El etnógrafo y la cámara en la producción audiovisual de productores informales 非正规生产者视听制作中的民族志和相机

This work studies the use of the camera as a device for dialogue, interaction and reflection between the audiovisual ethnographer and the informal producers of Santo Domingo de los Colorados Ecuador. In addition, it explains through a series of questions how the audiovisual ethnographer thinks and approaches the methodological and theoretical processes in the field work. As a result I obtained the necessity to strenghten the usefulness of the audiovisual text as a language that, on the one hand, evidence scientific rigor and, on the other hand, allows to rescue multiples agencies and think about the theory of Audiovisual Anthropology, considering other paths in the creation of knowledge.

Percepción de la competencia mediática y la formación en maestros chilenos 智利教师对媒体能力和培训的看法

En un momento en el cual la tecnologia se concibe como un elemento basico e indispensable que esta omnipresente en la sociedad, una herramienta fundamental para comunicarnos, resulta indiscutible su incursion en la escuela. El presente trabajo analiza la realidad educativa de la zona de Los Andes respecto a los conocimientos tecnologicos que el profesorado posee en el ambito de las nuevas tecnologias (TIC), ademas busca conocer los recursos con los que cuentan en el aula y el uso que realizan de los mismos. En el estudio ha participado el profesorado de una escuela de de la comuna de los Andes en Chile y se ha utilizado una metodologia analitica y cuasi experimental a traves de varias encuestas (pretest y postest). Los datos obtenidos pretenden justificar el uso de las TIC en las escuelas y el conocimiento que las personas educadoras participantes poseen. Ademas de ello, focaliza la atencion el peso que las TIC tienen en el curriculo de educacion en Chile y los programas y estrategias pedagogicas existentes en el pais.

Circulación y distribución de cine etnográfico en América Latina 拉丁美洲民族志电影的流通和发行

While visual anthropology, as the roof under which is usually wrapped this films, enjoys good health in the region and new educational and research projects are generated every year, It has not been the same with the diffusion, distribution and exhibition despite the long tradition of documentary film linked to the anthropological view in countries such as Argentina, Colombia and Mexico. In the last decade, in parallel, they have significantly changed the logic of consumption and circulation of films. This scene presents new opportunities. The purpose is twofold, on one side analyzes the importance of building spaces for the formation of audiences such as festivals and exhibitions, starting from the premise that the future of every film depends on how it can reach the people. By the other side seeks to provide material for consultation and guidance for those interested in distributing audiovisual works of ethnographic cutting.

Cronistas Barriales is a Project produced by Quilmes National University (UNQUI) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Its main goal is to prepare teenagers, from different neighborhoods in the areas of audiovisual languages, broadcasting and production to be able to develop a news programme based on their socio-economic realities and vulnerabilities. It is necessary to clarify that the project is developed in deprived areas in Buenos Aires. The topics of the news are proposed according to the informational needs of the territorial daily life in which the project is inserted, positioning the young participants in an active and critical role in the face of communicational reality. The objective of this work is to describe the project in its stages and scope, analyzing in turn the experience from the pedagogical, political and communicational dimension.

The objective of this article is to investigate, from the comparative analysis of the films “In Canoe to the Land of the Reductors of Heads” and “Vikings in the Islands of the Giant Tortoises” of Rolf David Blomberg (Sweden, 1912- Ecuador, 1996), the production and reproduction of images of European explorers in Ecuador during the interwar period (1919-1939). The work is mainly focused on the analysis of the film form of both films where the construction of “audio-visual trips” is intended to be discussed. Time, space and subject are left unadjusted at different levels as conclusions of comparative analysis. The questions that will guide this work are: What kind of narratives and imaginaries constructed the “audiovisual journeys” of European explorers / filmmakers in Ecuador? How did these ideas circulate? What is the importance of studying the movement images of this type of explorers / directors from and for Audiovisual Anthropology?

Tejer y resistir. Etnografías audiovisuales y narrativas textiles 编织和抵抗。视听民族志和纺织叙事

The knitting as narrative has been a very old strategy, used mainly by women, where they have shaped and perpetuated their stories and the story of their towns through a very unique vision. Weaving had have diverse objectives, from the most obvious that is to dress the body, until ritual or political functions. The weaving is a language that can only be understood and transmitted by those who experience it through the body. This article reflects on the development of an audiovisual methodology applied to a P.H.D research about the relation between knitting and memory from an ethnographic, political and resistance perspective, but also as a creative process. This article also explores in the process of filming five documentary videos as a creative approach to the various ethnographic questions that were raised throughout the research, and at the same time, as a way of interacting with the communities of weavers and negotiate my presence in the field. The audiovisual work, in addition to an exhibition of textiles and workshops, were together the methodological route that allowed to build a bridge to connect weavers at different latitudes, mainly among amuzgas weavers in the State of Guerrero, Mexico and weavers of memory in Colombia. Both collectives were able to stablish a symbolic dialogue through their woven stories. Generating a powerful reflection as women, recognizing the value they deserved to their manual and artistic work related to memory. This process has given those women the possibility to transform positively their lives.

