This research is based on the problems found in SD Negeri 101797 Deli Tua, namely the science learning outcomes that are still low at the elementary school. This is evidenced by the discovery of several problems, namely learning activities for science subjects lack of direct observation and experiments on the material being taught so that students are impressed only by listening to the teacher's explanations and memorizing textbooks, Student Worksheets (LKS) used are fixated on the subject matter. material texts and questions, and lack of developing student activities that are directly related to the student environment. From the problems developed by the CTL-based LKS, it aims to (1) create CTL-based LKS in the science learning of water cycle materials for class V elementary school, (2) to determine the feasibility of CTL-based LKS in learning science for class V elementary school water cycle materials. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg and Gall model modified by Sugiyono with 10 stages but the researcher only uses 5 stages. The stages in research and development are Potential and Problems, Data Collection, Product Design, Design Validation, and Design Revision. The product validation stage was validated by 2 validators, namely 1 media expert and 1 class V teacher. The validation results on the Contextual Teaching And Learning-based LKS by media experts obtained a score of 3.97 with a good category, and the validation results by class V teachers obtained a score of 4.27 with very good category. And obtained the average score of the two hali 4.12 in the good category. It was concluded that the LKS based on contextual teaching and learning in science learning for class V water cycle materials at SD Negeri 101797 Deli Tua was developed to be suitable for use as teaching materials.

This study aims to determine the effect of picture storybook media on reading interest in second grade students of SD Negeri 101797 Deli Tua. The population in this study were all second grade students, totaling 30 students. While the sample amounted to 30 students. This research is a quantitative research with the type of pre-experimental research with One Shot Case Study design. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. From the results of the research analysis the influence of picture book media on the reading interest of second grade students of SD Negeri 101797 Deli Tua is 0.709 which shows high results. This can be seen from the correlation between variable X (picture books) and variable Y (interest in reading).

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of scrapbook media on the learning outcomes of Civics Class 1 SD Negeri 101884 LimauManis. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 101884 LimauManis. The research sample was 30 students. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The research design used in this study was a nonequivalent control group design. The instrument used was a multiple choice test to determine the effect of scrapbook media on Civics learning outcomes. From the data processing in the experimental class, the mean value of the pretest = 65.67, Standard Deviation = 6.51. and in the control class, the pretest value = 52.33, standard deviation = 5.63. The value of the average in the experimental class for the posttest = 93, Standard Deviation = 7.27. and the average value in the control class for the posttest = 59, Standard Deviation = 5.73. Then proceed with hypothesis testing using t test. After all the tests have been carried out, a higher average value can be obtained using scrapbook media and can be seen from the results of the calculation of tcount of 14.6, while the magnitude of ttable is 2.04. In other words tcount>ttable.it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of scrapbook media on the learning outcomes of Civics Class 1 SD Negeri 101884 LimauM

Kurangnya skil tenaga kependidikan dan pendidik UIN-SU baik dalam bidang pendidikan maupun pelayanan yang masih kurang memuaskan. Memunculkan urgensi pelaksanaan pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) secara konsisten dengan berbagai metode dan pelaksanaan penegembangan agar menghasilkan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang profesional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengungkapkan dan mengkaji metode pengembangan SDM UIN-SU, mengungkapkan dan mengkaji pelaksanaan pengembangan SDM UIN-SU, mengungkapkan dan mengkaji serta mendiskripsikan hasil pengembangan SDM UIN-SU. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengambilan datanya dilaksanakan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data temuan peneliti dilakukan dengan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, teknik triangulasi sumber, teori, metode, dan ketekunan pengamatan, adapun informan penelitian ialah tenaga kependidikan dan tenaga pendidik UIN-SU.Hasil Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya program pengembangan SDM di UIN-SU dengan menggunakan metode studi lanjut dan pelatihan untuk tenaga kependidikan dan tenaga pendidik. Dalam proses pelaksanaan pengembangan SDM, UIN-SU melaksanakan pelatihan-pelatihan yang efektif, baik untuk tenaga kependidikan maupun tenaga pendidik. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan selama pelaksanaan tersebut seluruh peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan sesuai dengan bidangnya masing-masing, kehadiran peserta yang ikut antusias dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan tersebut, jumlah peserta yang tidak terlalu banyak dalam setiap pelatihan akan semakin efektif dalam melaksanakan pelatihan. Hasil dari pengembangan SDM UIN-SU semakin meningkat yakni dari kinerja dan kedisiplinan tenaga kependidikan maupun tenaga pendidik, dan semakin berkembangnya skil maupun pengetahuan mereka.

Abstract. Students, will not have the success of science and will not benefit from the knowledge they have, other than if they want to glorify the knowledge itself, respect the experts and exalt it. It is explained that a person will achieve success if he himself glorifies something he is looking for; so too is a person's failure because he does not want to glorify something he is looking for. According to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the Book of Adab Al-'Alim wal Muta'allim, the ethics of a student towards his teacher is divided into 12 ethics, namely: choosing an educator figure; looking for competent teachers; obey the educator; glorify educators; fulfill the rights of educators; positive thinking in educators; pay attention to karma when meeting educators; manners when sharing the room with educators; arranged karma on the opinion of educators; show a happy attitude and enthusiasm for learning; pay attention to manners when communicating; arranged karma in educators in all situations and conditions. KH thinking Islamic education. Hasyim Asy'ari is very relevant when placed in modern times today. The learning process takes a long and gradual one. Science will not easily apply our hearts are still dirty with immoral actions. We need to purify our hearts to learn, so that what our hearts can accept and can easily be applied in actions that reflect good morals. Every action depends on the intention. Thus it is clear from the viewpoint of Islam that students have an obligation to follow the rules or norms that are in accordance with the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003 article 12 paragraph 1. to ensure the continuity of the process and education.

Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has had such a significant impact on the educational aspect of the current era of disruption, hence the emergence of causes in various changes, especially in the strategies and teaching methods carried out by teachers. The online learning method is a learning method carried out during a pandemic in accordance with regulations. The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of online learning models during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is a quantitative research with a non-equivalent control group design research model of experimental design (quasi-experiment). The subjects in this study were SMK Negeri 1 Siantar. Various populations in the research conducted were students of class X with a total of 68 people. The data analysis technique is through the Normality-Gain Test N Gain dan T-Test in both sample groups. The N-gain value in the experimental class was 53.77%, while the control class had the N-gain value of 59.30%. Based on the results of the T-test there are significant differences between student learning outcomes with synchronous learning methods and asynchronous learning methods. The level of effectiveness occurs in the synchronous method using video conferencing, so that the implementation of the synchronous method can improve student learning outcomes.

The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of online learning models during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is a quantitative research with a non-equivalent control group design research model of experimental design (quasi-experiment). The subjects in this study were SMK Negeri 1 Siantar. Various populations in the research conducted were students of class X with a total of 68 people. The data analysis technique is through the Normality-Gain Test N Gain dan T-Test in both sample groups. The N-gain value in the experimental class was 53.77%, while the control class had the N-gain value of 59.30%. Based on the results of the T-test there are significant differences between student learning outcomes with synchronous learning methods and asynchronous learning methods. Abstract: Our children are our future investments. Shaping a child's character is the responsibility of parents. Efforts to shape the character of children through education have been done since time immemorial. Various studies are also conducted to streamline the character formation process. However, the obstacles that come from the role of teachers and parents themselves are still an urgent problem. Early childhood students who are students on non-formal education paud and kindergarten. The learning a child receives is something new to them. In PAUD and Kindergarten more fun activities by playing while learning to read and write. This makes the barriers even more numerous. This community service activity seeks to answer the problem. The results obtained show that parenting activities are very important for parents. Various concerns of paud and kindergarten students about their respective children can be conveyed and discussed properly. Through this activity can increase the awareness of student guardians to establish cooperation with teachers and school well to realize maximum child development.

Abstract: Gross motor development as a process of developing physical movement through regular activity in the muscle and nerve centers. The research was carried out with the aim of increasing gross motor development in early childhood through jumping rope activities at Syaichona Kholil Kindergarten Balikpapan. The research was conducted using Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were early childhood students. The objects in this study are children aged 4-5 years through the gross motor skills of specific students on balance and strength. Techniques in collecting data by observation. The research instrument was through observation sheets. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. The steps in doing rope jumping activities are starting with the children doing pre-warming activities, then the students are divided into two groups, then the children jump rope with a height of 20 cm. Students who have jumped rope will be given a reward in the form of a star sticker. The gross motor elements observed in the jumping rope activity in Cycle I and Cycle II were balance and strength. The results of the research conducted that various components of gross motor aspects can improve the use of jumping rope activities. An increase in gross motor skills can be seen in the action before obtaining 14.28% or 2 students from 14 students with good criteria, in Cycle I obtained 71% or 10 students from 14 students with good criteria and Cycle II obtained 93% or 13 students from 14 students with good criteria. Students are able to carry out jumping movements with such a strong repulsion that they are able to land effectively and efficiently.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari sejauh mana peran shift model pembelajaran pada masa pand emi corona virus deseases-19. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, dengan shift model pembelajaran siswa terbantu untuk meng-upgrade relasi antara siswa dengan siswa, relasi antara guru dengan guru dan relasi antara siswa dengan lingkungan. Sistem shift ini membantu untuk menghilangkan kejenuhan pada diri siswa, dan guru di rumah, bagi sekolah atau siswa yang tidak memiliki sarana dan prasarana sangat cocok menggunakan shift model pembelajaran. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dan bagaimana kepala sekolah berkoordinasi dengan orang tua siswa berpartisipasi dalam proses pembelajaran jarak jauh. Hasil penelitian ini adanya upaya dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada masa pendemi covid-19 di Sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak Tunas Bangsa terbilang sangat baik, dari sisi perencanaan, mobilisasi guru untuk mengikuti bimbingan teknis, koordinasi dengan orang tua siswa sebagai “pelaksana harian” di rumah yang menggantikan guru untuk sementara dalam hal pengawasan, bimbingan dan terlaksanakanya pembelajaran jarak jauh. Kepala sekolah selalu memonitoring, mengawasi, mengontrol, mengarahkan, membimbing dan mengevaluasi program pembelajaran jarak jauh. Kemudian partisipasi orang tua siswa sangat kooperatif dan mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh sehingga pembelajaran terlaksana dengan baik. Pembelajran jarak jauh sangat efektif dalam evaluasi pemberian tugas, siswa mendapatkan nilai yang sangat baik, namun untuk proses pemahaman konsep, materi sedikit menurun dari proses pembelajaran luar jaringan.
