Transformation of the Education System as a Driver of Digitalization of the National Economy 教育体制转型推动国民经济数字化

Purpose: analysis of changes in the Russian education system taking into account the requirements of the modern labor market in the conditions of digitalization. Methods: generalization, abstraction and analysis of theoretical and practical factors of the digital economy that form the requirements of employers. Results: Changes related to the use of digital technologies require new knowledge and competencies from a person. This will lead to the transformation of all models and formats of training: training, retraining, internship, advanced training, additional education, etc. Conclusions: The state, by implementing large-scale and targeted projects, will contribute to the timely adaptation of education to new conditions, and public investments in human capital will make these investments effective and quickly recouped.

Optimization of Immersive Blended Learning as the Main Direction of Development of "Education 4.0" 优化沉浸式混合学习作为“教育4.0”发展的主要方向

The article discusses blended learning, the ability of which to improve the quality of education in the modern conditions of digital society is no longer in doubt. The authors analyze the relationship and interdependence of blended and immersive learning and evaluate it in terms of such parameters as accessibility and a wide sector of practical use. Modern education, already called "Education 4.0", is associated with virtualization and represents dozens of different pedagogical technologies and areas of pedagogical science. Heutagogy, peeragogy and cybergogy are in focus in modern digital pedagogy. Today they are considered as modern innovative pedagogical approaches that can provide the best technological tools for digital immersive learning. This paper provides a systematic review of the scientific literature that characterizes the methodological approaches of "digital pedagogy".

Comparative Analysis of the Main Directions of Formation and Development of Higher Education in China and Russia 中俄高等教育形成与发展主要方向的比较分析

In the conditions of international integration of national economies, the construction of education systems is also characterized by a focus on the establishment of uniform international standards. At the same time, each country has its own national characteristics, which are reflected in the construction of the education system, the implementation of training specialists in various fields of activity. Currently, there is an expansion of areas of cooperation between Russia and China. Cooperation takes on new forms and new aspects of interaction. The education system of Russia in the context of changing socio-economic development and the situation in the international arena, changes in interaction with various countries, requires reform of higher education, since it underlies the training of specialists capable of representing the interests of the country in the international arena. The development of international mobility programs for modern higher education in Russia and China makes the problem of studying the specifics of educational conditions in different countries and cultures extremely relevant. The countries have common borders and long-standing ties. They are characterized by interaction in all areas and directions: cultural, socio-economic, political. China is currently actively developing in the field of technology. This makes it possible to use the experience of training specialists, the methodology of organizing training in higher educational institutions and the development of curricula for higher professional education. The educational process should not only contribute to the training of specialists capable of developing international cooperation between Russia and China, but also form an objective idea of the ideological, intellectual, historical and cultural potential of the peoples of these states.

Value-Sensitive Bases of Readiness for Motherhood Women with Psychological Infertility 心理不孕症妇女孕产准备的价值敏感基础

The article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at identifying the features of the relationship between women's value orientations and psychological infertility and their level of readiness for motherhood. It has been established that the individualistic values of women cause a decrease in psychological readiness for motherhood, manifesting itself in the unconscious rejection of the child or an emotionally neutral attitude towards him, combined with a high degree of awareness of the difficulties of motherhood. It is concluded that it is necessary and expedient to study family-related factors of formation in women with psychological infertility of the value-semantic sphere of their personality.

The Kanban method refers to tools used to reduce time costs in production processes. The main purpose of using the method is to manufacture the final product "just in time", i.e. the fulfillment of a certain order without any delays. In Japanese, "Kan" means "sign" and "Ban" means "board". Visually, the Kanban method is presented in the form of a Kanban board, the main function of which is to help the product development team balance the production process at all stages. In this article, we consider the possibility of using the Kanban method as a tool for managing engineering Foresight projects in the formation of the fundamentals of engineering competence of students of basic general education. We present the main advantages of this method, describe how the Kanban method helps to fully influence the formation of the fundamentals of engineering competence of students.

Application of the Fundamentals of German New Medicine in the Psychological Rehabilitation of Dermatological Patients 德国新医学基础在皮肤病患者心理康复中的应用

Modern reality, in its current version of development, has not been able to reduce the rate of development and prevalence of dermatological diseases. It is widely known that psychological factors play a significant role in the causes of these pathologies. There are often situations when this component is the only obvious determinant that provokes the active dynamics of a particular skin disease. Based on these trends, we can say that the need to create a solid theoretical concept that could be effectively used in clinical practice has maximum relevance in modern realities. One of such concepts is the German New Medicine (author – Raik Hamer). In this article, an attempt is made to introduce the theoretical foundations of this model into medical practice, a specific clinical case is described with a detailed analysis of most psychological aspects, one way or another, related to the influence of the stress component on the development of dermatological symptoms. The described clinical case was chosen as the most suitable, for the fullest possible reflection of the real functioning of special biolog-ical programs and laws. The data obtained with the standard psychological diagnosis are compared with the data obtained by applying the theoretical provisions of the German New Medicine to the clinical case. Additionally, the efficiency of this theory is checked by the correspondence of anamnestic information, a group of complaints, the actual condition of the patient, the subjective opinion of a specialist (medical psychologist) – a certain special biological program that obeys the first biological law according to R. Hamer. Thus, the results of psychodiagnostics confirm the ef-fectiveness of using the concept of Raik Hamer in actual clinical practice.

Creation of Interactive Models of Historical and Cultural Heritage Objects and Their Use in Pedagogical Activities 历史文化遗产互动模型的创造及其在教学活动中的应用

The issues of teaching university students to create interactive objects of cultural heritage and assemble virtual museum expositions on their basis using the example of virtual museums "Soldiers of Victory", "Heritage of the Tambov Land", "Desktop Museum of the History of the Cossacks: Augmented Reality Technologies", as well as their application in educational activities, are considered in the article. Work on these virtual museums is carried out by students and teachers of K.G. Razumovsky Moscow State University of Technologies and Management with the support of the Moscow Department of Education and Science, the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and the Presidential Grants Fund. The principles of creating interactive objects, technologies for creating virtual museums, as well as the results of studying various types of content for the target audience of projects are described.
