---Based on these observations in several state elementary schools in Tegal City Center Java showed that the mastery of scince concept at a level below the standard. Students' life skills also need to be improved to face the 21st century. This study aims to find the increasing in concepts mastery of ethnoscience-based integrated science, the development of elementary school students' life skills using guided inquiry learning and and the correlation between the two variables. This experimental study used the design of one group pretest and posttest. Retrieval of data using observation techniques, written tests and documentation. The results showed that the increasing in concepts mastery of ethnoscience-based integrated science, the development of life skills significantly by using guided inquiry with = 0.48 (medium) and the positive correlation between concepts mastery of ethnoscience-based integrated science and students' life skills with r correlation = 0.55 (medium).

- This research has a purpose to see the ability of mathematics literacy of elementary school students. The purpose of mathematics subjects mentioned is that learners have the ability to understand, use reasoning, solve problems, communicate and have a respect for mathematics, along with the applicable curriculum emphasizes mathematical literacy. Mathematical literacy is defined as the ability of an individual to formulate, use, and interpret mathematics in various contexts. It includes mathematical reasoning and uses concepts, procedures, facts, and mathematical tools in explaining and predicting phenomena. The mathematics literacy of 5 graders was measured using test questions and the results were analysed. The result is that 5 graders' ability of mathematics literacy is not yet entrenched and the level of student's mathematics ability level is at level 1. It can be seen from the answers given by the 5th graders, there is only one model of completion and problem solving is done almost the same. Problem solving done by the 5 graders has not varied.

— Hyperreality or as so called pseudo reality slightly appear in DKBC novel BY Ahmad Tohari. By its hyperreality, the novel seems to carry a commendable mission behind the writing. That is why this study aims to describe the background of the author in creating the hyperreality. This research is a descriptive analysis research that focuses on the text ideology. The approach of this study is the sociological approach to literature. The data analysis techniques used are heuristic techniques and hermeneutic techniques. The results show that the author’s background is to illustrate that even with its problem complexities the village community turns out to be better than the city. The author conveys the story by creating opposition pairs arranged into stories. It is written in the style of hyperreality through the characters of the story.

---The problem examined in this study was how the influence of education and training on the motivation and productivity of civil servant lecturers in Surakarta Second Region Private College. This type of research was a type of causal research. The method used was a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population was all civil servant lecturers employed in Surakarta Second Region Private College, with reference to the use of LISREL, the study was conducted on valid data, namely 147 lecturers. The results of the study showed that: (1) education and training had a positive and significant influence on motivation; (2) education and training had a positive and significant influence on lecturer productivity; (3) motivation had a positive and significant influence on lecturer productivity. Based on the results of the research, it was suggested that improving lecturer productivity needs to be performed by developing lecturers through education and training as well as increasing motivation for each lecturer personally.

---Information and telecommunications technology devices’ progression have slowly changed people’s working and communicating. It can be seen in the 4.0 industrial revolution by New literacy, including Technological literacy. Improved employee performance that has an influence on job satisfaction is obtained through literacy technology. This study aims to analyze the information system usage of Unnes Engineering Faculty on employee performance and satisfaction, expectedly supports the authority department to decide in increasing of acceleration and work targets. 65 lecturers of Unnes Engineering Faculty were treated as the sample. The terms of multivariate data analysis assumption require initial testing (validity and reliability, normality, multicollinearity or singularity). Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is used as analytical method. And Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) used as the measurement model in this study. The AMOS on Information System usage shows positive effect on lecturer’s job satisfaction. Job satisfaction significantly affects the positivity on lecturer’s performance and management equivalently.

-- Management Model for Quality Assurance of Education Financing Based on National Education Standards Procedures. The problem of school financing in Central Java remains an obstacle. The main problem that needs immediate attention is the ability of schools to manage funds properly. We report the study of literature by finding theoretical references relevant to the case. This review is based on empirical and conceptual journals about funding management in schools. This model aims to make schools easier to fulfill quality in school finance management. This financing management integrates forms in the internal quality assurance system in schools as well as external or the physical evidences in accreditation, so that it is more effective and efficient.

-Improving teacher professionalism is important since it is one of the steps to acquire qualified education. Therefore, increasing quality education as teacher having professional competence is badly needed. This research aims to analyze social teacher professional competence and how individual teacher’s background influences professional competence. This research is an evaluation research using quantitative approach. Data analyze technique used double linier regressive quantitative. Research result shows that 32,2 % teachers had excellent professional competence, while 25,8% was in good category, and 34.4 % was in adequate category. Regressive result shows that there is influence of teacher individual background toward forming social teacher professional competence in MTs Mranggen Demak. Teaching experience have most influence in forming teacher professional competence that is showed with determination coefficient of 44,63%,on work environment 31, 16%, educational background was 25,80 %, and training experience was 0,35%.

One of the visions of PGRI Semarang University is to have its identity, and to achieve the identity vision, character education is developed in integration with subjects. In addition, institution quality is developed by following the development of the higher education institution’s policies and the trend of civilization development towards cybernetic century. The research’s objective is to develop ethnopedagogy based learning model with assistance of website to improve prospective teachers’ teaching ability. This research employs a mixed method which emphasizes collection of qualitative and quantitative data and employs embedded design of embedded experimental model type. A learning model with ethnopedagogical approach with assistance of website and necessary learning media had been developed in the first year. Expert’s validation result states that the development of ethnopedagogy oriented learning model with assistance of website is valid.

The basic idea of cognitive load theory is that cognitive capacity in working memory is limited, so if the learning task requires too much capacity, learning will be hampered. The purpose of this study was to see how the role of learning that optimizes the use of working memory capacity and avoid cognitive overload with the use of CLT nuanced learning processes. The method used is meta-analysis and uses 15 data relating to CLT and applies statistical methods to complement other purposes. This article shows that the application of cognitive load theory is able to minimize the cognitive load process of students so as to produce effective and optimal learning and know the opportunities for application to mathematics learning.
