This research has the aim to describe and describe the use of project based learning methods in terms of increasing student activity. The study was classified as a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects used in this study were students of class X OTKP at 2 Blitar Public Vocational School on Public Relations and Protocol. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. While data analysis techniques are used through several stages including data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. In the learning process students tend to be bored and less interested in the learning process that takes place because the method used is merely lecture and monotonous. Therefore this research was conducted so that students are more active in the learning process. The activeness of students in the learning process also has an important role in learning outcomes. The project based learning learning model is a scientific approach and consists of several stages, including observing, asking questions, gathering information, reasoning, and communicating. Through these various stages students can increase their role in the learning process.

Development of Student Activity Sheet (LKPD) Based on Scientific Approach aims to describe or define the process of developing a scientific-based LKPD and plan or design of a scientific-based LKPD developed, this development research uses the type of research development Research and Development (R&D). This study uses a 4-D development model from Thiagarajan which has four stages consisting of the defining stage, the design stage, the develop phase, and the disseminate stage. However, this research did not carry out the development stage and the dissemination stage because the research carried out only focused on defining and designing the developed LKPD. Observation results indicate that the teaching materials used are still somewhat inadequate, because the teaching materials used are only from publishers only and are not in accordance with the Office Technology syllabus. Thus, innovative, creative, and appropriate teaching materials are needed in accordance with the applicable syllabus and curriculum. The developed LKPD uses a scientific approach that is in accordance with the 2013 revised 2017 curriculum which contains 5 M tasks (observing, asking questions, gathering information, reasoning, communicating). The results of this study describe how the process of defining a scientific-based LKPD was developed and describe the planning or design process of a scientific-based LKPD that was developed along with a literature review that supports it.

In this increasingly advanced era, the more needs and broad selection of jobs that can be accessed by all levels of society, the obligation to work in balancing humas needs in unaviodable. Therefore, there are many ways in which companies provide their best services, one of which is by changing the work system like at home, but in a unique way Hibbert. Previously Co-working Space was known as SOHO (Small Ofiice Home Office) a place for freelancers if they were bored working at home. The same thing is also felt by the people of Surabaya, which have increasingly established the establishment of Co-working Space from the private sector. The emergence of problems that became the basis of the Surabaya Citu Government established the Co-working Space Corridor because startup founders, freelancers, and creators who could not continue renting tp private companies. This study aims to describe the application of service excellence as an effort to improve the quality of public relations services of the Surabaya City Government. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, the subjects in this study were the Head of Information Services Sub-Section, Information Service Section Staff, and Corridor employees. And the object of his research is the application of service excellence as an effort to improve the quality of public relations in the city government. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, adn documentation. Data analysys techniques used consist of data reduction, data presentation anad drawing conclusions with data validity techniques using source triangulation. The result showes that the application of the concept of service excellence in the corridor carried out by the Public Relations has been running well and maximally and in accordance with the objective of the Surabaya City government by taking into account the values of the Co-working Space: 1) community; 2) accessibility; 3) collaboration; 4) communication; 5) openness; and 6) creativity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dalam Kompetensi Dasar Memahami Komunikasi Kantor kelas X OTKP 2 di SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 3 siswa sebagai sumber wawancara, dan 2 siswa sebagai sumber triangulasi. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik uji validasi menggunakan triangulasi. Analisis mekanis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam analisis model data Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, tampilan data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dalam Kompetensi Dasar Pemahaman Komunikasi Kantor kelas X OTKP 2 di SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo mendapat respon positif dari siswa. Hal ini disebabkan situasi yang terjadi pada aktivitas belajar yang optimal dan kreatif dan tidak motonous situasi tersebut memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan guru dan berinteraksi dengan siswa. Sehingga dalam proses pembelajaran bisa lebih cepat rasa nyaman dan senang dalam mengikuti proses belajar sehingga materi yang diberikan lebih mudah dipahami. Hal ini disebabkan situasi yang terjadi pada aktivitas belajar yang optimal dan kreatif dan tidak motonous situasi tersebut memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan guru dan berinteraksi dengan siswa. The study explain the relationship between motivation and employee performance has a positive impact on the quality of public services in the District Office of Buduran in Sidoarjo. The study intends to see the influence of employee motivation and performance positively and significantly on the quality of public services in the District Office of Buduran in Sidoarjo.The focus in this research of the problem in this study is how the influence of employee motivation and performance on the quality of public services in the District Office of Buduran in Sidoarjo. While the research hypothesis of this study is that motivation and performance have a positive and significant influence on the District Office of Buduran of Sidoarjo.The theory used in this research is theory of excellent service, as it relates to quality of service and the satisfaction of the community. Type of this research is quantitative descriptive. Collection of data used technique of questionnaire. The respondents in this study as much as 397 respondents has criteria age 17 and over, and never doing service at the District Office of Buduran of Sidoarjo. Sampling method used proportional random sampling. To test hypothesis used multiple linear regression with the application software Special Package of Statistical Science (SPSS) 22.0.The observation results state that the effect of motivation on the quality of public services is 55,5% so there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation on the quality of public services in the District Office of Buduran of Sidoarjo. The effect of employee performance on the quality of public services is 52,9%, so there is a positive and significant relationship between the performance of employee on the quality of public service in the District Office of Buduran of Sidoarjo. While the relationship of motivation and performance of employee to the quality of public services is 39,8% and the remaining 60,2% is influence by other variables unknown in this study, so there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation and performance of employee to the quality of public services in District Office of Buduran of Sidoarjo.

