A Study on the Complementarity of Merchandise Trade between China and CEEC 中国与中东欧国家商品贸易互补性研究

This paper uses trade combination degree and trade complementarity index to analyze the trade relation between China and 16 Central and Eastern European countries in the period of 2008 to 2017.The analysis proves that during this time the goods trade between China and these countries had low reliance degree . But the trade showed strong complementarity in some industries. Textiles, Footwear and Headgear and Raw Hides, Skins, Leather and & Furs are the highest complementary industries. The capital and technology industries, Machinery and Electrical, Base Metals and Plastics and Rubbers, are also highly complementary and on the rise. A Study of Domestic Movies Marketing Strategies Based on the Big Data of the Films Microblog 基于电影微博大数据的国产电影营销策略研究

With the development of our country's economic construction and the change of residents' consumption concept, the film market is getting more and more people's attention, and the industry competition is becoming more and more fierce. In the fierce competitive environment, the traditional marketing model has been left behind, the Chinese film is in urgent need of new marketing mode. In recent years, a lot of domestic films have achieved a substantial increase in the box office by microblog marketing, which makes people pay attention to the important position of microblog in the movie marketing. Study on the marketing strategy of microblog has an important reference value for improving the efficiency of film industry. Based on the collected sample data from Sina Weibo long-term practice, this paper constructs the factor analysis model and the hierarchical selection model of the domestic film microblog marketing, and according to different movie propaganda stage matching different strategies model Starting from the background of big data era. Finally, this paper verifies the rationality of these models through the example, in order to provide some theoretical reference and recommendations for the domestic film microblog marketing. 随着我国经济建设的发展和居民消费观念的转变,电影市场越来越受到人们的关注,行业竞争也越来越激烈。在激烈的竞争环境下,传统的营销模式已经落后,中国电影迫切需要新的营销模式。近年来,很多国产电影通过微博营销实现了票房的大幅增长,这让人们注意到微博在电影营销中的重要地位。研究微博营销策略对提高电影产业效率具有重要的参考价值。本文基于新浪微博长期实践收集的样本数据,构建了国产电影微博营销的因子分析模型和分层选择模型,并从大数据时代背景出发,根据不同电影宣传阶段匹配不同策略的模型。最后,本文通过实例验证了这些模型的合理性,以期为国产电影微博营销提供一些理论参考和建议。Keywords-big数据;国内电影;微博营销;因子分析;层次分析法

Promoting Shandong's Agricultural Industry Chain to the Middle and High Level of Value Chain: Theoretical Framework and Path Choice 推动山东农业产业链向价值链中高端发展:理论框架与路径选择

Firstly, the relationship between industrial chain and value chain is discussed based on existing literature. Then, based on the smiling curve theory, comparative advantage theory and industrial upgrading theory, the theoretical logical framework of industrial chain upgrading towards the high-end of the value chain is put forward. Guided by this theoretical framework, combined with the strengths and weaknesses of Shandong's agricultural industry chain, this paper explores the path choice to promote Shandong's agricultural industry chain to the middle and high end of the value chain. Study on the Influencing Factors of Private Car Ownership in China under the Background of Aging 老龄化背景下中国私家车保有量影响因素研究

In recent years, with the increasing number of motor vehicles in cities, urban traffic jams, air pollution and other problems have become increasingly prominent. There are a variety of factors affecting road congestion in China, including population, economic factors, urban morphology and policy factors. Among them, the population factor is particularly important, because our country has stepped into the aging society since 1999. In this paper, the factors affecting private car ownership in China are studied, and the aging population in China is taken as the main entry point to find effective ways to control traffic congestion in China. In this paper, it is concluded that aging of population has a significant positive effect on private car ownership in all provinces, however, it is not certain by region. GDP has a significant positive effect on private car ownership in all provinces. The main routes of public transport operation have a significant positive impact on private car ownership in all provinces. Bus routes have a significant positive impact on private car ownership in all provinces. According to the research results, this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations. Chengdu, one of the fastest growing cities in China and the world, has seen a steady rise in housing prices, but in the past year it has seen explosive growth, with prices in the main urban areas almost doubling from the end of 2016 to the end of 2018. As a new first-tier city, the fluctuation of housing price in Chengdu will also reflect the change of housing price in various provinces and cities in China to some extent. Based on the price of commercial housing in Chengdu, this paper conducts a corresponding analysis and research. The purpose is to have a more comprehensive and objective understanding of the factors affecting the housing price in Chengdu, and to provide a reference for the factors affecting the housing price in various provinces and cities across the country. In this paper, first of all, by consulting relevant books on the impact of housing prices, reference to the research results at home and abroad, to find out the factors that affect the change in housing prices, and then select the factors that have a universal impact on housing prices, and combined with the current situation of Chengdu for analysis. Finally, this paper USES multiple linear regression to analyze the selected original variables, so as to find out the factors that influence the sharp fluctuation of housing price in Chengdu. The research in this paper can help strengthen people's understanding of the causes of housing price changes in Chengdu, so as to better make the decision to buy a house and help the government set up better policies. Pricing and Quality Decisions in the Distribution System of Physical Books and Electronic Books 实体图书和电子图书分销系统中的定价和质量决策

