El proceso migratorio en Rusia (1990-2007) 俄罗斯的移民进程(1990-2007)

La Republica Federativa de Rusia, mayor entidad estatal derivada de la desintegracion de la Union Sovietica, fue protagonista de un espectacular movimiento migratorio en sus primeros quince anos de vida. En un principio, casi hasta fines de la decada del noventa, Rusia fue un destacado emisor de migrantes, pero posteriormente, debido a la progresiva superacion de la inestabilidad interna y a la notable recuperacion economica generada por los altos precios de los hidrocarburos, el pais se convirtio en importante receptor, presentando un saldo migratorio positivo al terminar el primer lustro del presente siglo. En los ultimos anos, el gigante euroasiatico presenta patrones migratorios similares a los prevalecientes en los principales paises desarrollados y como en aquellos es escenario de politicas restrictivas, que fomentan la discriminacion y la xenofobia y en ocasiones la violencia.******The Federal Republic of Russia, major state agency resulting from the breakup of the Soviet Union, was the protagonist of a spectacular migratory movement in its first fifteen years. At first, and almost until the late nineties, Russia was a leading issuer of migrants, but later, due to the progressive improvement of internal instability and the remarkable economic recovery generated by high oil prices, the country became an important receptor, showing a positive migration balance at the end of the first half of this century. In recent years, the giant Eurasian presents migratory patterns similar to those prevailing in the major developed countries and like those countries, it is a scenery of restrictive policies that encourage discrimination and xenophobia and sometimes violence.

Liderazgo informal en las organizaciones: Análisis sobre su impacto e influencia en la productividad y competitividad 组织中的非正式领导:分析其对生产力和竞争力的影响和影响

This research aims to analyze, from various theoretical and dialogic contributions, influences and impacts of informal leadership in productivity and competitiveness of organizations. For that, a reflexive hermeneutical approach to literature research, which allowed the understanding and interpretation of research consulted in libraries and electronic databases worldwide recognition was used. In addition, academic experts view the administrative field in Colombia were consulted to gather the voices and perceptions on the subject. The main results show that the informal leadership as a dynamic characteristic of the informal groups, by linking the human factor in the organization, can influence positively or negatively on productivity and competitiveness. We conclude that the management of this organizational phenomenon becomes a tool for competitive advantage in organizations through the improvement of functional variables of the company and the establishment of more efficient social relationships.

This research analyzes the evolution of artisanal fishermen Economically the municipality of Cienaga (Magdalena). The information was gathered by conducting two surveys, one in the year 2011 (397) Pertaining to UN internal Project Univerisdad the Magdalene and the other in the period 2014 (199), which allowed Build a database with social and Economic information esta study population . The analyzed results showed no hay great strides in socio-economic status of artisanal fishermen and in which the different modules of household surveys showed the stagnation and deterioration in the various levels of education attained by children and spouses of respondents also UN Deterioration in the way because there Waste Disposal UN Increased numbers of households who reported the burning of or discharged into the river and the swamp.

Selección del talento humano frente a la calidad de los servicios de salud en las empresas sociales del estado del departamento de Sucre 苏克雷省社会企业的人力人才选择与保健服务质量的关系

In this research, we are analyzing the selection process of human talent and the impact about the quality of the provision of health services from the ESE's in the subsidized regime in the Department of Sucre. The factors that generate impact on the users perception about the quality of services received, are identified and described. The information was taken from managers, employees and users from three ESE's. This people answered a Servqual questionnaire and an interview about this important matter. The results show high levels of dissatisfaction from users about the services received and high levels of uniformity about the answers between the Interviewed. We can see the use of techniques like friend relationship or recommendations from politicians in the hiring of human talent these techniques don't allow that the human talents managers be impartial about select the best talent to supply the vacancies.  In fact, this problem affects the health needs of the users, because they can't receive a timely solution.

La industria de la comunicación gráfica en Barranquilla, Colombia: Análisis sectorial desde el enfoque de las cinco fuerzas competitivas 哥伦比亚巴兰基利亚的图形传播行业:基于五种竞争力量的行业分析

A traves del modelo de las cinco fuerzas competitivas acunadas por Michael Porter se busca caracterizar e identificar los poderes competitivos de la industria de la comunicacion grafica en Barranquilla-Colombia. La informacion para el analisis es el resultado de entrevistas semi-estructuradas realizadas a tomadores de decision en grandes, medianas y pequenas empresas, junto con informacion secundaria. Se concluye que el sector tiene muchos competidores en su interior, los proveedores son identificables y no son exclusivos, los clientes estan atomizados pero exigen productos a la medida, hay entrantes potenciales con pocas barreras de entrada, pero el conocimiento de la region y la diferenciacion han servido hasta ahora para limitar su ingreso.******Through the five competitive forces model of Michael Porter, this research seeks to characterize and identify the competitive power of the industry of graphic communications in Barranquilla-Colombia. The information for analysis is the result of semi-structured interviews conducted with decision makers in large, medium and small enterprises and secondary information. The main conclusions are that the sector has many competitors inside, suppliers are identifiable but not exclusive, customers are atomized but require customized products, there are potential entrants with low barriers to entry, however knowledge of the region and differentiation have served, so far, to limit their entrance.

