Further development of the standard element method by the introduction of new types of the triangular shape standard elements is realized. The operators defining the exact “connection” for boundary value problems in the triangle standard elements between the required general solution and the values of its normal derivative on the boundary of an element are found. It is shown how a representation of solutions in standard elements is expressed in terms of the nodal values of the solution on their borders. The accuracy of the standard element method using standard triangular elements in relation to the calculation of the potential field without combining with the finite element method is evaluated on the analytical and numerical solutions of the test boundary value problem.

In this paper we consider the structure of a multifunctional radio receiving center. We talk about the issues of narrowband signals performance and reliability and the spectral mapping storage subsystem. The article presents two methods of reducing the volume of the data recorded and broadcast through the network. We have described the algorithm of the digital signal data packaging and have identified its application limits.

The article deals with the issue of set-valued dynamical system state estimation. The known algorithms of set-valued dynamical system state estimation are developed when the mathematical model of disturbances and noises is unknown but the sets of their possible values are available. The set-valued estimate is computed for all possible values of disturbances and noises. However, some additional information on the character of disturbances and noises can be available. Additional information about uncertain system parameters can be used to reduce computational complexity and to increase estimates accuracy.

The results of the heat supply system work modeling are presented. The electronic model of the considered system is created. Definition of the most energetically effective operational mode of this heat supply system was carried out by means of the program Zulu complex. Basic data during modeling are accepted according to contractual and standard — technical documentation of the heat supply system owner. Influence of stage-by-stage introduction at consumers of automatic metering stations and weather regulation (AITP) on a hydraulic operating mode of system of heat supply for large municipal associations by the example of Kazan is analyzed [1, 2]. Pilot laboratory stand research are conducted. Control over the stand operating modes was exercised in the program complex written in the the LabVIEW framework. Comparison of the data obtained as a result of modeling at the laboratory stand with the values received on metering devices is executed.

Research the method of resource saving based on a systematic direction of use of materials, reagents, energy, reified and operating expenses of personnel work. Researched the variants of automation production for the effective control of complex combined production. Automation of technological system ≪Gas nitriding — recycling processes≫ increases the efficiency of production of strengthened engineering products, nitriles and ammonium hydroxide, the use of hydrogen as a fuel. The program implementation of the electroautomatics system is capable of quick changeover and change of control algorithms. Analysis of the process model and obtaining the operator formulas formalizes and facilitates the programmable logic controller programming and eliminates the possibility of errors in the programs. In the case of the accidental release of ammonia or mixtures of ammonia, hydrogen and nitrogen provided neutralize the toxic ammonia. Neutralization of toxic ammonia is achieved by the use of sprinkler system. It is shown that the combined production of “Gas nitriding — Recycling processes” is economical and, therefore, has an increased competitiveness.

In this article winding schemes and calculation methods for original energy efficient electric machines are introduced. They are intended for application in electrical equipment of autonomous systems. These machines winding conductors have a rectangular cross-section. Slot connection spots and overhang parts are reduced. This allows one to reduce copper intensity and the machine length and improve efficiency. Specific end-face schemes and the conductors connection diagram for the stator windings are given. Overhang deviation and machine characteristics calculation features are described. The thermal simulation was undertaken for original conductors. The calculation results are compared with serial produced electric machines.

The task of forming of different-quality rock mass flows requires a new approach to selective extraction. This approach is implemented on the basis of a higher level of information support for mining operation processes. The complex algorithm for mine work when forming different quality rock mass flows requires robotization of this process. To form the material composition of different-quality rock mass flows for the production of the nth good use, cyclic or separate processing, it is recommended to use hydraulic excavators equipped with special geophysical equipment and high-precision built-in embedded microprocessor systems.

The paper dwells on the design of a diagnostic system and expert assessment of the significance of threats to the security of industrial networks. The proposed system is based on a new cyber-attacks classification and presupposes the existence of two structural blocks: the industrial network virtual model based on the scan selected nodal points and the generator of cyber-attacks sets. The diagnostic and expert assessment quality is improved by the use of the Markov chains or the Monte Carlo numerical method. The paper identifies prospective areas for electric drive control systems development and possibilities for their qualitative improvement. Application of the spectral method to the synthesis of electric drive control systems is under consideration. The wavelet spectrum processing capability estimation under the conditions of digital implementation of the controller and automatic control systems in general is given. It is proposed to use a system of basis functions different from the traditional one. Main requirements to basis functions are considered. The approach based on the integrated form of equations is proposed and its advantages for solution of the set problems are revealed. The conditions for the generating wavelet are stated and the possibility of numerical implementation based on the function of inverse wavelet transform is shown. It is illustrated that the dyadic wavelet transform of signals meets the basic requirements for basic functions systems. The suggested method guarantees that, in case of arbitrary increase of the rank members, the loss of the synthesis algorithm numerical stability would only be concerned with the peculiarities of the computer and the implementation of linear algebra algorithms.

The paper includes a mathematical model for all solid oxide fuel cell power unit benchmark temperatures calculation as functions of the reformer air supply ratio. The conceptual engineering model consists of six nonlinear equations with six variables. The catalytic partial oxidation reformer/catalytic burner/heat-exchanger module for the solid oxide fuel cell power unit was tested and the experimental results were given. The simulation results obtained using the conceptual mathematical model correlate well with the experimental data. The catalytic partial oxidation reforming solid oxide fuel cell power unit efficiency as a function of the reformer air supply ratio was evaluated at the natural gas flow rate of four standard liters per minute.
