The article reflects methodological and practical aspects of training environmental / ecological skills of students in the 12th grade of LT ,,Olimp”, Puhăceni village, Anenii Noi district. The content refers to the normative requirements of the national curriculum in Geography, highlighted as specific competencies. These competencies are developed not only by studying the content of the textbook for the 12th grade and school atlases as teaching materials, but also by studying some legislative acts, an example being Law no. 440 of 27.04.1995, regarding the areas and strips for the protection of river waters and water basins. The consolidation of environmental / ecological competence was achieved through research in the local horizon in the protected area of ​​the Dniester River, through visual analysis and assessment of environmental components in relation to the articles of law studied. The students participated in several activities related to the sanitation and arrangement of the researched territory, in informing and raising the awareness of local public authorities and the community members regarding the most obvious forms of negative impact on the environment.

The paper is an analysis of the stages of formation of investigative competence in correlation with the cognitive potential of students. The cognitive development of children is achieved in several consecutive stages, each stage being characterized by the formation of a certain type of thinking and the different structuring of mental operations. The analysis of these psycho-pedagogical aspects reveals human potential and can be correlated with the learning methodology for effective learning.

The quickness, the complexity of today's ever-changing world, in which the people are the main transformation, determines the educational establishments to prepare today's students to deal with the demands of contemporary society, training and developing their skills, values and attitudes, all these being necessary for personal and social success. However, all of this cannot be fully trained by traditional schools. As a result, an integrated approach to the school curriculum is necessary by establishing relationships between knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and values specific to different range of study options, having the same directions. The current approach is to solve the essential problems of the real world, through a present knowledge in an integrated way through interdisciplinarity

Organizational culture is one of the most important factors in stimulating innovation. Therefore, educational institutions should focus on developing the innovative culture of teachers, which can be achieved through planned actions or indirect mechanisms monitored and evaluated by managers. This theoretical study provides a holistic model of innovation culture that takes into account the innovation management and organizational culture necessary for the development of teachers' innovation culture.

In this article we aim to provide perspectives on learning strategies that have been activated for the effective training and development of entrepreneurial skills and the sense of initiative among students in the educational process of biology and chemistry through a transdisciplinary perspective. We as well put forward in the paper elements of originality from two perspectives: we suggest a set of characteristics of entrepreneurial competence and the sense of initiative among students and we argue that the formation and development of entrepreneurial competence and the sense of initiative is an evolutionary process that combines the dynamic exploitation of knowledge transdisciplinary learning.

Educational robotics being a branch of robotics that is applied in education, encourages abstract learning and complex concepts, tries, through a methodology based on the basic principles of robotics, to promote creativity, use of technology and mathematics in an interdisciplinary way, principles common and STEAM education. The article describes the common directions of these directions, presents some aspects related to the teaching of Educational Robotics, a selection of educational robots that can be used in teaching the subject Educational Robotics and Open Roberta Lab programming environment that allows the study of said discipline and without presence robot physics.

This article focuses on issues related to the manifestations of school aggression and violence specific to young school-age students. School violence has serious consequences for all pupils involved, which are felt psychologically (low self-esteem, anxiety or depression), physically (migraines or panic attacks) and academically (absenteeism and school failure). These negative consequences ultimately affect the general atmosphere in the school, which becomes gloomy, where fear prevails instead of a protective environment, and which moves pupils' priorities from focusing on learning to being concerned about their safety. Violence in school leads to a constant state of insecurity and can compromise students' social and emotional well-being. In view of these considerations, the early identification of any violent manifestations allows for targeted intervention measures.

At the present stage it is observed that the students from the educational institutions with pedagogical profile, although during the studies they accumulate a considerable stock of knowledge, nevertheless they encounter difficulties at the stage of their implementation in practical activities. They have great difficulty adapting to rapidly changing circumstances, especially in the field of professional activity, and also face difficulties in applying their knowledge to make decisions independently.

Conceptual-methodological aspects in the formation of intercultural competence to pupils in secondary classes 中学学生跨文化能力形成的概念-方法方面

This article summarizes the conceptual-methodological aspects that are the basis for the formation of intercultural competence for secondary school students. The curricular approach to intercultural education is a relatively new field for Romania. More specifically, from the 2017-2018 school year it is studied in secondary classes, in this case in the sixth grade, one hour a week in the common trunk. In 2016, the new framework curricula for the secondary were adopted, approved by the order of the Minister of National Education and Scientific Research no. 3590 / 05.04.2016. These are applied from the 2017-2018 school year to the 5th and 6th grades, starting with the 2019-2020 school year to the 7th grade, and from the 2020-2021 school year to the 8th grade. The purpose of school education is based on the acquisition of key competencies by students and the formation of the profile of the graduate, able to integrate socially and professionally. One of the eight key competences contained in the 2006 Council of Europe Recommendation is the intercultural competence. In essence, intercultural competence is formed within several disciplines of study, but not only at the level of intercultural education. Thus, we claim that it is "polished" in an organized and systematic way through formal and non-formal activities by teachers. A series of teaching methods are the basis for the formation of intercultural competence in secondary school students are mentioned here. These have been successfully applied by the author in the classroom.

In 2016, the new framework curricula for the secondary were adopted, approved by the order of the Minister of National Education and Scientific Research no. 3590 / 05.04.2016.
