This study examines the leadership styles of seven Indonesian presidents, from President Soekarno to President Joko Widodo. The method used in this study is a literature review. The theory used in this study is the theory proposed by Northouse (2016) which explains 15 leadership styles, namely: Trait Approach, Skill Approach, Behavioral Approach, Situational Approach, Path-Goal Theory, Leader-Member Exchange Theory, Transformational Leadership, Authentic Leadership, Servant Leadership, Adaptive Leadership, Psychodynamic Approach, Leadership Ethics, Team Leadership, Gender and Leadership, and Culture and Leadership. The results of this study indicate that the leadership styles shown by the seven Indonesian presidents are different from one another. Farmers in the Kendeng Mountains are traditional peasants who are very dependent on natural resources. They live by relying on the natural wealth of Kendeng as a local economic power. The life that is subsistence and relies on reciprocity norms makes it vital in solidarity against the forces of capitalism to defend food sovereignty. This research attempts to analyze from the perspective of postmodernism which views the practice of neoliberalism as destroying local farmers. The discussion shows that the emergence of the Kendeng farmer movement is due to the threat of environmental damage, which disrupts their livelihoods as farmers. The Kendeng peasant movement cannot be separated from actors from the Samin indigenous community who brought up the idea of resistance. The Kendeng Mountains Caring Community Network (JMPPK) is a movement organization capable of building resistance from grassroots movements to national-scale movements. Food sovereignty is one of the reporters for the movement so that kendang farmers get full access to exploiting the nature of Kendeng with their local wisdom so that the Kendeng mountains remain sustainable and protected from damage. Food sovereignty can be realized through food security, using the state giving freedom of rice field management without any intervention from disturbing investors.

Documentation video is a video or photo that captures an important moment in an event. If a client wants to collaborate or needs and event organizer service, the main thing he sees is the portofolio, brand value and social media. In the modern era social media is now commonplace among Indonesia people, this is a great opportunity for a company to promote the services or products it sells.The main problem experienced by companies engaged in event organizer services usually occurs because of inadequate preparation, poor coordination, mistakes when compiling a budget, inexperienced event organizer, and also the lack of content or visual creative that can provide more assessment for prospective clients or customers, because people tend to look at their social media fist before contacting the event organizer it self. The number of services or competitors in this field, make companies think more creatively how their business can progress, grow and be able to compete with other brands. Therefore, a company, especially one that is engaged in services such as event organizers, requires documentation in the form of photos and videos which can later be used as a company portfolio or become content on social media, company branding and become proof of the continuity of an event.