Estilos de liderazgo femenino como factor influyente en las habilidades de los equipos de trabajo en el sector asegurador 女性领导风格是影响保险行业团队技能的一个因素

This article was aimed to analyze the styles of women's leadership as a factor in the skills of the teams in the insurance sector. The research is analytical descriptive with a non experimental, transversal design field. The population consisted of 79 subjects. In the collection of data two questionnaires were used with 26 items for women's leadership styles and skills 9 items to work both teams with answers lickert type, being validated by judgment (10) experts; reliability determined by Cronbach's alpha formula getting styles 0.94 0.84 women's leadership skills and teamwork. As for the interpretation of data, it was used for descriptive statistics. It was concluded that the predominant female leadership style was situational, characterized by aligning employees to participate in development activities and enhance their performance in achieving the objectives; and promote the active participation of all members who form a team, to develop skills in their work processes.
本文旨在分析女性领导风格作为保险部门团队技能的一个因素。本研究是非实验、横向设计领域的分析描述性研究。总体由79名受试者组成。在数据收集中,采用两份问卷,共26项,分别为女性领导风格和技能,9项为两组工作,答案为李克特式,由专家判断验证(10);信度由Cronbach’s alpha公式确定,得到风格0.94,女性的领导能力和团队合作。对于数据的解释,采用描述性统计。结果表明,女性领导风格主要是情境型的,其特点是使员工参与发展活动,并提高他们实现目标的绩效;并促进所有组成团队的成员的积极参与,在他们的工作过程中发展技能。

La globalizacion exige a las empresas disenar estrategias que le permitan afrontar los cambios del mercado, para poder competir. Los proveedores son parte fundamental de la cadena de abastecimiento, por lo que administrar las relaciones creara ventajas competitivas y el logro de los objetivos estrategicos para todos los participantes de la cadena. Este trabajo busca identificar cuales son los atributos de la relacion proveedor - vendedor y que practicas empresariales promueven el exito del desarrollo de proveedores. La obtencion y recoleccion de datos se centro en la busqueda de literatura academica en el tema, revisando y contrastando diferentes aportes, reconociendo aspectos claves del desarrollo de proveedores.****** Globalization requires companies to design strategies that allow them to meet the market changes, to compete. Suppliers are a fundamental part of the supply chain, so manage relationships will create competitive advantage and achieving strategic objectives for all the participants in the chain. This paper seeks to identify what are the attributes of the supplierseller relationship and business practices that promote the successful supplier development. Obtaining and data collection focused on the search for academic literature on the subject, reviewing and contrasting different contributions, recognizing key aspects of supplier development.

Efecto apalancamiento en el mercado accionario colombiano 哥伦比亚股票市场的杠杆效应

In this paper the leverage effect on the Colombian stock market is analyzed, for this purpose ARCH family models are used to evaluate the existence of the effect in the stock market.  Specifically TGARCH and EGARCH non-linears models are used. The series chosen for this analysis are the Indice General de la Bolsa de Valores which is the most representative of the stock market, the COLPAC index, and six stocks. Finally we find that the Colombian stock market has leverage effect, ie bad news have a greater impact on the volatility of stock returns.

BEYOND TEXT: USING ARRAYS TO REPRESENT AND ANALYZE ETHNOGRAPHIC DATA. 超越文本:使用阵列来表示和分析人种学数据。

Recent methodological debates in sociology have focused on how data and analyses might be made more open and accessible, how the process of theorizing and knowledge production might be made more explicit, and how developing means of visualization can help address these issues. In ethnography, where scholars from various traditions do not necessarily share basic epistemological assumptions about the research enterprise with either their quantitative colleagues or one another, these issues are particularly complex. Nevertheless, ethnographers working within the field of sociology face a set of common pragmatic challenges related to managing, analyzing, and presenting the rich context-dependent data generated during fieldwork. Inspired by both ongoing discussions about how sociological research might be made more transparent, as well as innovations in other data-centered fields, the authors developed an interactive visual approach that provides tools for addressing these shared pragmatic challenges. They label the approach "ethnoarray" analysis. This article introduces this approach and explains how it can help scholars address widely shared logistical and technical complexities, while remaining sensitive to both ethnography's epistemic diversity and its practitioners shared commitment to depth, context, and interpretation. The authors use data from an ethnographic study of serious illness to construct a model of an ethnoarray and explain how such an array might be linked to data repositories to facilitate new forms of analysis, interpretation, and sharing within scholarly and lay communities. They conclude by discussing some potential implications of the ethnoarray and related approaches for the scope, practice, and forms of ethnography.

A research project was conducted ‒funded by the Central Committee of Research of the University of Tolima‒ for analyzing the adopted strategies by two organizations and the positive and negative impacts that they generated in business life: In order to select the companies that must be studied, was established it would apply a method of expert people of the region, with deep knowledge about the topic. This paper question is: ?how to select those companies using the more objective possible way? To answer it the consensus panel (expert) technique, was developed; it is explained not only its development view but the obtained results. It is theoretically supported on the issues of business history, strategy and on the conceptualization about consensus panel. The main conclusion is the consensus panel is an appropriate tool for using with management teams, whose characteristics are the knowledge and expertise in the business sector, the realization of their contributions and the set time for their activities. To the future, it is important the technique application in similar exercises for any kind of research project.
