Computerization has entered almost all fields of work, one of which is the office workstations. The interaction of workers with computers in daily work activities cannot be avoided from various problems, one of which is the problem of employee occupational safety and health. Ergonomic hazards and risks that arise from work that requires interacting with computers are caused by workers doing repetitive work with high intensity with awkward postures and without being supported by an appropriate work environment. PT XYZ is a type of finance or financing company. All activities in the completion of work in the operational department use a computer. From the observation results, it was found that there was the use of office equipment that did not meet the rules and awkward posture of workers, and improper arrangement of the workplace. This study aims to assess the ergonomic risks that exist in the operational department with the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method. The ROSA method is used to measure the interaction of workers on area workstations. The assessment is divided into three sections. Section A, the interaction of workers with chairs; section B, the interaction of workers with monitors and telephones; and section C, the interaction of workers with the mouse and keyboard. The final results of the measurement will be classified in four levels: low risk, medium risk, high risk, and very high risk. The results showed that the workplace in the operational section of PT XYZ was included in the high category. This study has the aim of testing the effectiveness of IT-based e-modules with Problem Based Learning (PBL) models in archiving subjects in order to improve student learning outcomes in class X OTKP SMK Sunan Giri Menganti. The approach used in this study is quantitative with experimental types of pretest-posttest control group. The research subjects include the experimental group namely X OTKP 1 and the control group namely X OTKP 2, totaling 20 students in each group. The data analysis technique used in this study is the N-Gain test to measure the effectiveness of learning outcomes. The results of this study are the average value of the experimental group, which is 0.84 or 84.12%, this shows that the value of the experimental group belongs to the high category and is effectively interpreted. While the average value of the control group is 0.41 or 40.70% is included in the medium category and is less effective. So learning to use IT-based e-modules with PBL models is more effective than conventional learning or lecture methods using Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp.

Records management plays important roles in an agency or organization. Technology develops rapidly along with time. In terms of electronic-based management information systems, the researcher tries to innovate to improve the conventional archive management system using a Microsoft Access-based archive application system. This study aims to (1) determine the process of designing an Electronic Archive Management Information System (E-Archive) using Microsoft Access and (2) determine the effectiveness of the E-archive design using Microsoft Access for the Administration of SMKN 4 Surabaya. This Research & Development (R&D) used the ADDIE development model. The test subjects were 3 Administrative Archives of SMKN 4 Surabaya. Quantitative and qualitative data were obtained from validation sheets and questionnaires. The validators involved were Design Experts, Media Experts, and Practitioners. Data were analyzed using Accuracy Figures adapted from Liang Gie. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) Microsoft Access-based archive applications get an average percentage of 92.8% with "Very Eligible" category to be applied to the Administration of SMKN 4 Surabaya. (2) The value of the accuracy to measure the effectiveness of the archive retrieval process at the Administration of SMKN 4 Surabaya is 1 with the criteria of quite effective.

Libraries are one of the tools or facilities to support a student's learning process. Libraries provide information in books, articles, journals, educational reports and other documents. The information that can be obtained by library users can be text, books and online journals accessible through the Internet. Surabaya state university has provided facilities such as the library, in an effort to meet the needs of students in the academic field. However, the purpose of the study was to learn the student's satisfaction with service provided by the surabaya state university library. The study USES servqual methods to measure student satisfaction levels based on the quality of library services provided by analyzing expected performance/reality and expected value, and the quality of the surabaya state university library service. The population of this research is Office Administration Education students class of 2017, totaling 81 people. Testing instruments in this study consisted of validity testing and reliability testing. The data analysis technique used in this research is the servqual formula. The results of this study indicate that: the results of the average student satisfaction obtained from measuring the five dimensions of Servqual are still not satisfied with the quality of services provided, it is indicated by the average value of student satisfaction which is negative

