Research on Mechanical Arm Grinding Method Based on Improved CascadePSP Net 基于改进CascadePSP网络的机械臂磨削方法研究

Aiming at the problems of manual processing and grinding workpieces, such as time-consuming and low accuracy, an intelligent method for grinding workpieces was proposed. The dataset is preprocessed using image graying and guided filtering. The mechanical arm is used for machining and grinding, Adding semantic segmentation technology to realize accurate identification and location of machining trajectory, An improved CascadePSP Net is proposed to realize faster recognition while ensuring accuracy. By comparing the improved CascadePSP Net with the original network, the segmentation accuracy and training speed are improved. Use the Sober operator to extract the contour of the workpiece to be machined to determine the final machining path. The trajectory planning of the three-degree-of-freedom Dobot Magician manipulator is carried out by the fifth-order polynomial interpolation method and the Cartesian coordinate system method. Build an experimental platform for an image recognition robotic arm, and the comparison of the trajectory recognition method and the test experiment of the mechanical arm grinding system were carried out respectively. It verifies the feasibility of the proposed grinding method. The experimental results show that the method reduces the network training time, realizes high-efficiency and high-precision segmentation processing, thus improves the workpiece grinding efficiency and realizes the intelligent processing of workpiece batches.

Super-junction RB-IGBT with suppression of impact ionization for enhancing bidirectional blocking capability 抑制冲击电离的超结RB-IGBT增强双向阻断能力

A super-junction reverse-blocking insulated-gate bipolar transistor with suppression of impact ionization (SII-RB-IGBT) is proposed in this letter. The SII-RB-IGBT with ultra-small drift region features the additional leakage current access (LCA) between the gate and shorted-collector trench for suppression of impact ionization at the position of electric field peak. Note that by the suppression of impact ionization, the SII-RB-IGBT obtains the 1520 V forward-blocking voltage $(BV_{F})$ and 1522 V reverse-blocking voltage $(BV_{R})$ at the drift region of 100 $mu m$, which is shorter than super-junction reverse blocking IGBT with shorted-collector trench (SCT-RB-IGBT) and non-punch-through reverse blocking IGBT (NPT-RB-IGBT). Moreover, the SII-RB-IGBT has the superior trade-off of on-state voltage $(V_{on})-turn-off$ loss $(E_{off)}$ and $V_{on}-BV_{F}$.

Research on multi-feature bio-inspired design method based on image processing 基于图像处理的多特征仿生设计方法研究

Aiming at the problem that the single-feature bioincentive method is difficult to imitate in all aspects, a multifeature bio-inspired bionic design method is proposed. First, the multi-feature bio-inspired design criteria and formal model establishment methods are proposed; second, the shape context similarity detection system is used to match source domain biology and image fusion based on image warping technology are used for bio-inspired design and evaluation using BSP; then, the layout of bio-inspired design components and the evaluation of bio-inspired design schemes are carried out; finally, the Hummer M1114 is taken as an example. The bio-similarity of the source domain is higher, and the effect of bio-inspired design has been significantly improved.

Application of selective feature integration in acoustic feature analysis of children with autism 选择性特征集成在自闭症儿童声学特征分析中的应用

In the early diagnosis of children with autism, the current main methods are based on doctor's clinical observation, eeg and ocular EEG methods, which require complex equipment and difficult acquisition process. Based on support vector machine, CNN, LSTM and other classifiers, this paper selects six acoustic features, including CQCC, PLP, LPCC, FBANK, PNCC and MFCC, for comparison and ranking according to accuracy. The traditional direct fusion method is improved by selective integration method. 2–3 features with the highest accuracy after sorting were selected for fusion again, and the accuracy and AUC of the new features were improved, reaching 99.1% in the best case. The area of AUC is close to 1, and the classification effect is good.

A Tensorial LMS Algorithm for Sparse System Based on Kronecker Product Decomposition 基于Kronecker积分解的稀疏系统张量LMS算法

In this paper, we propose a sparse constrained tensorial least mean square (LMS) algorithm, which is suitable for the identification of multilinear sparse systems. The greatest challenge involves a large parameter space, which can effectively form a sparse tensor. Its main idea is to exploit a method based Kronecker product decomposition (KPD), so that the global sparse impulse response can be estimated by using a combination of shorter sparse adaptive filters, which reduces the complexity of each update. In addition, these shorter sparse sub filters are estimated by adding a lp norm based sparsity promoting penalty function to the objective function. Simulation results show the proposed algorithm can be a good candidate for sparse system identification and outperforms traditional sparse LMS algorithms in performance.

