Education in Albania was modernized and took the example of Western countries, applying Western texts because, during the Communist period, many fields of study were forbidden because they had a Western approach. This study aims to highlight the application of interactive teaching methods and the impact these methods have on increasing interest in the field of study. This was done through the questionnaire developed among 110 students of the Marketing Scientific Master Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana. Of these, 60 students belong to the academic year 2018-2019 and 50 to the academic year 2019-2020. The analysis of the study is based on correlation, significance analysis, reliability analysis, regression, Anova test, and Mann-Whitney test. The study has resulted that women are the ones who prefer this study cycle the most; the average of the students who follow this study cycle is about segment 7.1-8. Finding yourself in a subject affects the willingness to attend an hour of lecture, and information about interactive teaching methods affects the willingness to attend an hour of class. Between students of two academic years, study hours are the same during the week.

Taking Zhengzhou residents as the research object through the structural equation model test and intermediary utility test, it can be seen that green values significantly affect customers’ green consumption behavior; Green values have a significant active effect on public lifestyle, which plays a regulatory role in green values and green consumption behavior. The relevant conclusions are as follows: Firstly, the public’s green consumption behavior is affected not only by their green values, but also by lifestyle, and the impact effect of lifestyle is higher than that of green values. Secondly, public green values can directly affect their lifestyle, which means that green values play a vital role in the change of public lifestyle. Thirdly, green values not only have a direct impact on the public’s green consumption behavior, but also have an impact on the public’s lifestyle which will indirectly affect their green consumption behavior. On the basis of the mentioned analysis, this paper proposes relevant countermeasures to promote the public’s green consumption behavior.

Owing to their robust structure, induction motors are preferred to be used under difficult working conditions. Therefore, various faults may occur in the motor due to unexpected forces during the operations. Obtaining the data through experimental methods by physically creating faults in the induction motors, and analyzing their behavior is not efficient in terms of cost and time for educational purposes. Considering the above negative situation, in this paper, mathematical models have been developed in the dq0 stationary reference frame expressing three-phase stator windings short-circuit fault and broken rotor bar fault in induction motors. The proposed models are faster as compared to the other analytical models in terms of computation due to the rotor position independence of the inductance matrix. The faulty induction motor mathematical models have been implemented in the MATLAB/SIMULINK software environment with detailed explanations of each faulty model’s subsystem. As a visual laboratory that can be used as an educational tool for the analysis of a three-phase faulty induction motor, a graphical user interface application has been developed in MATLAB/GUIDE, which allows users to simulate models from a single interface. As a case study, the behaviors of faulty induction motors in transient and steady states have been simulated in different severity scenarios of the faults. The park vector method has been used as a fault diagnosis approach to investigate fault types and the fault severity effects on the park vector pattern in each fault scenario. In addition, to observe the success of the developed Simulink toolboxes, they were used at Marmara University through courses in electrical machinery and evaluated by the graduated students at the end of the semester.

