Ovarian cancer is a type of cancer with a high incidence and mortality rate in Indonesia and worldwide. C-reactive protein (CRP) is an inflammatory marker meanwhile albumin is an indicator of nutritional deficiencies in ovarian cancer. This study is a diagnostic test for ovarian cancer in women aged >18 years and without previous history of ovarian cancer who underwent laparotomy or laparoscopy at Prof. Ngoerah General Hospital, Denpasar. Samples were taken by consecutive sampling. CRP examination was carried out in the laboratory by immunoturbidimetry method using the CRP Latex Kit (Roche) and measured using a Cobas integra 501 at a wavelength of 552 nm. The gold standard to diagnosed ovarian cancer was according to histopathological examination. A total of 69 women with ovarian tumors were recruited into the study which consisted of 40 ovarian cancers and 29 benign ovarian tumors. A significantly higher median CRP/Albumin ratio was found in ovarian cancer patients compared to benign ovarian tumors (6.9 vs 0.45; p=0.001). The optimal CRP/albumin ratio cut-off value was 1.34. The diagnostic capability of the CRP/Albumin ratio was found to be the best in diagnosing cancer at an advanced stage with a sensitivity of 86.9%, specificity of 68.9%, PPV of 68.9%, NPV of 86.9%, accuracy of 76.9%, positive likelihood ratio 2.8 and negative likelihood ratio 0.2. CRP/Albumin ratio can a potential diagnostic tool for ovarian cancer especially in advanced stage.

Snakebite or snakebite is a defense mechanism for snakes and can become a medical emergency. Snakebites are a significant cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, especially in South and Southeast Asia, sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. The snakebite can be life-threatening if it has a neurotoxic, cytotoxic and hemotoxic effect. Complications from snakebite include hemodynamic disturbances and respiratory acidosis. International online databases (PubMed and Google Scholar) were used to search for articles in this systematic review. A total of 24 related research articles indexed by Scopus have been published in the last ten years. This research is a literature systematic review. Research sources were taken in the last 10 years from 2012 to 2022, taken from PubMed and Google Scholar. After exclusion, 24 articles and studies that met the exclusion and inclusion criteria were considered for systematic review. Of all the journals reviewed, there are many that explain snake bite associated with hemodynamic disturbances and respiratory acidosis. Snakebite is proven to provide long-term complications in the form of hemodynamic disturbances around the bite site. Another complication that has been proven to occur in snakeibite victims is cardiac shock, especially impaired cardiac return. Pathophysiology, symptoms, and diagnosis of snakebite in pediatric and adult patients are the same. The majority of journals discuss heart disorders and infections, necrosis of muscles and bones related to venomous snake bites. Hemodynamic disturbances and respiratory acidosis are complications that can occur in snakebite victims. There are similarities in symptoms and management of venomous snake bites in children and adults.

Despite the many benefits of sunlight, it can also have negative impacts on our health, particularly from Ultraviolet (UV) radiation. To reduce the risks, one can protect themselves by wearing appropriate clothing, avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight, especially Ultraviolet (UV) radiation. It is necessary to pay attention to the choice of clothing colors considering that each color actually absorbs sunlight with different abilities. Therefore it is very important for us to know the color selection of clothes to wear in reducing exposure to UV rays on our skin. The objective of this study is to determine the difference in the effect of clothing fabric color on UV ray absorption. The UV intensity data obtained is the intensity of UV that has passed through a cloth filter with a certain color and the intensity without a filter. Data collection was conducted with 10 different cloth color variations. The results will be compared between the UV intensity with various colored cloth filters and the intensity without a filter. It was found that different colors on fabric also affect the intensity of UV rays that are absorbed or transmitted. Relatively bright colors will cause a dominant amount of UV rays to pass through compared to dark-colored fabrics. The fabric colors that allow more UV radiation to pass through are those that are predominantly light, in this study, the colors Purple and White.

Pregnant women are one of the groups that are susceptible to dental and oral diseases. This is because during pregnancy there is an increase in the amount of the hormones estrogen and progesterone so that the acidity in the mouth increases which can increase the risk of caries. This condition causes babies to be born with low weight (LBW) and premature due to lack of nutrition. Thus, to reduce the magnitude of the incidence of caries in pregnant women, a learning media is needed. The technology in education that is currently developing is augmented reality. To produce an augmented reality application model of E-Pregnant as an appropriate and effective educational media in improving the behavior of pregnant women towards the prevention of dental caries and decreasing the OHIS score. The type of research used is Research and Development and the research design used is Quasy experiment Pretest-Posttest group design. Variables in this study: Knowledge, attitudes, actions and OHIS scores carried out for 21 days by opening the application 3 times a week and uploading photos 2 times a day. The research subjects were in 2 groups: 24 interventions using an e-pregnant caries application and 24 controls using a pocket book. The Augmented Reality E-Pregnant Caries model is feasible as a media for dental caries prevention education with 90% expert validation results. The results of the unpaired test stated that the effective application of increasing knowledge (Δ3.58), attitude (Δ15.63), action (Δ5.75), and also reduced the OHIS score (Δ0.60) compared to the control group. The Augmented Reality E-Pregnant Caries model is proven to be feasible as a caries prevention, education media and its application is effective as an effort to improve caries prevention behavior and reduce OHIS scores in pregnant women compared to the control group.

The Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic has occurred since March 2020. Dentists and dental therapists have a very high risk of transmitting the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Dentists and dental and oral therapists are not spared from this virus because transmission can be through the release of aerosols or droplets containing the virus or direct contact with mucous membranes, oral fluids, and instruments and surfaces contaminated with the virus. For this reason, an appropriate layout and design approach is needed to avoid these aerosols or droplets. Objective: to get an overview of the Layout and Design of a Dental Clinic that is responsive to the spread of the virus during the Covid-19 Pandemic at a Private Dental Clinic in the Jakarta Region 2022.Methods: This research is a descriptive study with a sample of 30 private dental clinics in the South Jakarta area using random sampling technique. Evaluating the health education model on exclusive breastfeeding behavior as a basis for the success of the target of achieving exclusive breastfeeding through the implementation of a tested culture-based health education model. This research is quantitative. A total of 84 people who were divided into two groups, namely 42 people in the intervention group and 42 people in the control group were taken purposively according to the inclusion criteria. The intervention group received IMTASIE health education. Evaluate the health education model quantitatively with a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test with a control group. Data was collected during the pre-test, intervention, and post-test. All data is collected by coaching nurses. The main research variables include myths, culture, knowledge, attitudes, practices and behavior of exclusive breastfeeding. The results of the quantitative study of the developed IMTASIE model had a significant effect on the practice of breastfeeding for 1 month with a p value of 0.001 (<0.05). There is a significant effect with a p value = 0.001 from the interventions carried out by nurses on increasing the practice of exclusive breastfeeding in the first 1 month of life. IMTASIE and its tools can be used in nursing care services individually or in groups and can be carried out in the community or at puskesmas in improving special group nursing care services and improving the quality of life of mothers and babies at an age prone to exclusive breastfeeding due to the influence of myths, culture and knowledge from family.

Dental caries is a disease of the hard tissue of the teeth that attacks the enamel, dentin and cementum which is characterized by the demineralization of the hard tissue of the teeth. Streptococcus mutans bacteria itself is one of the bacteria found and lives in the oral cavity. One of the infectious diseases caused by the process of removing minerals due to bacteria on the surface of the teeth is called caries. An alternative choice as an effort to solve the problem of inhibiting caries-causing bacteria is by using herbal mouthwash. One of them is lime peel. Lime peel has the potential to inhibit Streptococcus mutans bacteria as indicated by the formation of an inhibition zone, which is formed against Streptococcus mutans bacteria. Making a mouthwash preparation of lime peel extract (Citrus Aurantifolia) which is feasible and effective in inhibiting the growth of Streptococcus mutans bacteria. This research is a true experiment with post test only control group design. This design was chosen because it was grouped into treatment and control groups. The intervention was given in the form of lime peel extract mouthwash with concentrations of 15%, 25% and 50%, while the administration of the UNISSULA Faculty of Medicine Biomedical Laboratory Mouthwash Formula was the control group. Based on the average inhibition graph within 24 hours, the concentration of extract mouthwash The lowest lime peel was 15% = 8.83 mm, the highest inhibition zone was at a concentration of 50% = 10.50 mm, 25% concentration = 9.80 mm, the control group Formula Mouthwash Biomedical Laboratory Concoction of the Faculty of Medicine UNISSULA = 10, 13mm. Lime peel extract mouthwash is feasible and effective in inhibiting streptococcus mutans which causes caries.

The health problem that is often experienced by adolescents is dental and oral hygiene, RISKESDAS data for 2018, 57.6% of Indonesian people have dental and oral health problems. Gingival problems are common in adolescents. Lack of dental and oral hygiene causes gingival inflammation. Plaque, bacteria, and calculus that accumulate on the tooth surface are the main causes of periodontal disease. Early detection that is carried out independently as well as providing solutions for prevention and treatment to patients is very necessary. Media that is currently developing among adolescents is technology-based media which is increasingly creative and can be a solution for preventing dental disease. Proving appropriate information technology-based educational videos and their effective application to changes in gingival health status in adolescents. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) with Quasy Experiment pre-test post-test control group design. Educational video based on information technology is appropriate for changes in gingival health status with the results of expert validation of 83% and p-value 0.044 and its application is effective in increasing knowledge (p=0.000), attitude (p=0.002), skills (p=0.000), GI (p = 0.001). As well as indicated by the delta value of knowledge (2.14), attitude (1.29), skills (2.14), decreased GI score (0.44) compared to the control group. Educational videos have proven to be appropriate and effective in their application to changes in gingival health status in adolescents marked by a decrease in the gingival index score.
