The issues of review-theoretical research of parts of speech in linguistics are considered. The paper discusses the principles of classifying language units based on the subject-substantial, process-significant nature of describing the extra-linguistic human environment, including the grammatical structure of words and their syntactic interaction. It is pointed out that in applying the semantic criterion of classifying parts of speech it is necessary to take into account the nominative function of language and is shown its dual nature, which complicates the identification of words and parts of speech in ways to describe objects, processes and their characteristics. It is noted that the basic parts of speech of the French language have meanings reflecting reality fully, while with additional parts of speech some difficulties arise due to the complex nature of the French word, manifested in a complex of phonemic and lexical-semantic units.

The article deals with theoretical issues of the development of conflicts in the organization. Various concepts, classification and causes of the origin and directions of smoothing conflict situations are given. The purpose of this study is to attempt to generalize theoretical approaches to the study of conflicts, to generalize the concepts presented in different scientific directions, to classify forms, types, types of conflicts according to the causes of occurrence, coverage, involvement of team members, degree of flow and phase of development. The conflict from the standpoint of human resource management of an organization is a social phenomenon that occurs in every work collective. The main purpose of this study is an objective analysis of the features of psychological and pedagogical training of future primary school teachers, carried out to determine the most effective and currently available methods of professional training of future teachers in higher educational institutions. The leading approach in this study was a combination of methods of system analysis of the training of future primary school teachers in the system of higher education and analytical research of modern methods of improving the psychological stability of future teachers and the development of their professional competences.

Despite the well-known scientific and practical achievements in the field of marketing, it can be said that there are a number of unresolved issues related to the management of the marketing system within the company and the establishment of interaction between business entities. This is especially true for companies selling technically complex products. Such companies create a marketing network, not a sales channel, that develops ways to deliver goods and services to average or end consumers. The problem of such companies is the sale of technically complex goods, in addition to product characteristics, staff competence or commercial aspects of interaction (range, prices, delivery terms), important indicators of psychological communication are established, such as trust, willingness to cooperate, willingness to work together and compromise.

In the article, the author considers the philosophical theory of the famous Chinese scientist, philosopher, linguist Cai Yi about the category “beauty”. In his researches, Cai Yi put forward the theory that “beauty” is an objective reality, or a reflection in our subjective consciousness of this objective reality. In his reasoning’s about beauty, Cai Yi relies on the Marxist theory of values, for which was important to answer the question of the primacy of matter and spirit. The author focuses on the fact that Cai Yi, who took Marxist philosophy as a basis, put forward the theory that beauty, as an aesthetic category, characterizes phenomena from the point of view of perfection, so that, it has the highest aesthetic value.

The lexical meaning of relatively ‘free’ word-combinations is the combined meaning of the component parts. But they are ‘free’ only in inverted commas because of the rules of lexical-phraseological combinability of words of this or that language. Substitutability of lexical components is the distinguishing feature of ‘free’ word-combinations in contrast to phraseological units. The latter, although consist of several words, semantically whole and convey a global meaning. Phraseological units are reproduced in speech.

The article discusses some game teaching methods and their use in Chinese classes. Chinese games are a great way to learn a language, they are also a good way to keep students motivated, they help to learn vocabulary and grammar in an easy way, and they contribute to the effective presentation of new material. Studying the material through the game, the student gets the impression that the Chinese language is interesting, it is informative, thus advancing him to new steps in learning the language. And another important role of games is to diversify the forms of studying and reproducing language material, to beat the same material in different forms. This type of work has not only a pragmatic effect and great general educational significance, but also allows the teachers themselves to perform an important function - not just to explain the educational material to students, but to instill in students an interest and desire to continue the learning process and improve their Chinese language skills.

This article discusses the life and work of Kul Kojo Ahmed Yassawi, a medieval (10-12th century) "holy poet". First of all, the opinions of Turkologists who pay attention to the issue of clarifying the place of birth and residence of Kul Kojo Ahmed Yassawi will be given. In particular, one of the folk tales about the poet's childhood was cited as an example. The only surviving work - "Collection of poems" ("Divani kikhmet") - is of a religious and mystical nature, the philosophical and didactic thoughts of the Sufis based on Islam are analyzed in the literature. This proves by example that Kul Kojo Ahmed Yasawi was a Sufi poet who founded the medieval Sufi movement. It is emphasized that the didactic ideas in his poems are still relevant today.

The tasks of this sector have been reduced to providing the population with basic foodstuffs, primarily food and light, industrial products. Currently, there are three categories of agricultural producers in this area of production: agricultural organizations, farmers, households. They make various contributions to the production of agricultural products, the individual ratio and quality of resources used, there are trends of unequal development within the main economic regions of the country. However, in general, the situation with crop production is still unstable.

This article describes the phenomenon of motherhood and its significance for modern society. An analysis of literary sources on the topic of psychological adaptation to motherhood is presented. The authors consider the importance and reasons for providing psychological assistance to women during pregnancy. The paper describes the problems of the psychology of motherhood as a scientific approach. The definition of perinatal psychology as an actual theoretical and applied direction is given. The concept of perinatal stress as a general syndrome is considered, as well as the problem of maternal stress as one of the particular manifestations of stress during pregnancy.