A keyframe extraction method based on transition detection and image entropy 一种基于过渡检测和图像熵的关键帧提取方法

With the massive growth of video data on the internet, users need a strategy to quickly browse video content. Extracting the key information from the redundant information of video data is a hot topic in recent research. There are two kinds of video summarization: static video summarization and dynamic video summarization. A set of keyframes is a form of a static video summary. Through a set of keyframes, users can understand the main content of the video. In addition, keyframes can also be used in video retrieval services. In this paper, shot segmentation based on transition frame detection is realized, and then, keyframes based on video shots are extracted. There are different processing strategies for long and short shots. The frame with the most information is selected from each segmented shot as the keyframe, and finally, the key frame is made nonredundant by using visual features. In this paper, the proposed strategy is tested on the OpenVideoProject dataset and compared with VSUMM and other keyframe extraction methods.

Epileptic seizure prediction from multivariate EEG data using Multidimensional convolution network 基于多维卷积网络的多变量脑电图数据癫痫发作预测

Background: The ability to predict coming seizures will improve the quality of life of patients with epilepsy. Analysis of brain electrical activity using electroencephalogram (EEG) signals can be used to predict seizures.Method:Seizure prediction can be regarded as a binary classification problem between interictal and preictal EEG signals. In this work, we used multidimensional convolutional neural network models to predict seizures. Hospital multivariate EEG data is used in the study. We extracted 22 channels, 10 seconds EEG segments from the interictal and pre-ictal time durations and fed them to the proposed deep learning models.Result:The average accuracy of multidimensional deep network model for multi-channel EEG data is about 94%, the average sensitivity is 88.47%, and the average specificity is 89.75%. Conclusion:The normalized multivariable EEG signals are sent to the multidimensional convolution network to effectively predict seizures.

Research and design of 800Gbit/s PAM4 LR8 10km optical module 800Gbit/s PAM4 LR8 10km光模块的研究与设计

400G optical modules are now in commercial scale, but with the mature development of 5G networks and the rapid expansion of data centers,increasing user demand for data transfer rates,the development and application of 800G optical modules is also becoming more and more urgent. For the above needs, this paper proposes a higher speed 800Gbit/s optical transceiver module design based on Fourth-order Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM4) technology with LR8. This article first introduces several 800G optical module solutions,by a simple comparison of several solutions.the 800G PAM4 LR8 10km optical module solution was selected. Next.the research proposal and overall design of the 800G PAM4 LR8 10km optical module are presented.and gives the module overall design scheme diagram. Finally, the 800G PAM4 LR8 10km optical module needs to meet the indicators,such as the module's average optical power.eye diagram parameters, sensitivity, BER, etc. were tested and analyzed.According to the test results, this scheme is technically feasible, and the target of 800Gbit/s can be achieved for all index parameters.

A reliable intra-relay cooperative relay network coupling with spatial modulation for the dynamic V2V communication 用于动态V2V通信的可靠中继内协作中继网络与空间调制耦合

Cooperative relay networks have received much attention recently. Eespecially when the conflicting issue regarding transmission reliability and spectral efficiency becomes serious due to dynamic network topologies, multipath fading effects and high-speed mobility in the vehicular communication networks, the optimal intra-relay cooperation signal processing strategy would play an important role to enable a highly reliable and efficient relay transmission for V2V communications. In this paper, an elaborate intra-relay cooperation structure, called Cooperative Generalized Space Shift Keying using Butson Hadamard matrix (CBHSSK), which can effectively fulfill the coupling of DF relay cooperation with spatial modulation of the active relay nodes in the dynamic relay network has been proposed. According to CBHSSK principle, the active relay selection rule is properly designed and embedded in a joint relay signal vector in addition to a CRC error control. By theoretical derivation of the spectral efficiency of the new strategy, the active ratio relay can be optimized to be adaptive to the nonstationary V2V channel model. Based on the Monte Carlo simulation results by using MRC at ML receiver, the enhanced reliability with low Bit Error Rate (BER) superior to the state-of-art counterpart can be achieved while maintaining the same spectrum efficiency. The optimal design criterions among spectrum efficiency, reliability and power efficiency are also given.
