Teachers` are models for their students, those who plant valuable attitudes, respect for different cultures, diversity, equity, justice, and humanism. Peace education is essential for a multicultural society. It has a huge transformative influence on the students’ personalities, transforming them into peacemaker citizens able to avoid social-cultural conflicts, become promoters of constructive dialogues, demonstrate respect for values and aspirations, self and others. The research described in this article aims to develop a methodology for developing peace values in teachers who work in the system but did not have a specific peace education course with a multicultural approach, with a holistic vision. To check the effectiveness of the methodology was carried out an experiment where teachers who come to continuous professional development were involved in a formative program.

The article presents the scientific content of the term freedom, researched from various points of view(philosophical, psychological, sociological, pedagogical, etc.); includes explanatory models/interpretations of freedom that expose at the level of structure and content the meaning of this concept and, in this way, brings us closer to the connotation of academic freedom; explains the genesis of freedom in the perspective of understanding and revealing the sphere of academic freedom; includes intermediate and final conclusions that converge towards the idea of the necessity to clarify the semantic area of freedom necessary for the efficiency of teachers' pedagogical conduct/performance.

The article provides theoretical arguments regarding the scientific significance of professional empathy as an important skill for medical students, which allows them to understand patients at a deeper level, to establish positive and supportive doctor-patient relationships facilitating their recovery in a timely manner. Training medical students in professional empathy reduces stress and anxiety in patients, which can have a positive impact on their overall health and well-being. In addition, showing empathy can help medical students develop long-term relationships and trust with their patients. A careful analysis of the professional standards of doctors and medical courses leads to the final conclusion, that this professional competence is recognized as an important condition for professional activity.

Learning the Romanian language and literature profiles the formation of a cultured speaker and reader. The literary text is a finished product, which involves the student in various activities of: comprehension, reception, interpretation, reinterpretation. Knowing the relationship between the author and the expressed reality facilitates understanding, stimulates curiosity and the desire to learn new information. Textual competence is the ability to understand, use and produce different types of texts, which we encounter and produce in our daily lives. The control experiment aimed at evaluating the level of formation of textual competence in primary school students, namely the components: reproduction competence; the competence of perception and understanding, the competence of interpretation, creative competence.

The article contains experimental research at the acknowledgement stage aimed at evaluating the values of the competence of personal, social development and learning to learn in terms of axiological reference of students, by which we consider a system of desirable values, suitable to be formed in primary education. The pedagogical experiment was organized in grades 1-4, during 2018-2022 on a sample of 68 students from primary education. The experimental approach allowed the detection of the following problems that become impediments in the process of forming the values of the competence of personal, social development and learning to learn: difficulties in expressing empathy, respect for classmates and friendship, inconsistencies in affirmation by assuming responsibility, assertive communication, innovative spirit and autonomy in the school group, which demonstrates the need to design axiological education, at the level of functional strategies for the formation of the axiological referential that represents the competence of personal, social development and learning to learn of primary education students.

The pedagogical/educational dimension of counseling aims to provoke conscious changes in the cognitive, affective, attitudinal and behavioral sphere of children and parents by involving them in educational-formative activities, which ensure the acquisition and consolidation of skills, skills to face life's challenges. The formation of parental skills for relating and communicating with one's own children, especially with those of preadolescent and adolescent age, represents the essence of counseling centered on this dimension. Parents become partners of the counselor in harmonizing the relationship between them and the preadolescent. Counseling focused on the development of parents is combined with the training-development activities of children in the school setting.

This paper presents the results of the questionnaire on the achievement of Geography-specific skills in high school students by means of practical activities. It also highlights the need to address these activities during all classes of Geography so that theoretical knowledge should be strengthen and deepen. Because the practical activities have an important role in the instructive-educational process, in the complex relationships within the geosystem and essential for understanding the object of study of this school discipline, the methodological basis of the research is based on the qualitative answers of the respondents that give us reasons to highlight the impact elements on the selection of the use of practical activities in teaching geography. The research method is the online questionnaire adjusted to the potential of students, and the main conclusion is the essential role of these activities. This role is to attract and stimulate students to actively participate in the accumulation and understanding of new geographical knowledge.
