The current conceptions of teaching and learning and the educational actions based thereon place the key to learning in the interactions that take place in educational spaces, highlighting the need to increase the quantity, diversity, and quality of these interactions as a condition to improve learning. With this purpose, this paper proposes a series of criteria that optimizes the quality of the interactions and characterizes the dialogical interaction style of the teaching staff. These are Cognitive Mobilizing Patterns (CMP), which constitute a systematic set of guidelines for dialogic interaction that may be used for both the analysis of interactions and for teacher training in the criteria that define interactive and dialogical teaching.

The current industrial development is getting more advanced and developing every year. The business world, including the industry, is increasingly competitive and is making the best of efforts to optimally utilize all resources, including utilizing human resources. However, efforts to optimize and utilize resources have an impact on humans or workers, namely job stress. Work stress on workers that occurs when daily data in the work environment exceeds the worker's ability to cope with or control work stress so that it will improve mental and physical workers. The general objective of this research is to analyze the effect of stress on the incidence of work accidents in one of the plywood industries in the rotary section in Jember Regency. This research is a quantitative study using an analytic observational research design with a cross sectional method. The population includes all the plywood industry workers in PT. X, Jember district, rotary part of 339 workers, with a sample size of 76 people. The sampling technique used in this study was quota random sampling with a multivariate analysis process. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained from the P value that there was no significant effect between work stress and the incidence of work accidents that occurred in the rotary section at PT. X in Jember. This is possible because the workers’ stress level is still in the medium category, and they can still cope with the stress they experience. Corona Virus Disease 2019 or COVID-19 was announced as pandemic by WHO by the end of 2020. The pandemic, a breakout around the globe, can slow down or paralyze all activities in every level of society. Several efforts have been done to avoid COVID 19 breakout including mask wearing, hand washing, sanitizing, or 1 meter social distancing between people in public places such as restaurants. This residency is aimed at identifying and describing the health literacy, knowledge, trust, attitude and behavior of the restaurant owner, employee and visitors to prevent COVID-19. This research applied descriptive method with respondents including the owner, 30 employees and 30 visitors using Google form as the instruments. The results reveals that healthy literacy media used by the owner, employees and visitors are electronic media and only small numbers of them were following the development of COVID 19 case. Owner’s knowledge is good but there is gap between owner, employees and visitors in terms of knowledge on general symptoms, effects and contagious transmission of the disease as well as highly risk infected people. The trust identification shows that the owner believes COVID 19 does not airborne but the employees and visitors do. Meanwhile, attitude and behavior identification shows good and fair indicators for the employees and visitors in terms of social distancing and well-worn mask. Owner’s attitude is considered good in terms of providing all protocol necessity to prevent COVID19. Owner’s behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic are considered good by initiating health protocols by applying the standardized operational procedures. Furthermore, the behavior of employees are mostly good in terms of health protocol application to prevent COVID-19. On the other hand, visitors are basically good but several of them still touched their eyes, nose and other parts of their face. In conclusion, the various answers from respondents (owners, employees and visitors) are varied in terms of their knowledge, health literacy, trust, attitude and behavior. Keywords: COVID-19, KMS, owner, employee, visitors

Corona Virus or COVID-19 is a virus outbreak in the early 2020 attacking the society and was a terrifying experience for people around the world. Banyuwangi is a regency affected by Covid-19 with the data distribution including 1911 persons positively infected, 1463 persons recovered, and 159 mortality rates. Therefore, it is necessary to study the health protocol implementation in Banyuwangi to minimize the infections. The area of research includes Karangdoro village (resilient village), Jajag Bus station, and RTH Maron. Resilient village is supported by the head of the village to enable health protocol implementation to minimize Covid 19 and to empower its residence against the outbreak. Sanitation is not managed well in RTH Maron since water waste is not IPAL standardized. It indicates that health protocols in not well implemented in RTH Maron. Jajag Bus Station shows low awareness of people on health protocol implementation due to false information on COVID 19. Solution on health protocol in new normal era is obeying and implementing 3 steps including: Masque Wearing, distancing, and hand washing to improve body cleanliness to avoid viruses. Society at all level must be hand in hand to work together by strictly implementing Health Protocol. Keywords: New Normal, Covid19, Resilient Village Karangdoro, Terminal Jajag, RTH Maron.

The coding of the diagnosis is important for patient care, hospital management and research. However, coding accuracy is a major problem in the diagnosis process and has impact on hospital income levels. This study is about the inaccuracy of the underlying cause of death coding toward the level of hospital income. The Methods employed is the Analysis of the accuracy of the diagnosis according to the mortality coding rules compiled in the Instruction Coding Manual of the World Health Organization (WHO). Afterwards, the percentage of losses is calculated using the system of INAcbg’s, in the Diagnosis Based on Indonesian Case system. The result shows that, out of 176 files were studied, 114 files or 65% of the diagnosis codes of the cause of death were incorrect, 57 files or 32% were correct and 5 files or 3% of files were not coded. Further, the study found out that 65% of these inaccuracies contributed to hospital losses which includes 40-75 % loss with the total loss received by the hospital as much as IDR 597,849,006 or nearly 600 million rupiah. The research concludes that the absence of a diagnosis of death increases hospital losses by more than 40% to 75%. Keywords: Accuracy, Code of Basic Cause of Death, ICD 10
