Export import also is wrong one field work that has a big impact on business people. Prioritization of exports for Indonesia already been encouraged since 1983. The research method used is by applying normative or doctrinal legal research, with an analytical and comparative study approach law (comparative law) by emphasizing comparison with existing legal provisions regulate work agreements in several common law and civil law countries, as the basis of the foundation methodology study law. Amount activity export which increase will cause the demand for domestic currency increases and the exchange rate strengthens besides causing energy work absorbed in a manner full which means unemployment rate is reduced

Factors Affecting Big Data Adoption 影响大数据采用的因素

This study examined factors impacting the big data adoption of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam. The mixed method study was used. The qualitative research was applied by a group discussion with 15 participants and a cross-sectional survey with 372 representatives of SMEs. The results show that perceived benefit, simplicity, compatibility, data quality, security and privacy, vendor support, management support, financial investment, perceived usefulness, and attitudes toward adoption. This research extended the academic framework and examined causal relationships by adopting new characteristics from the integrated perspective of TOE with TAM beyond the existing research models.

Impact of Ujjwala Yojana Scheme and Its Effect on Behavioural Changes Among Rural Women Ujjwala Yojana计划的影响及其对农村妇女行为改变的影响

Delivering multiple roles every single day, women are undoubtedly the backbone of any society. However, they have also been an ignored segment of the society in many parts of the world. To re-establish their rightful and distinguished status, empowerment programmes need to be started to provide a compact groundwork to encourage the inner strength and self-esteem for the rural women. This research contirubute to weaker section of the women in rural areas which uplift there standard of living through PMUJ scheme in Inida. The Government of India has initiated and implemented the scheme namely Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUJ)-Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) connection helping in a big way to rural women through empowering their livelihood and transforming behavioural changes from using cow dung cake, wood, kerosene to LPG in terms of improvement in health and increase the economic productivity by saving time spent on arranging cooking needs. The Ujjwala Yojana is aimed at substituting the unclean cooking fuels regularly used in the rural India with the clean LPG. It has been stated that nearly 38% of the world's population is still dependent on traditional biomass for cooking. But, in India, the women in rural area have limited access to cooking gas. According to experts, having an open fire in the kitchen by using biomass fuels is like burning 400 cigarettes an hour. Based on this background, this descriptive research paper analyses the impact of Ujjwala Yojana scheme and its effect on transforming the livelihood and behavioural changes among rural women in three select districts in Tamil Nadu, India. The sample unit in this study consist of rural women from eight villages covering six Taluk, who received LPG connection under PMUJ for cooking their food at home. The findings of the study revealed that, there is a positive impact and behavioural changes among rural women due to PMUY scheme.

The paper explores and compares the perceptions of workers in the tourism industry in Thailand in foreign owned and locally owned firms in order to provide an underrepresented perspective to be used in the debate over whether international trade and tourism primarily exploits workers or provides valuable opportunities. A matched-pairs comparative analysis was used and it was found employees in both locally owned and foreign owned firms generally expressed high levels of job satisfaction, although employees in foreign owned firms expressed statistically significant higher levels of job satisfaction than did employees in locally owned firms. In debates over whether exploitation or opportunities are created by international trade, foreign investment and tourism, the viewpoints and perspectives of the workers are often overlooked. The paper intends to help bring into the debate the perspectives of individuals who are most directly affected by these activities.

Influence of Gender Diversity on Employee Work Engagement in the Context of Organizational Change 组织变革背景下性别多样性对员工工作投入的影响

Employee work engagement is one of the key factors to manage successful organizational change. The present study investigated the moderating effect of gender diversity between transformational leadership, valence, and employee work engagement. Applying social bond theory, expectancy theory of motivation, and mental model theory, six hypotheses were examined in this study, using data from 300 full-time employees from Bangladesh’s banking sector. This study applied structural equation modeling for data analysis. The finding showed both transformational leadership and valence had a direct association with employee work engagement. In addition, gender diversity had a moderating effect on the proposed hypotheses. Finally, this study also revealed that female employees were more pronounced than male employees in the context of organizational change.

Due to ambiguity in the market orientation and performance relationship, the basic aim of the study to investigate the nature of relationship exists between market orientation and performance of the manufacturing SMEs in India. Data for this study were collected from the 388 managers/owners of SMEs indulged in the manufacturing sector through well-established scales. The utilized scale’s reliability and validity were assessed through CFA, and various hypotheses related to the environmental moderators and innovation mediation was tested. This study is relevant for owners/managers and policymakers responsible for improving the performance of small and medium enterprises, working in the manufacturing sector. The study necessitates the significance of catering express needs of customers to boost up the effect of market orientation on performance. The study tested the relationship between the market orientation and performance relationship at the disaggregated level. The important insight about the direct, indirect, and the moderated relationship was reported in the study.

Entrepreneurship is the globally accepted source for economic development in underdeveloped countries like India and Pakistan. Internet is using as a business resource for the growth and development. Internet is global network provides information and communication facilities. Shutdown of internet services has become common trend in Jammu and Kashmir to stop rumors and misinformation sharing on social media applications. But it affects the economy and social life of people living in Jammu and Kashmir. Shutdown of internet has become common in Jammu and Kashmir after the militants using social media as a tool for recruiting young generation. Government of Jammu and Kashmir snapped internet services whenever any anti military and anti government operation happened. Continues shutdown of internet in the region results the winding up small business unit which operates through internet. This paper particularly focused on how internet shutdowns affect the entrepreneur and which problems faced by entrepreneurs in Jammu and Kashmir by the shutdown of services internet in the area.

Perceptual Differences Across Various Stake Holder Groups 不同利益相关者群体的感知差异

In 2009, National Skill Development (NSD) Policy was reformed to modify the vocational education system in India. The skills development and entrepreneurship policy developed in 2015 tries to solve the challenges of skill development by inspiring early signs, development and variations. The present study is based on a primary survey conducted in four Districts of Sikkim involving 600 respondents from amongst the various stakeholders and examines whether there is any significant difference in the expressed belief held by stake-holders vis-à-vis the challenges identified in the skill eco space in Sikkim. These challenges are namely resistance to relocation by Sikkim’s youth for employment, stigma against labor oriented jobs, preference for Government jobs, belief that skilling is for low academic achievers and lack of industrial opportunities and development in the State of Sikkim. The findings can be utilized for suggesting recommendations and way forward to remove these barriers for better outreach and effective implementation of various schemes by adopting suitable practices.
