The article presents the results of the analysis of the mathematical competence of first-year technical students with distance learning experience. The purpose of this study is to diagnose the level of knowledge in mathematics, to determine the conformity of the results with the grades set in the certificate for the course of basic general education, as well as the classification of errors made in the performance of work.

Leadership is the utmost influential element of the organization since leaders generate a healthy work environment. There is a dearth of studies conducted on Bibliometric analysis of leadership research in the current period. This kind of study is not available during the period of 2018-2022. From the SCOPUS database, Meta-data was collected for this study. For this study 700 scholarly works reviewed. The increasing trend of publications is observed in leadership research using longitudinal data. It is evident that the researchers from the USA rule the chart on the quantum of research done in the field of leadership research. Using the thematic map, the study of 700 scholarly works divided into four clusters, including basic, motor, niche and emerging themes. Within these more prominent themes and their associated subthemes, paves the way to novel directions in research.

Pedagogical competences are oriented, thus, based on the general and specific objectives of school programs according to which they have the ability to mobilize basic, declarative, procedural and conditional knowledge (value and attitudinal), which support the effectiveness of training, teaching-learning and continuous, formative and formative assessment throughout the activities organized within the educational process. Key managerial skills are: 1. Classification and capitalization of individual and collective aspirations of the class of students; 2. Recognizing and managing the complexity of problems through the "discipline of systems thinking"; 3. Formation and development of reflective thinking through constructive, innovative conversations and debates.

This study assessed the stress perceived by athletes and performance dancers in the pre-competitive period in adolescents and young adults. In order to build adequate functional mechanisms for managing stress in young athletes and dancers, a mental preparation, a good psychological preparation, is necessary. The obtained results demonstrate that the level of stress perceived in the pre-competitive period of adolescent athletes can be reduced and the level of self-esteem can be improved, applying an Intervention Program through psychological relaxation techniques.

The study of linear regression in high school opens up opportunities for examining a range of practical problems and can form an object of study within the optional discipline Artificial Intelligence, but also within the modules Numerical Calculus, Applications of the Derivative. The article presents methodological considerations for explaining the programming of predictions with the help of linear regression through the reasoned identification of the regression function, the elaboration of the implementation algorithm or by capitalizing on the tools of a spreadsheet.

The research presents scientific arguments aimed at the pedagogy of emotional culture as a science of education oriented towards the formation of social communication competence which is always stimulated by a show of emotions. The importance of the emotional quotient in personality development is given a much higher value. Emotions ensure survival, decision making, boundary setting, effective, pleasant communication. Emotional culture integrates emotional, communicative qualities and capacities that ensure awareness, acceptance and regulation of both personal and other states and feelings and determines the success of interpersonal interactions and personal development.

Ștefan Bârsănescu aims to identify and analyse ”the unity of contemporary pedagogy as science”, tested by the means of fulfilling to some epistemological conditions, that confirm the fact that this social and humanist science has a specific study object, a specific normativity, a specific research methodology. The author makes the analysis in conditions of fundamental pedagogical research, both historical and theoretical, all the way through his entire pedagogical work, and, especially, in his extensive work, ”The Unity of Contemporary Pedagogy as Science” (1936, 1976).

Article presents two important components of will: initiative and independence at preadolescents. In order to study initiative and independence we applied Technique for the study of volitional qualities of personality (by Н. Стамбулова). As results we established that the most of preadolescents (76,57%, 60,67%) have a medium level of initiative and independence under the expression of the expressivity and generalization factors. Also, we underline that boys and girls does not differ in ways of initiative and independence manifestation. At the same time during the preadolescence we observe change in initiative and independence.

Apart from academic benefits, creative writing contributes to the development of one’s personal qualities such as confidence, self-respect, responsibility, and critical thinking skills, making us feel comfortable with our words on paper.