Since cultural and professional contacts between representatives of different countries are actively developing, the ability to establish intercultural relations and solve operational problems in professional and social spheres is one of the critical professional characteristics of higher education graduates. The intensification of global integration processes determines the state's social order for the education of high-skilled, communicatively competent graduates, highly mobile and competitive in the European and global labor markets. The increasing scale of international cooperation requires future specialists not only the rapid and effective implementation of innovative technologies but also the use of foreign experience in the relevant professional sphere, effective professional communication with international partners, change, and adaptation to new social conditions. In the Ukrainian higher education sector standards, a communicatively competent specialist is characterized as a person who can understand and accept the ethical norms and models of communicative behavior of other cultures, shows adaptability and interpersonal skills in communication, and has tolerance to foreign partners. Furthermore, the future specialists' tasks include the organization of fruitful cooperation with foreign partners, including the lifelong learning ability, managing information flows, preventing potential communication difficulties, and identifying and eliminating the causes of conflict situations. Therefore, training professional skills that promote the development of foreign language communicative competence is a priority task of higher education. Thus, the ability to effectively communicate is one of the most popular qualities in today's market because, in different spheres of activity, there is a constant need for people who can present new projects, stand up for ideas, lead discussions, and refute and convince opponents. Understanding the importance of the multicultural society problem within the context of globalization and especially the Ukrainian society, and the need for multicultural education is becoming increasingly important. While applying the competence approach in education based on one's abilities and social status, it is crucial to form multicultural competencies and acquire the appropriate level of interpersonal relationships experience for successful social functioning. This research aims at the theoretical and practical study of the process components of forming students' foreign language communicative competence within the context of their activities in the educational and scientific sphere, taking into account the rapid development of social culture and worldwide globalization of education and science. Nowadays, new pneumatic equipment is becoming attrac-tive to many industries that are beginning to accept the idea of replacing their hydraulic equipment with pneumatic one. Beginner engineers and students have a hard time under-standing the differences between different controllers in the market and their applicability. This article provides in-formation to support the understanding of the way the elec-tronic control of stand-alone pneumatic systems works. This comparative study provides future specialists with the core knowledge concerning the influence that controllers have on the operation of pneumatic systems, as well as the principles of the controllers' utilization. The steps to take in controllers' utilization list the construction of the block diagram of an electronically controlled pneumatic system, followed by the simulation of the pneumatic system using modern software tools and ended by the assembly of the physical system and its programming by means of different classes controllers. If the control by pneumatic devices was still accepted, thus maintaining full-pneumatic systems on the market, the use of industrial electronic controllers would become indispensable both for more precise control of the systems and for increased industrial integrability. The compared results of a double-acting pneumatic cylin-der control using the Arduino Uno and MyRIO-1900 con-trollers (academic equipment and for stand-alone applica-tions) are presented. This way, the problem of pneumatic installations that requires equal forces to move the load in both directions is solved. The study performed a compari-son of the times and cycles of the piston rod, variables that are defined in many applications. These results are also compared with those obtained by simulation using Automa-tion Studio software (AS). The study was conducted to assess the interchangeability of both controllers in this common architecture. The research results are a step forward to-wards the implementation of electronic control in pneu-matic systems using industrial controllers and then towards the harmonization of the structures thus established with systems in Industry 4.0.

This article is a literature review. This study aims to critically as well as comprehensively analyze engagement as an independent (X) and dependent (Y) variable. There are 15 articles that were reviewed with quantitative criteria and influence. The outcomes of this investigation found that the average followership score in the role of the X variable was 0.3957, in the 3rd class interval, which was between 0.323 – 0.414 with a fairly low category. While the average follow-up score as the Y variable is 0.385833, which is in the 4th class interval, which is between 0.379 - 0.501 in the high category. Based on the findings, the authors conclude that (1) followers as variable X have characteristics that are proactive, critical of the situation that occurs in their organization, dare to express their views, and criticize the leadership for the good and success of the organization to which they are affiliated, scores that are in the low enough category range indicate to the reader that follower participation has not received attention from the leader to be given more space to contribute or because followers are generally the party being thought of, they think they don't need to think because someone has already thought about it, (2) follower, as a Y variable is characterized by that followers, are the party who thought so that he only needs to be obedient, committed, perform well so that the leader provides opportunities to continue to grow with his organization and continue to develop his competence to complete his duties through training designed by the leade.

Based on the findings, the authors conclude that (1) followers as variable X have characteristics that are proactive, critical of the situation that occurs in their organization, dare to express their views, and criticize the leadership for the good and success of the organization to which they are affiliated, scores that are in the low enough category range indicate to the reader that follower participation has not received attention from the leader to be given more space to contribute or because followers are generally the party being thought of, they think they don't need to think because someone has already thought about it, (2) follower, as a Y variable is characterized by that followers, are the party who thought so that he only needs to be obedient, committed, perform well so that the leader provides opportunities to continue to grow with his organization and continue to develop his competence to complete his duties through training designed by the leade.","PeriodicalId":42201,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Education and Information Technologies","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2022-01-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48150478","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The strategy of innovative development of Russia requires the formation of national research universities of the international level. Twenty-nine Russian universities have already been awarded this status. They are faced with a difficult task - to become the movers of priority areas for the development of science, technology, economic sectors, and the social sphere. The paper discusses the issue of assessing the quality of the activities of universities in the category "National Research University" (NRU). The disadvantages of existing approaches to assessing the activities of universities are highlighted. It is proposed to use self-assessment with the involvement of independent experts as a tool for assessing the activities of the NRU and its improvement. A process model and criteria for assessing the quality of the activities of a national research university have been developed. A mathematical model of the preferences of a decision-maker (DM) for a comprehensive assessment of the quality of NRU activities has been built. The model takes into account the individual and rational preferences of decision makers, as well as the balance of approaches and results to ensure the quality of NRU activities. Estimates of the numerical values of the parameters of the developed mathematical model are determined. For this, an experiment was planned and a D-optimal supersaturated design was built. The quality indicators of the developed model are calculated, which allow us to conclude that the developed model better describes the results of the experiment than the existing models.
