Patients with essential hypertension in the coastal area is very vulnerable to having complications due to high consumption of salt habits. The purpose of this research was to know the effect consumption of salt on grade hypertension in essential hypertension patients in coastal area. This research was kuntitatif with observational analyzed method with cross sectional design. Sample of this research were 100 patient in kedungrejo public health center who taken by consecutive sampling. Partial Least Square (PLS) with smart PLS 3 Aplication software was used as to analyze data. Based on the test result there was positive influence of consumsion salt on grade hipertensi, T statistic was 75,234 (t statistic > t table significant 1.96) it meant Consumption of salt has positive effect on grade hypertension, high consumption of salt will be high grade hypertension. Immunization program for baby aims to make every baby get immunization basic complete. The successfull of baby in obtaining basic immunization can be measured by complete basic immunization indicator (IDL). Basic immunization status on the children can be influenced by several factors associated with people behavior. Cadre's support is one of the important factors in immunization activities so that Posyandu activities can work as on schedule. Jelbuk and Klatakan public health center have complete basic immunization coverage lowest in Jember district in 2015 and 2016 years. The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of cadre’s support in the complete basic immunization. This research used analytic observational with cross Sectional analysis design. The location of this research was in the working area Jelbuk and Klatakan public health center on August – September 2017. The data was collected from 100 mothers who has children aged 12-23 months. Sampling method was using cluster random sampling. The results of this research by the logistic regression test showed that cadre support has an influence on complete basic immunization with p-value= 0,013. Therefore, its recommended for cadres to improve public education about complete basic immunization so that complete basic immunization coverage may increase. Tuberculosis (TB) becomes health problem in the world. Toddlers who interact with TB sufferers are at high risk for infected than adults, it is about 50-60% on the level of infection. Related to prevention of tuberculosis is needed through preventive treatment with isoniazid (PP INH) to healthy children aged <5 years who are interacting with TB patients. Based on Tanggul Health Center data, there are 37 toddlers who have received INH PP by involving health care providers, empowering cadres and the communities. However, This research aims to analyze the role of cadres such as the role of monitors. This research uses qualitative methods and case study approach. Besides, there are 5 main informants who has recruited purposively. The data are collected from in-depth interviews and analyzed through thematic content analysis. The results of this research shows that not all of TB cadres played their role as supervisors of swallowing medicines. This is because the distance of patients' home which made it difficult the cadres for coming to the patients’ home. Furthermore, the informant uses some method such as reminded the family to provide treatment using telepone (HP), and made their own notes about the specific problems of TB in their area where the cadre was assigned. The efforts to increase the compliance of PP INH treatment is optimized in providing information to the community both in the form of lectures or practices, giving support, and facilitating during the PP INH treatment process. The study was designed to investigate the differences among Iranian EFL teachers in terms of emotional intelligence (EI) and their use of speaking strategies. To this end, 90 EFL male and female teachers teaching English at 9 institutes in Behshahr, Sari, and Amol cities in Mazandaran Province (north of Iran) were randomly selected. The research data were collected through the Bar-On EQ-I scale and teachers' use of speaking strategies questionnaire. Results on Independent Sample t-test reported significant differences in teachers' EI across gender. One-way ANOVA revealed differences in teachers' EI across years of teaching experience. Furthermore, results on Kruskal Wallis Test indicated differences in teachers' use of each speaking strategy regarding their level of EI. Based on the findings, teachers with a higher level of EI preferred to focus on both accuracy and fluency and apply story-telling activities to create more successful interaction. While teachers with a lower level of EI preferred to focus on accuracy, they liked to apply information-gap activities. They preferred to offer implicit feedback through reformulation and tended to design groups and pairs to make silent students interact in the classroom. Moreover, both groups preferred to correct their learners later.

This study examined Syrian refugee English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners’ perceptions regarding learner autonomy as well as their readiness for autonomy in English language learning. It also investigated the effects of grade and gender on learners’ perceptions. A mixed-method research design was utilized, and findings indicated that neither grade nor gender had caused statistically significant differences in terms of Syrian refugees’ perceptions of learner autonomy in language learning; nevertheless, both had caused statistically significant differences in terms of sub-scales. While the 8th graders in this study perceived themselves as being more autonomous in terms of experience in language learning, the female students seemed more autonomous in terms of their perceptions of the role of teachers and feedback. Additionally, although the learners’ perceptions regarding autonomy were slightly lower than their readiness for autonomy, there was a statistically significant relationship between their perceptions of learner autonomy and their readiness for autonomy in language learning. When their perceptions about learner autonomy increased, their readiness for autonomy also increased.