This study aims to analyze the development of gather town interactive learning media in meeting materials at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya and is used to determine how the feasibility of developing and evaluating students towards the development of gather town media as an alternative learning medium in the subject of automation of public relations and protocol governance at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE development model developed by Raiser and Mollenda. The development of this media gather town went through 5 stages, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation. 5) Evaluation, but only carried out until the fourth stage, namely Implementation because the purpose of this research is limited to developing and producing valid learning media to be applied based on the validator's assessment of pre-existing media. Based on the results of this study indicate that the quality of media feasibility can be seen through the results of the validation of experts and student evaluations. The percentage obtained from material validators conducted by Lecturers of Office Administration Education and Teachers of Public Relations and Protocol Management Automation at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya is 92.1% with a Very Eligible category, which means that the material for automation of public relations management and protocols on the basic competencies of implementing proper meetings used in this medium. The percentage obtained from the media validator carried out by Multimedia Teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya is 81.1% with the Very Eligible category, which means that gather town learning media is eligible to be used. The results of the percentage of student responses in class XII OTKP 4 SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya are 94.4% in the Very Eligible category, which means that gather town learning media is eligible to be used as a learning medium.

Archives are records of activities that serve as a source of information when making decisions. Over time, archive management in various agencies began to require electronics and advances in information technology. Likewise, with archives at the health center, their management already requires an electronic touch, so finding and utilizing them can be done quickly. Based on these needs, an archive storage system was designed for the Pauh Health Center, located in one of the sub-districts in the city of Padang. Archive storage system designed based on Microsoft Access; this application was chosen because it is relatively easy to learn and is an application that is included in Microsoft Office. The design of this system uses data from puskesmas archives from 2020 to 2022. The application design consists of: a login menu, incoming and outgoing mail tables, relations between tables, incoming and outgoing mail forms, incoming and outgoing mail reports, and switchboard menus. The weakness of this system design is that it has not been able to provide different access rights between admins and ordinary visitors. Another weakness is that the application can only be used internally at the health center and cannot be connected to the Padang City Health Office.

The number of unemployed is still high and the low ratio of entrepreneurship in Indonesia, encourages the government to increase the entrepreneurship ratio index by creating young entrepreneurs. This study was to determine the influence of financial literacy, self-efficacy, and love of money on entrepreneurial interests. This study is quantitative research. The research population was 180 students of the economic education study program of STKIP PGRI Jombang. The research sample was 66 students. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use t-tests, F-tests, and multiple linear regressions. The results showed that partially, financial literacy did not affect the interest in entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, self-efficacy and love of money partially affect the interest in entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, financial literacy, self-efficacy, and love of money affect the interest in entrepreneurship.

This study aims to determine the influence of teacher competence and learning motivation on student learning achievement. The population in this study were students of classes X and XI majoring in OTKP SMKN 1 Boyolangu with a sample of 165 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The method of data collection uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a classical assumption test consisting of a normality test, a multicollinearity test, a heteroskedasticity test, a multiple linear regression test, and a coefficient of determination (R2). Furthermore, the last one is a hypothesis test consisting of the T-test and the F test. Results obtained in this study are that there is a significant and positive influence between teacher competence on student learning achievement, learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement, and teacher competence and learning motivation have a simultaneous and positive impact on student learning achievement.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the sector that absorbs the largest workforce in Indonesia up to 97% and is the most important part of the country's economy. When Indonesia experienced the monetary crisis in 1998, MSMEs were able to restore the Indonesian economy. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic that is currently hitting Indonesia, it causes a decline in production for MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency and contributes to the country's weak economy. This study aims to analyze and identify the factors that cause the decline in the existence of MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency using SWOT analysis and analysis of internal and external factors, as well as strategies for developing MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, which uses literature in the form of journals, papers, or seminar proceedings, and reports from government or private institutions, as a reference in data collection. The results of the research are in the form of development strategies according to the needs of MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency. This study provides a contribution to the application of strategic development related to the determination (formulation) of strategy in MSMEs which are the driving force of the largest economic sector

The significance of entrepreneurship education stems from the fact that the number of entrepreneurs is one indicator of a country's level of prosperity/progress, but since Covid-19 was declared a national disaster in Indonesia, the learning process shifted to an online format. The online learning process cannot be separated from the pros and cons, the use of online-based learning media, both synchronous and asynchronous online, including the emergence of new problems in online learning, namely learning loss or the loss of opportunities to gain knowledge and skills. The goal of this study was to explain how limited face-to-face learning affected students' interest in learning entrepreneurship at SMK Plus Umar Zahid. This type of research is quantitative with a simple linear regression analysis technique. This type of research is quantitative with a simple linear regression analysis technique. According to the findings of the study, limited face-to-face learning has an effect on entrepreneurship learning interest.
