In modern times, the change and complication of the structure of crime and civil law relations is gaining special relevance due to the emergence of new forms and mechanisms for the commission of crimes and offenses based on the use of modern computers, information, industry and other high technologies. One of the methods of identification is the identification of a person by a computer image and a vivid image and a skull. Determining the identity of an unknown person based on his skull is one of the most important issues in forensic medicine and criminology. Resolving this issue is of particular importance to the investigation and is usually the closest way to identifying the perpetrator or other circumstances. In addition to general characteristics (race, race type, sex, age, neck length), physical characteristics, traces of trauma and medical intervention are identified to identify the skull skeleton, and when taken together, they can be characterized at the individual level. If the collection of genetic traits is based on objective information about the missing person, then the identity of the suspect can be proven. Key words: identity identification, criminal association, rapper points, information technologies, photo comparison method, investigation of crimes

One of the urgent tasks is the suffixes that make verbs from nouns in the Azerbaijani language. In separate researchs and monographs the issue of “productive and non-productive suffixes that make verbs from nouns” has been investigated by turkologists and linguists. While there is a regular attitude to the suffixes that form verbs from nouns, there is a double attitude to the suffixes that form verbs from verbs. The Azerbaijani language is very rich in verb suffixes. In our modern literary language, there are some unproductive and even to the archaic species that have disappeared by mixing with the roots of suffixes that make verbs from nouns. The purpose of this study is to study and analyze the experience of distance education in the higher education system of Azerbaijan. This study is a qualitative study that explores distance learning practices, and document analysis of quality methods has been used. The study identified the history of distance education, the world's first distance education schools, higher education institutions. At the same time, during the pandemic, statistical indicators of the change of the form of education and the transition to distance education and the number of students were determined in connection with the suspension of the teaching and learning process in Azerbaijan. The decisions of the Ministry of Education regarding the introduction of distance learning were commented in the study. During the pandemic, the difficulties encountered in starting distance education were identified. Complex events held in educational institutions were discussed. It reflects how distance education is applied in higher education institutions and a number of measures taken by the Ministry of Education to adapt to this form of education, which is a sudden transition for students and educators. Key words: distance education, higher education, pandemic, education system, educational platforms

As the inclination increases, soil erosion and, in general, the process of erosion on the slopes intensifies, the moisture content of the soil and soil-forming rocks decreases, the growth of agricultural crops and pastures weakens, and productivity decreases. Taking all this into account, we have developed a slope map with degrees based on the digital elevation model of the Jalilabad cadastral region (DEM file). Slope study and mapping is one of the key measures to protect soils from erosion as well as to combat erosion. When the slope reaches 3-4°, the washing of the soil is even faster. It is not recommended to plow the fields when the slope is 8-10° and more. From this point of view, as a result of our research, the inclination of the Jalilabad cadastral region has been studied. The lowest inclination range in the study area is 0-20. Low inclination is observed mainly in the plains of Jalilabad cadastral region. As you ascend to the heights, there is an increase in inclination. Taking into account the propensity in agriculture can lead to high yields. Key words: Inclination, Slope, Erosion, Geographic Information System (GIS), ESRI, ArcGis

Doping is now a global problem that follows international sporting events worldwide. International sports federations, led by the International Olympic Committee and World Anti-Doping Agency have for the past half century attempted to stop the spread of this problem, with little effect. It was expected that, with educational programs, testing, and supportive medical treatment, this substance-abusing behavior would decrease. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. In fact, new, more powerful and undetectable doping techniques and substances are now abused by professional athletes, while sophisticated networks of distribution have developed. Professional athletes are often the role models of adolescent and young adult populations, who often mimic their behaviors, including the abuse of drugs. This review of doping within international sports is to inform the international psychiatric community and addiction treatment professionals of the historical basis of doping in sport and its spread to vulnerable athletic and non-athletic populations. Keywords: doping, harmful aspects, existing problems, control of doping, ethics of sports

The seizure of aircraft has become one of the threats of modern times. The growing number of such crimes in the world has made it necessary to regulate them by the norms and principles of international law. In the middle of the last century, civilian aircraft attacks were seen as non-political motives, mainly for personal gain or to escape from the hands of law enforcement agencies, but especially in the 21st century. From the beginning of 2001 alone to September 11, 2001, there were about 40 such incidents worldwide. However, with the events of September 11, the hijacking of a civilian aircraft and its use as a destructive weapon was a first in history. The main purpose of such cases is to influence certain political decisions by creating fear in society. It was after these events that the political and legal cooperation of the states in the name of combating international terrorism accelerated. Key words: aircraft, aviation, hijacking, the Middle East, international convention, terrorist act, international terrorism

The article studies the arrangement of reading in the firs stage of higher education. The author states diverse methods and techniques for the improvement of the students` reading comprehension. It is suggested that teachers should present several cognitive strategies such as activating, inferring, monitoring-clarifying, questioning, searching-selecting, summarizing, and visualising-organizing. All these methods and strategies are very essential in terms of preparing students for further study and developing their reading skills. Key words: loud reading, silent reading, memory, authentic texts, final thoughts

After Azerbaijan gained independence, the existing economic ties between the allied republics disappeared, there was a deficit in the markets and access to foreign markets became impossible. As a result, large industrial enterprises, factories, collective farms and state farms ceased operations. In the current situation, the problem of mass unemployment has a special place. As a result, especially young people were forced to leave the country in search of work and turned to Russia and other countries. As a way out of this situation, socially oriented state programs have been developed in the country since 2000, and serious and urgent work is being done to address the problem of unemployment. As a result, it was possible to solve the problem of unemployment in Azerbaijan and provide the population with appropriate jobs. The measures taken have reduced the unemployment rate in Azerbaijan four times compared to the 1990s, ie from twenty to five percent. Many jobs have been created in the country and a large part of the population has been provided with jobs. Keywords: government programs, events, youth, employment, mass unemployment