Since the increasing popularity of electronic book cannibalizes the sales of physical book, publishers try to enhance the competitiveness of physical book by improving its quality in recent years. Inspired by this phenomenon, we establish analytical models to investigate the optimal quality and pricing decisions in book supply chain by game theory. We also analyze the effects of physical book quality and customer acceptance of electronic book on the publisher's and bookstore's pricing strategies. We find that both the physical book quality and customer acceptance of electronic book have a great impact on the publisher's and bookstore's pricing policies and profits. An interesting result shows that the improvement in the quality of physical book always leads to the increase of physical book's optimal price, but its influence on electronic book's optimal price depends on whether the market is price oriented or quality oriented. The Effect of Multiple Large Shareholders on the Firm's Value in China 中国多重大股东对公司价值的影响

This paper examines the effect of the multiple large shareholders (MLS) on the value of the firm. It also studies will the ownership gap between the major shareholders have an impact on the firm's value. The sample includes data of Chinese listed firms from 2008 to 2017. Our results show that the existence of MLS increases the firm’s value. In particular, the ownership gap between multiple major shareholders is negatively related to the value of the firm. Because the smaller the gap, the greater the monitoring effect of the second shareholder on the first shareholder. And finally the split share structure reform affects the empirical results of almost all Chinese stock markets, so we study the influence of the split share structure reform, and the results show that the impact of the split share structure reform is considered to weaken the monitoring effect of the second shareholder on the first shareholder. From the perspective of city innovation factors, based on the double difference model, the data of 12 cities along the Datong-Xian high-speed railway in 2008-2016 were used to analyze the impact of high-speed rail opening on the innovation output of small and medium-sized cities along the line. The results show that the opening of high-speed rail can not effectively promote the innovation output of small and medium-sized cities, but it is a significant negative effect. Due to the siphon effect of large cities and the neglect of soft environment construction in small and medium-sized cities, the innovation factors of small and mediumsized cities are squeezed. Therefore, the innovation and development of small and medium-sized cities along the future will focus on improving the soft environment, retaining and introducing new talents, attracting the accumulation of innovative factors, and driving the rise of small and mediumsized cities along the high-speed rail. Human resource capabilities are one of the key resources required for R&D organisations to carry out projects aimed at the development and implementation of innovations. Decisions on whether or not such innovative projects may be carried out are conditional on the assessment of the human resource capabilities R&D organisations have at their disposal. The use of this type of organisational capabilities facilitates ongoing implementation of innovative projects and supports the strategic decision-making processes regarding future directions for human resource capability building. The main objective of this article is to propose a set of methods for the assessment of an organisation’s human resource capabilities. A Study of How Stock Liquidity Differs in Bullish and Bearish Markets: The Case of China’s Stock Market 牛市与熊市股票流动性差异研究——以中国股市为例

Considering the market factors and industry factors, this paper conducts a study of the difference of stock liquidity between bullish and bearish market. The study takes 45 stocks respectively from 9 main industries in CSI 300 market as the objects, the 16th of Oct. in 2007 as the cut-off point, the sample period is two years before and after the point, uses t-test to examine the significance of the differences between two samples. The results show that the difference between the bullish and the bearish market is significant, the stock liquidity in the bullish market is significantly higher than in the bearish market, and the difference of liquidity in different industries also exists.
