The successful holding of the National Education Conference on September 10, 2018 marked the beginning of a new era in China's higher education. The training of highly qualified interdisciplinary Russian specialists in the trade and economic field, which meets modern needs and is consistent with China's “The One Belt, One Way” strategy, is a responsible mission entrusted to us by a new era. In combination with the professional requirements for Russian scholars in the context of the international project “The One Belt, One Way” and the current results of research in the field of teaching Russian as a foreign language in China, the article attempts to put forward some proposals for the preparation of interdisciplinary Russian scholars in the trade and economic field, stimulating the reform of teaching Russian as a foreign language. In addition to focusing on the creation of professional basic courses, further enrichment and strengthening of optional professional courses is also required, in particular, the development of unique professional courses. The “National Standard” advocates that, through a variety of practical activities, such as professional internships, social practices and international exchanges, effectively improve students' language skills and future employment opportunities. In conditions of high competition, it is not enough to have only a professional diploma of a teacher of a foreign language, it is necessary to have additional knowledge in the field of economics, trade or management. The authors examine the formation and preservation of historical memory as a set of ideas about past events that are relevant for the majority of members of a particular community of people and have great educational value. With the development of technology, reading among young people goes into the background, therefore a permanent search for effective tools in the patriotic education of young people and the development of new commemorative practices is needed. These additional tools today are all kinds of games, design and competitive activities. Creative competitions enable comprehension of human values and causes of human actions, but because they are an effective means of spiritual, moral and patriotic education of children and youth. The authors examine the formation and preservation of historical memory as a set of ideas about past events that are relevant for the majority of members of a particular community of people and have great educational value. With the development of technology, reading among young people goes into the background, therefore a permanent search for effective tools in the patriotic education of young people and the development of new commemorative practices is needed. These additional tools today are all kinds of games, design and competitive activities. Creative competitions enable comprehension of human values and causes of human actions, but because they are an effective means of spiritual, moral and patriotic education of children and youth. On the example of the implementation of the youth project живаяистория-россии.рф and the holding of the contest “Young Heroes of the Fatherland”, on the basis of the book A. Y.
