluster policy.

Traditions and rituals have shaped social life in India. Traditions continue to exist through Indian mythological and epic works. It is called Sati when a woman who lost her husband, threw herself into the fire where her husband was burned. Sati was banned in India during the range of Mughal and British rule. The way Sati is practiced has taken a different form and is still supported members of Hinduism. The source of this support is Indian divine texts. This article discusses the importance and ways of teaching adjectives at the English lessons. Adjectives are one of the most important parts of speech in grammar. By their expressive characteristics, adjectives occupy one of the leading positions among other parts of speech. Written and spoken language become expressive, detailed and informative due to adjectives. The use of various methods and approaches in teaching adjectives in English lessons is a requirement of modern methodology. The communicative technique involves active speaking, working with oral speech with the help of various exercises. The article also offers a number of exercises and games for the development of vocabulary and communicative competence of students when learning adjectives in the English language. These speaking and language tasks are a kind of foundation, the basis for the development of oral speech skills, a means of developing the grammatical side of speech, without which it is impossible to imagine correct oral speech.

In this study, the lack of access to schools, hospitals, licenses, and passports of slums who became common due to random urbanization, and a lack of proper planning, infrastructure and management in Bishkek, the capital city of Kyrgyzstan will be examined and evaluated from a sociological perspective. It becomes a huge social problem, since it wasn’t concerned by the Government. Recently, Government has started initiatives for solving it. In summary, this study examines the reflection of the political and social upheavals that took place in 1991 and later in 2005 and 2010 and the current situation and problems of the slums.

This article examines the features of professional competence of a teacher, reveals approaches to determining the essence and structure of professional competence of a teacher, identifies the features of the innovative educational environment, identifies factors affecting the development of professional competence. Professional competence plays a special role due to the fact that the education system is currently characterized by significant innovative transformations. Under the current conditions, a teacher should be ready for any changes, be able to adapt quickly and effectively to new conditions, show a desire to be a professional, constantly update their knowledge and skills, strive for self-development, show tolerance to uncertainty, be ready for risk, i.e. be professionally competent. Thus, the development of professional competence of teachers becomes one of the most important conditions for reforming education.
