HRD strategy is not confined to economic aims only, for it also seeks to ptomote the principle of wider public participation by creating employment through labor-intensive technology, investion in education and training, expanding government programs for social services, creating indegenous managerial, scientific and technical skills and by establishing effective social service institutions. But there are religions and civilizations that have a broader spectrum of views than just a vision of the world, so the meaning of the outlook on life is expanded. Since in English vocabulary there is no proper term for expressing a broader vision of the reality of worldliness other than the words worldview, Muslim scholars take the words worldview (for English expression) for the meaning of a view of life whose spectrum reaches the reality of worldliness and ignorance by adding to the adjectives of Islam. The Conclusion is worldview islam is good idea to build IHRD in University

The purpose of this study was to describe the efficacy of work done to improve service quality at the outpatient department of Labuang Baji Regional General Hospital Makassar. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, and the data analysis used is the Interactive Model Data Analysis, which begins with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling. The results of the study obtained show that work ability and work results are good, but officers are still found who leave the workspace and are late returning to it. The level of service satisfaction has not been maximized due to inhibiting factors such as officers using cellphones when providing services, officers who are not in place, and queuing machines that experience interference

This study aims to understand and study the effect of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Fadhil Genteng simultaneously and partially. To find out which variable of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline is more dominant in influencing the performance of employees of PT. Fadhil Genteng. In this study, primary data and quantitative approaches were used. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Fadhil Genteng, totaling 120 people. The data were collected using a questionnaire by distributing online to employees of PT. Fadhil Genteng. The data was then processed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the analysis that have been obtained show that leadership style, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously or jointly affect the performance of employees of PT. Fadhil Genteng. Partially, leadership style, work motivation and work discipline have a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT. positive influence on the performance of employees of PT. Development planning in the Ward area cannot be separated from the implementation of the Ward Government which is the leading unit in providing services to the community and is a strategic milestone in the success of all development programs. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees, totaling 35 employees, all of whom were samples. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, we get the function equation Y = 2.224+0.119X1+0.141X2+0.245X3. The regression coefficient (R), which describes the strong relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable can be seen in the test, which is equal to 0.734. This means that there is a strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Fcount value ˃ Ftable or 12.088 ˃ 2.9113 and probability value 0.000 ˂ 0.05. Shows that individual motivation variables have a simultaneous (together) effect on employee performance. Of the individual motivational variables, the variable need for achievement gives a dominant influence, this is evidenced by the value of tcount ˃ ttable or 3.521 ˃ 1.6955 and the smallest probability value is 0.001 ˂ 0.05. Seeing the results of the discussion above, it is concluded that the initial hypothesis proposed is accepted, because the initial hypothesis states that the dominant variable is the variable need for achievement (X1)

This study aims to evaluate, critically and rigorously the weak-form market efficiency and forecasting power of technical analysis in different industries in the London Stock Exchange. Weekly data were collected from the FTSE-all share index, FTSE-350 general industrial index and twenty companies of four different industries, for the period between 1997 and 2017. Bai-Perron’s multiple breaks test was applied to diagnose plain data period for the purpose of forecasting. The statistical inference was made from the application of the runs test, variance ratio tests, Ljung-Box’s test and ADF-unit root test that the market is not weak-form efficient and stock prices are predictable. This study extends the current literature by considering the existence of weak-form inefficiency in different industrial sectors. The findings do not support for weak-form efficiency over the periods tested from the application of the ARIMA and GARCH (1, 1) models and double and triple exponential smoothing techniques

This study explore the psychology of bias experienced stock investors when making an investment decision. The research method used is by an experimental design 2x5 factorial between subject. Researchers conducted manipulation on two different treatment condition (good and regretful experience) to the stock investors which refers to the theory of regret aversion bias. The experiment using a web stock simulation with participans as many as 70 students who were divided according to their risk aversion. Other research instrumen use a questionnaire using a measurement scale of 1-5. The experiment results show that experienced regret affect subsequentthe next investment choices of investors. There was no interaction between experience of regret with investors' risk aversion

The purpose of this paper is to find the influence of child demographics and parent demographics on family communication patterns for both Indian and Japanese children in family purchase decision making. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the authors have used descriptive research design and have used a survey method to collect responses from parents of both Indian as well as Japanese expat children living in India. The results of the study suggest that the demographics have significant influence on family communication patterns except gender of child. Marketers can frame the family profiles of their interest according to the communication pattern followed in the family and then target them accordingly with suitable media and marketing programs.

Patients often fail to comply with the instructions given by their physicians. They miss the timing, forget, neglect, or procrastinate taking their medication. This deteriorates the health and causes financial burden to the patient and family. Reminders have been successfully used in many phases of day-to-day activities, increasing the efficiency and productivity. This paper tries to identify the relationship between reminder and the perception of importance of medication based on 15 different factors. These factors have been further assessed to find their relationship with adherence of medication. Hence, with a two-way approach, the studies use exploratory factor analysis method to identify the latent factors, and these latent factors have been used to find the correlation between reminder and adherence through confirmatory factor analysis. It was found that there is positive and significant correlation between reminder and the latent factors and also between the latent factors and adherence.

Green products are essential for future and present generations, as they are safe for the environment and once disposed will easily get recycled. The world has recognised this fact and there has been lot of research on this as it is the future. The present study is an attempt to understand how much of knowledge about green products and its association with green product advertising leads to green product purchase, and how much of knowledge and attitude effect purchase intension. Prior research on this model has been conducted by Dr Suki, entitled “Green product purchase intention: impact of green brands, attitude, and knowledge,” in Malaysia, this research focuses on consumers of Uttarakhand in India. Results were similar except the moderating effect was not significant in prior research, but this research revealed that moderating effect was statistically significant.
