One of the urgent tasks is the suffixes that make verbs from nouns in the Azerbaijani language. In separate researchs and monographs the issue of “productive and non-productive suffixes that make verbs from nouns” has been investigated by turkologists and linguists. While there is a regular attitude to the suffixes that form verbs from nouns, there is a double attitude to the suffixes that form verbs from verbs. The Azerbaijani language is very rich in verb suffixes. In our modern literary language, there are some unproductive and even to the archaic species that have disappeared by mixing with the roots of suffixes that make verbs from nouns. The heritage that Mirza Alakbar Sabir left for us has always been a source of inspiration for creative people throughout ages. People who are engaged in fine art have always highly appreciated this work too. It requires too much responsibility to address Mirza Alakbar Sabir’s poetry, one of the most famous literary figures in world literature. As if the artists who addressed this patriotic writer’s poetry, feel the poet and created unique works with an inspiration that they got from him. It is undeniable that Azim Azimzada played a vital role in publicity of Mirza Alakbar Sabir’s poetry. Azim Azimzada’s all illustrations are engraved in people’s memory. Average spectators can perceive artist’s illustrations too. By looking through illustrations, it is possible to guess almost all poems that they are dedicated to. Educating people who are indifferent to education and waking them up from this ignorance was Azim Azimzada’s main goal. Artist’s illustrations differentiate with its harsh ironic spirit which is the main peculiarity of Sabir’s poetry. We can definitely see the strong influence of Sabir’s poetry in Azim Azimzada’s works. This is the reason why Azim Azimzada is usually called as Sabir of fine art. Literary approach of artists towards Sabir’s poetry has still been ongoing so far. Addressing Sabir’s poetry by most artists is the sign of love, respect and curiosity to Sabir’s works and life. The purpose of this study is to study and analyze the experience of distance education in the higher education system of Azerbaijan. This study is a qualitative study that explores distance learning practices, and document analysis of quality methods has been used. The study identified the history of distance education, the world's first distance education schools, higher education institutions. At the same time, during the pandemic, statistical indicators of the change of the form of education and the transition to distance education and the number of students were determined in connection with the suspension of the teaching and learning process in Azerbaijan. The decisions of the Ministry of Education regarding the introduction of distance learning were commented in the study. During the pandemic, the difficulties encountered in starting distance education were identified. Complex events held in educational institutions were discussed. It reflects how distance education is applied in higher education institutions and a number of measures taken by the Ministry of Education to adapt to this form of education, which is a sudden transition for students and educators. Doping is now a global problem that follows international sporting events worldwide. International sports federations, led by the International Olympic Committee and World Anti-Doping Agency have for the past half century attempted to stop the spread of this problem, with little effect. It was expected that, with educational programs, testing, and supportive medical treatment, this substance-abusing behavior would decrease. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. In fact, new, more powerful and undetectable doping techniques and substances are now abused by professional athletes, while sophisticated networks of distribution have developed. Professional athletes are often the role models of adolescent and young adult populations, who often mimic their behaviors, including the abuse of drugs. This review of doping within international sports is to inform the international psychiatric community and addiction treatment professionals of the historical basis of doping in sport and its spread to vulnerable athletic and non-athletic populations. There is a group of artists in contemporary Azerbaijani fine arts, whose creative works focus on the theme of Absheron. For half a century, this theme has defined the style of most of our artists with its specificity, rich ethnography, national harmony and lyrics. Jalal Aghayev is one of such artists, and the theme of Absheron covers a large part of his creative work. The inexhaustible love for the land of Absheron has been rooted in the artist's heart since childhood. This love led the artist to create a series of beautiful works on this subject. As the inclination increases, soil erosion and, in general, the process of erosion on the slopes intensifies, the moisture content of the soil and soil-forming rocks decreases, the growth of agricultural crops and pastures weakens, and productivity decreases. Taking all this into account, we have developed a slope map with degrees based on the digital elevation model of the Jalilabad cadastral region (DEM file). Slope study and mapping is one of the key measures to protect soils from erosion as well as to combat erosion. When the slope reaches 3-4°, the washing of the soil is even faster. It is not recommended to plow the fields when the slope is 8-10° and more. From this point of view, as a result of our research, the inclination of the Jalilabad cadastral region has been studied. The lowest inclination range in the study area is 0-20. Low inclination is observed mainly in the plains of Jalilabad cadastral region. As you ascend to the heights, there is an increase in inclination. Taking into account the propensity in agriculture can lead to high yields. The thesis deals with the issue of investigation of metaphors in Theodore Dreiser's novel “Sister Carrie”. The use of metaphors makes the novel more expressive and imaginary. Study of language means of these writers bears a great sense for revealing many sides of national literary language as a whole, for example, its history, expressive possibilities, rules and tendencies of language development in a definite period of time. All of these are possible only due to the deep penetration of the researchers to the creative laboratory of the writer. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study, conditioned by the aims and task set before the research, requires the following methods: semantic – contextual and functional analysis of metaphors; descriptive method of various approaches to the use and nature of metaphors; the method of theoretical substantiation of the essence of this stylistic device; method of continuous sampling of the actual language material; the method of comparative-typology.
