In VUCA era, teachers’ creativity becomes crucial to help students overcome the surrounding rapid and complex changes. A creative teacher can create flexible, innovative, and responsive teaching methods responding to students’ needs to face the unpredictable and unstable environment. Teachers’ creativity also allows students to develop their critical, creative, and analytical way of thinking, along with teamwork and communication skill. Teacher creativity is so important that it is necessary to study how teacher creativity is viewed from the last five years research results, to provide a real understanding and follow-up in escalating teacher creativity. This systematic literature review is aimed to review research results related to the topic of teacher creativity. A systematic review protocol was designed and implemented in a systematic literature search procedure that was carried out on three data-based electronic platforms namely Sciencedirect, Emerald, and Springer Link. The literature selection protocol used the PRISMA method. The results of the literature study showed that the last five years’ research on teacher creativity is related to technology, STEAM, self-efficacy, educational environment, creative disposition, creative thinking, student motivation, and interest. Collaboration from related parties is needed in creating teachers who are creative in teaching. Teachers must be open to technological developments and leaders of educational institutions must be able to create a creative and innovative environment so that teachers can confidently develop their creativity which will effectively create challenging and innovative learning experiences for students.

The low motivation of students/santri in learning the Koran is still one of the causes of the low quality of education, especially in the ability to read the Koran. One of the efforts to increase the motivation of students/students in learning to read the Qur'an is by using the appropriate method. Along with the development of information technology, especially in the advancement of multimedia-based teaching media, the teaching of the Qur'an can use media more effectively. The design and development of this media uses a software development model with research stages including: data collection, analysis, design, implementation and report writing. The stages of data collection were carried out using the method of literature study and interviews, while in the analysis stage, the MDLC method was used. At the design stage a structured approach is used. Process design is carried out using flow chart tools. The results of the process design are used as a basis for developing user interface designs. The design of the resulting learning media was developed using Adobe Flash CS 4 and Adobe Flash CS 6 software. With this design, it is hoped that TPA Miftakhul Jannah Mosque can increase students' learning motivation in reading the Qur'an

Parents play an active role in guiding their children to learn to memorize the Qur'an at home. Independence is an effort to remember the Qur'an during online learning. Moreover, the author conducted research at the Daratul Jannah Tahfiz House, Tanjung Barulak, Batipuh District. This research aims to foster children so that the role of parents can help children who have difficulty memorizing the Koran during online learning. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method; moreover, the techniques used by researchers by using interviews, documentation, and observation. At the same time, the subjects of this research were parents and teachers. The results of this study at the Daratul Jannah Tahfiz House on Covid 19 have improved and are efficient. The number of those who deposited memorization to the teacher was ten people starting from the morning at 8.00 – 11.00. in memorizing Qur'an, parents play an active role in fostering children to learn the Qur'an. Moreover, parents control their children in online learning, and teachers also succeed in overcoming difficulties in children and provide facilities during online learning in remembering the Al-Qur'an; parents support their children in memorizing the Al-Qur'an and give appreciation.

Interest in memorizing the Qur'an is increasing until the Board of Education that organizes tahfidz appears. Many parents send their children to the educational institution of tahfidz Al-Qur'an. However, in reality, many of those who memorize the Qur'an complain that they have difficulty memorizing the Qur'an. This research aims to discover the Learning Strategy of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an in Improving the Performance of Tafsir Lessons. The learning strategy is aimed at male and female students at Boarding School Islamic Tarbiyah to improve the performance of tafsir lessons. This research method uses qualitative research. Data collection using observation, interviews and documentation through mobile devices. The results of this research show that (1) the strategy of hifdzil jadid in improving the quality of memorization of santri is memorizing with the tahfidz method and depositing with the talaq method, (2) the strategy of muraja'ah hifdzil jadid in improving the memorization of santri is muraja'ah using the taqrir method by holding mudarosah activities with sima'an between students (3) hifdzil qodim's murojah strategy in improving the quality of students' memorization is independent murojah using the taker method.Strategy

Social media is a change from increasingly sophisticated technology. the influence of social media is very much in the community, the positive influence is one of which makes it easier to memorize the Al-Qur'an. The running of the tahfidz program in schools is the authority of the school principal in realizing the sustainability of the program by school goals. This is also the management of the principal to teachers in teaching tahfidz. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of the pesantren leadership towards teachers in teaching tahfidz at SDIT Masjid Raya Darat Batu. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were school principals and tahfidz teachers at SDIT Masjid Raya Darat Batu. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews in the form of conducting face-to-face interviews with school principals and tahfidz teachers who view the phenomenon under study. The results of the study explained that the SDIT of the Masjid Raya Darat Batu, the head of the school formed a religious position and appointed a special tahfidz teacher to educate students at school. The tahfidz program at school can run well, it is inseparable from how the principal's management and the teacher's strategy in teaching tahfidz in class.

For those who adhere firmly to Al Quran, Allah will reward them and their status will be increased by Allah SWT. This research aims to discuss the effectiveness of tahfidz learning over long distances at Musholla Nurul Huda, Indudur nagari, Subdistrict IX, Koto Sungai Lasi, Solok Regency. This research aims to find out whether tahfidz suadah lessons are effective or not. The method used by researchers in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. With researchers using this qualitative method, researchers can obtain accurate data. The method of data collection that the researcher uses is observation, interviews, and documentation. For the basis of the data, the triangulation technique is used which is one of the approaches used to dig and perform qualitative data processing techniques. The tahfidz learning system at Musholla Nurul Huda has not been effective because there are obstacles that make distance learning not run optimally. The lack of facilities and infrastructure in distance learning which is not yet adequate, and the large amount of money spent to buy internet quota, and the network which is difficult to guess is sometimes high and then weak due to being in the countryside. So that the learning given by the teacher is not 100% smooth or effective.