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah karena masih banyak hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran administrasi yang berada di bawah Kriteria Penguasaan Minimum (KKM). Itu karena model pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru masih menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung dengan metode ceramah yang menghasilkan pembelajaran pasif, beberapa siswa masih berbicara sendiri dan tentu saja kegiatan belajarnya masih berpusat pada guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) pada kompetensi dasar menganalisis posisi, tugas dan deskripsi pekerjaan untuk kelas X OTKP di SMK Negeri 2 Buduran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental. Desain penelitian adalah Quasi Experimental Design dengan jenis desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian adalah kelas X OTKP 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan X OTKP 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar tes hasil belajar pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan thitung 2,635 Sig. (2-tailed) yaitu 0,006 dan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05) dengan df sebesar 72, maka tabel = 1,993. Dalam hasil ini diketahui bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dengan uji-t Karen <0,05 yaitu 0,006 <0,05 dan t hitung> t tabel adalah 1,993> 2,635. Peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan di kelas eksperimen adalah sama dengan 29,73.

Learning media can be used as a support for teaching and learning activities in class. The study was conducted to find out media development, analyze the feasibility of the media, and students' responses to the learning media developed, learning media was developed in office technology subjects in class X OTKP SMKN1 Lamongan. This type of research is R&D in order to create a product. This study adapted the 4-D model by Thiagaran, there are 4 stages, namely the first stage define, the second stage of design, the third stage of develop, the fourth stage of desseminate. Researchers conducted the research until the develop stage because the desseminate was carried out on a broader scale. Data collection instruments in this study consisted of a material & media expert validation questionnaire, and an online student response questionnaire. The validation of the material by the lecturer of the Study Program Office Administration Education Unesa, while the validation of media experts by the multimedia teacher of SMKN 1 Lamongan. The subjects of this interactive learning media were students X OTKP industry and X regular OTKP of SMKN 1 Lamongan, tested on 20 students chosen by random sampling. The results of evaluating the material validator got a percentage of 92% with the category "very strong", then the results of the assessment of the media validator got a percentage of 86% with the category "very strong". The results of the questionnaire responses of students obtained an average percentage of 97% with the category "very strong". Based on the assessment of the material validator, media validator, and student responses, it can be stated interactive learning is feasible to be used as a medium to support learning activities in office technology subjects in SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan.

A pocket book is a small sized book , practical and light that contains concise material or information and there are interesting pictures. Because the small size of the pocket book is easy to carry and can be read anywhere. This research aims to describe the process of development pocket books as teaching materials for Public Relations and Protocol class XI OTKP 2 SMKN 1 Bojonegoro. The development that will be used is 4D models development from Thiagarajan which has been ajusted. The steps that will be done are definine, design, but for the development and desseminate step will not be done because of the researcher's limitations. The results showed that the process of development a pocket book has several steps for the definition stage: 1) initial analysis which includes analysis initial abilities of students, concept analysis, task analysis and the formulation of learning objectives, 2) the design phase includes designing the material and initial design of the pocket book.

The changes in learning followed by the 2013 curriculum to the 2013 revised 2018 curriculum, learning is required to be student-centered so that students will become more active, think critically, and be able to communicate well. This study aims to describe the use of the Group Investigation learning model in Filing subjects in SMK 1 Lamongan. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research subjects were 3 students of class X OTKP and 2 students of class X OTKP as source triangulation. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) the division of groups and sub topics carried out by students; 2) students choose to plan assignments in advance by dividing assignments to each group member; 3) students investigate the problem given by analyzing the answers of other group members; 4) students collect all the answers from members of the group and will present it according to the agreement that was made at the beginning of learning; 5) student presentations; 5) students understand learning when they ask and listen to the answers that have been delivered at the time of presentation and afterwards.