espanolEl cuerpo, especialmente, desde la modernidad ha sido objeto de debates y presupuestos teoricos que han servido de sustento para la aplicacion de una serie de politicas encaminadas para su control y dominio. Muchos autores han pensado que el cuerpo es un espacio para la lucha, la resistencia a los poderes politicos instaurados. Karl Marx y Michel Foucault, sin ser los unicos, han sido los que mas han aportado en la construccion de un sendero de reflexiones sobre las dinamicas de lucha y resistencia que los sujetos han colocado sobre el cuerpo. En un contexto capitalista se convierte en necesario tejer nexos sobre el cuerpo y las subjetividades, ya que en ellos recaen las politicas del cuerpo, la vida, y la muerte. EnglishThe body, especially since modernity, has been the object of debates and theoretical budgets that have served as support for the application of a series of policies aimed at its control and domination. Many authors have thought that the body is a space for struggle, resistance to political powers established. Karl Marx and Michel Foucault, without being the only ones, have contributed the most in the construction of a path of reflection on the dynamics of struggle and resistance that subjects have placed on the body. In a capitalist context, it is necessary to weave ties about the body and subjectivities, since in them fall the policies of the body, life, and death.

EnglishThe body, especially since modernity, has been the object of debates and theoretical budgets that have served as support for the application of a series of policies aimed at its control and domination. Many authors have thought that the body is a space for struggle, resistance to political powers established. Karl Marx and Michel Foucault, without being the only ones, have contributed the most in the construction of a path of reflection on the dynamics of struggle and resistance that subjects have placed on the body. El presente articulo busca analizar la construccion discursiva, de manera critica, del Sumak Kawsay, la misma que se ha venido rigiendo como propuesta politica y filosofica de la vision andina en Ecuador. Primeramente, se estudiaran a los actores politicos de los anos 80 y 90, y luego se contrastara con los preceptos de las politicas emprendidas por el actual regimen. En lo que respecta a la posicion filosofica, que emerge del Sumak Kawsay, se analizara bajo el pensamiento occidental, con ventajas perceptibles sobre la filosofia eurocentrista. Finalmente, se estudiara la relacion entre la praxis politica actual ecuatoriana y la cultura andina.

Participación y escolarización de la política: Reflexiones sobre lo político en la escuela 参与与政治教育:对学校政治的反思

En este articulo proponemos una discusion conceptual para el abordaje del vinculo entre jovenes, escuela y politica; centrando la mirada en las practicas participativas de los estudiantes en la escuelas secundarias  y las condiciones de politizacion de las mismas. La perspectiva propuesta integra conceptos provenientes de la teoria politica y la sociologia de la educacion, desde donde discutimos la  distincion entre la politica y lo politico; participacion y politica; concibiendo a la escuela como una institucion especifica. Planteamos una hipotesis interpretativa acerca de la “escolarizacion de la politica” que surge del analisis de la compleja relacion entre dos mundos constitutivamente en tension: el de la politica y el de la escuela secundaria.  Por ultimo,  nos preguntamos si todas las formas de participacion y politizacion  tienen las mismas potencialidades para describir e interpretar empiricamente este objeto de estudio, pero tambien para la proteccion y/o la ampliacion de derechos de los jovenes

Este trabajo hace una lectura del terremoto del 16 de abril 2016, desde la Ecologia Politica del desastre. Se plantea que, aun cuando todos los miembros de una comunidad pueden estar expuestos al mismo tipo de riesgo natural, hay una diferenciacion en el grado de vulnerabilidad y marginalidad que enfrentan los distintos sectores. Se plantea ademas que hay un tipo de riesgo entre las elites, que ha sido facilitado por accion u omision del Estado o de los gobiernos locales, como es el desarrollo turistico en la Ruta del Sol. Finalmente se propone una tipificacion del nivel de vulnerabilidad enfrentado por los damnificados por el terremoto.
本文从灾害的政治生态学角度对2016年4月16日的地震进行了解读。有人认为,即使一个社区的所有成员都可能面临同样类型的自然风险,但不同部门面临的脆弱性和边缘化程度也存在差异。此外,还提出精英之间存在一种风险,这种风险是由国家或地方政府的作为或不作为促成的,例如太阳之路的旅游发展。最后,提出了地震受害者面临的脆弱性水平的分类。
