Every large international company or new project inevitably faces certain difficulties along its way that threaten its existence. It is very important for an entrepreneur to be able to anticipate such difficulties and develop in advance how to increase the company’s efficiency in regional markets under conditions of uncertainty. It is necessary to assess the degree of risk and identify the problems that the business may face. In this article, we have proposed ways to improve the efficiency of managing large companies in conditions of economic uncertainty, where success in the business world is crucially dependent on the correctness and validity of the chosen business strategy. In this case, the probabilities of critical situations should be taken into account. It would be highly naive to think that entrepreneurial activity without risk is possible.

In this article, the professional competence of a teacher is considered as a set of generalized knowledge, skills and abilities that ensure the implementation of the content of state educational standards. The most common skill is the ability to think and act pedagogically, closely related to the ability to subject facts and phenomena to theoretical analysis. Ideally, the full compliance of the teacher with the requirements of the qualification characteristic means the formation of the ability to think and act pedagogically integrating the whole set of pedagogical skills. Regardless of the level of generality of the pedagogical task, the completed cycle of its solution is reduced to the triad "think — act — think" and coincides with the components of pedagogical activity and their corresponding skills. As a result, the model of professional competence of a teacher acts as a unity of his theoretical and practical readiness.

This article is devoted to research J. Balasagyn’s poem «Kutadgu Bilig» which is devoted to the study of philosophical views, understanding of the world, worldview, i.e. epistemology. The materialism of J. Balasagyn is closely connected with his spontaneous-dialectical views. He wrote that all the phenomena of nature grow and are constantly in motion in accordance with that change, that the old thing dies and gives way to the new, that human life is not eternal, that man is born again, grows old and is forced to die. J. Balasagyn used his ideas about materialism and spontaneous dialectics not only in the study of natural phenomena, but also in the study of social life. J. Balasagyn considered Kuntuduu to be a symbol of legitimacy. According to him, justice and morality are one of the most important qualities of a ruler. If the head of state rules fairly on the basis of the law, justice will surely prevail.

This research examines the main features of the world experience of state regulation of the agricultural sector and their effectiveness. The study is mainly based on the fundamental work of foreign scientists and identifies mechanisms for regulating the agricultural sector with government intervention. The experience of developed countries shows the need to regulate agricultural production. The «invisible hand» of the market can not create the necessary conditions for the full operation of enterprises in the agricultural sector, so it is necessary to have a targeted government policy to distribute a significant part of national income to support agriculture and its further development. Studies show that even in economically developed countries with a high level of development of the agricultural sector, there are no countries where the development of the agricultural sector is ensured without state participation.

The complexity and uniqueness of a work of art, which distinguishes it from other types of art, lies in the fact that any work reveals the author’s intention, and thereby conveys it to the reader’s consciousness. Creative individuals can accomplish this task in any way in a work of art. One of them is a reference to folklore. This study is focused on translating proper names, in particular, names in the religious context. There are Russian and English names that have a common origin or analogues with a similar sound. This is due to the fact that the spread of Christianity got Russian analogues for biblical names adapted to Slavonic phonetics around 990. The investigation is narrowed by considering names from the perspective of the biblical or religious context. Comparing the source text of The Brothers Karamazov by F. M. Dostoevsky with the target one done by Constance Garnett there were some findings that were worthwhile to share and served as an object for investigation.