Indonesia has experienced an increase in users of e-commerce platforms, resulting in increased income for sellers, both individuals and entities, who conduct online sales transactions. Therefore, the Indonesian government sets a tax policy for online sellers. However, the Indonesian government still has several obstacles, one of which is that e-commerce transactions have an eternal nature. To answer these problems, the author compares the taxation policies on e-commerce transactions that apply in Indonesia with the tax policies on e-commerce transactions that apply in other countries, namely the European Union, Australia, South Korea, India, China, the United States, and Japan. The writing method used by the author is a literature study method. This paper shows that the taxation policy on e-commerce transactions in Indonesia, the European Union, Australia, South Korea, India, China, the United States, and Japan imposes a Value Added Tax (VAT) or the like as a consumption tax on goods. And services as well as sales tax and Income Tax. In addition, several countries have created platforms or special teams to manage taxes from e-commerce transactions, namely the platform Mini One Stop Shop (MOSS), now called OSS (European Union); Korean Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) (South Korea); Professional Team for E-Commerce Taxation (Protect) (Japan). The population in this study was all student-workers at Pamulang University, who were Shopee users with 149 respondents. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with non-probability sampling, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program. This study aimed to analyze the effect of brand image and brand trust on customer purchase intention. The research uses a quantitative approach and descriptive analysis. Sampling using purposive sampling technique to obtain 60 observations. All statement instruments have passed the validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with classical assumption test as a prerequisite. Based on the analysis results, there is a significant influence between the brand image on customer buying interest. On the other hand, there is no significant effect between brand trust and customer buying interest. The F value indicates a significance level of 0.000, so the model is considered fit.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena bisnis Multi Level Marketing yang justru berkembang pada saat Pandemi covid-19. Keadaan ini justru mengakibatkan banyak masyarakat yang melirik peluang bisnis usaha, dan memutuskan untuk bergabung di Bisnis Network Marketing. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif, Subjek utama dalam penelitian ini adalah Mitra Usaha PT Natural Nusantara, bagian humas PT Natural Nusantara Yogyakarta. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan MLM PT. Natural Nusantara memberikan peluang usaha untuk memberikan solusi kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan penghasilan tambahan. Bisnis yang bisa dikerjakan online dan dijalankan dari mana saja menjadikan masyarakat mulai melirik Bisnis MLM yang terbukti masih tetap bertahan di tengah pandemi covid-19. Pendekatan ini mengarahkan para pembelajar untuk selalu aktif mengonstruk konsep, hukum atau prinsip melalui tahapan mengamati (untuk mengidentifikasi atau menemukan masalah), merumuskan masalah, mengajukan atau merumuskan hipotesis, mengumpulkan data dengan berbagai teknik, menganalisis data, menarik kesimpulan dan mengomunikasikan konsep, hukum atau prinsip yang ditemukan. According to Jasser Auda, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) states that the Human Development Index (HDI) of countries with Muslim populations is still low. Low literacy, education, political and economic participation, empowerment of women, decent standards and quality of life, and level of justice. To develop an analytical theory of Islamic law, maqasid sharia results from research by offering new ideas as a philosophy and basic methodology for current Islamic legal theory. Through two approaches, namely the first, the time and historical approach, Jasser Auda made a historical map of the development of Islamic legal thought starting from the era of traditional Islam, Modern Islam, to Postmodern Islam. Then the second approach, namely through a systems approach which is a kind of anti-modernity-style philosophical approach by bringing the basic concepts commonly used are Cognitive Nature from Islamic Law, looking at the problem as a Wholeness, interrelationships between values (Interrelated Hierarchy), involving various dimensions (Multidimensionality), and prioritizing and prioritizing the subject (purposefulness). The resulting research is in the validation of several ijtihad methodologies that are realized in maqasid sharia. Practically, this concept produces Islamic rules that are conducive to justice, moral values, expected life, and the development of humanity.

Takdir merupakan sebuah jalan hidup pada setiap makhluk yang Allah berikan nyawa kepadanya. Apapun yang terjadi dimasa kehidupannya sudah menjadi tabir kehidupan yang memang seperti itu jalan yang diberikan oleh Allah sang penulis skenario di alam semesta. Begitupun sebuah bencana dan maut, merupakan bagian dari takdir yang sudah Allah rencanakan jauh sebelum alam semesta diciptakan. Berbagai perspektif dan pandangan dari berbagai macam narasumber yang peneliti kali ini lakukan, guna mengetahui pandangan dan paradigma mereka terhadap takdir bencana dan maut terkhusus bencana banjir yang dikaji juga melalui Al Qur’an Surat An Nisa ayat 78 dan 79. Pada Tujuan penelitian kali ini peneliti mengidentifikasi serta menganalisis perspektif korban banjir tentang takdir bencana dan maut sesuai dengan Q.S. An Nisa ayat 78 dan 79. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dalam karakterisitik studi literatur, wawancara, dan data-data di media massa, seperti beberapa artikel, wawancara beberapa narasumber dan jurnal lainnya. Peneliti mencari rujukan di berbagai macam media massa guna memperjelas informasi dalam penelitian kali ini. Mengingat bahwa jenis penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur dan data-data di media massa, sangat mementingkan informasi dan kejelasan dari media massa dalam pengembangan dan pengidentifikasian kasus tersebut. Berbagai macam bencana di tahun-tahun ini sering kali hadir ditengah-tengah kita, hal inilah yang menjadikan suatu ketertarikan untuk peneliti dapat mengetahui sudut pandang berbagai narasumber dalam menyikapi bencana disekitar mereka. Terkhusus, kepada mereka seorang muslim. Sikap seperti apa dan hal apa yang akan dilakukannya ketika bencana dan maut datang kepadanya serta menilik dari segi takdir bencana dan maut sesuai dengan Q.S. An Nisa ayat 78 dan 79. Sehingga hasil dalam penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap muslim harus mengimani secara kaffah atau menyeluruh tentang takdir yang sudah ada dalam diri mereka masing-masing dan dapat menjadikan suatu musibah dan bencana ibrah, pelajaran, dan hikmah dimasa depan nanti.
