A Multilateral Study of Social Intelligence and Associated Personal Characteristics of a Generation Z Student Z世代学生社会智力及相关个人特征的多边研究

The study of the phenomenon of "social intelligence" in foreign and domestic psychology was discovered unexpectedly. In a generalized view, the concept under study is considered as a complex structural formation, including a set of abilities aimed at establishing interpersonal relationships; as a personal formation, regardless of general intelligence and associated with a specific activity. Recently, there has been an opinion about social intelligence as a clear and compatible group of mental abilities associated with the processing of social information, i.e. evaluating the level of adequacy and effectiveness of interaction. It should be noted that a special explanation is required of the relationship of intelligence as a cognitive ability linked to personality traits; intelligence and propensity to adapt to new expectations and events of the wedding, as well as the connection of intelligence, processes of self-regulation and control of the locus. Separately, it is necessary to theoretically and applied comprehend the specific features of the student's generation when designing the conditions for the development of intelligence in the conditions of the educational process of higher education.

The Problem of Deviant Behavior Among Modern University Students 现代大学生的越轨行为问题

The article deals with the problems of deviant behavior of modern university students. The historical, socio-economic, medical and biological prerequisites for the occurrence of deviations are analyzed. The frequency of manifestation of various forms of deviant behavior is compared. The problem of students missing classes without valid reasons is considered, including the impact of the pandemic caused by the "New coronavirus infection Covid-19" on non-attendance at the university. Special emphasis is placed on the digitalization of modern society as a factor predisposing to skipping classes. Conclusions are drawn about the possibilities of improving the educational process and ways to solve problems related to the deviant behavior of modern students.

The article is devoted to the problem of professional training of modern teachers to work in the new conditions of the information society, which determine the development of new forms and methods of organizing pedagogical interaction. The criteria and indicators of the readiness of future teachers to use new social media in the educational process of the school are disclosed. The results of an empirical study aimed at identifying the level of formation of such readiness among modern students of pedagogical universities are presented. The necessity of organizing special conditions at the university to optimize the process of media education for future teachers has been established.

Empathy as a Predictor of Doctor's Professional Success 同理心是医生职业成功的一个预测因素

The professional competence of the dentist requires the presence and development of appropriate communication skills and the ability to create a warm psycho-emotional contact with the patient. Research by renowned academic psychologists, scientific work in the field of medicine, and finally life experience prove that a trusting doctor-patient relationship has a positive impact both on the treatment process and on the immediate results of the treatment. Patients who experience a state of psychological comfort with their doctor are much more comfortable with dental procedures for which they are already a priori nervous. Subconscious tension and fear of procedures makes the patient consciously or unconsciously resist the actions of the doctor, which creates discomfort for both the patient and the doctor, which in turn can have a negative impact on the quality of treatment. The purpose and objectives of the presented article were to study the concept of "empathy" on the basis of developed scientific research, to analyze domestic and foreign literature on the topic under study, to conduct an experiment on the method of identifying the level of empathy by V. V. Boyko among dentists working in the state dental clinics and private clinics of the city of Moscow. Materials and methods: To determine the effectiveness of using empathy in communication between dentists and patients, testing, questionnaires, interviews, observation and an experiment were conducted among 10 dental clinics. The test was based on the analysis of the level of empathy according to the methodology of V. V. Boyko. The results obtained showed that the indicative level of empathy in the studied group of dentists corresponds to the average, which can be explained by the complexity of doctors' work. Medical workers receive various psychological traumas in the course of their activity, and involuntarily witness negative situations. In order to distance themselves as much as possible from this and avoid emotional exhaustion, they need to pay attention to their own feelings and emotions and avoid becoming overly involved in the problem. Therefore, when interviewed, many dentists emphasized moderate empathy, considering it to be the most appropriate due to the intensity of the field of work. Moreover, it was revealed that the manifestation of empathy in medical workers has its own peculiarities, and the level of emergence of empathy channels according to the method of V.V. Boyko's method varies, which is connected with professional differentiation.

On Improving the Mechanism of Strategic Planning and Management of Vocational Education 论完善职业教育战略规划与管理机制

The article analyzes the current state of the regulatory framework and the corresponding mechanism of strategic planning and management of vocational education in the Russian Federation. The main element of the mechanism for implementing state policy in the field of personnel training is the state programs of scientific and technological development and education development. Poor quality and insufficiently balanced development of vocational education is one of the main factors of weak innovation activity of the economy. In turn, this creates a low demand for the training of new generations of personnel capable of ensuring the implementation of priority areas of scientific and technological development. The article presents recommendations for improving the mechanism of strategic planning and management of vocational education, planning budget expenditures for science and vocational education.

Adaptation of a Young Teacher to Professional Activities 青年教师对专业活动的适应

The article deals with the issue of professional adaptation of young teachers, how exactly to socialize a young teacher in a team, establish relationships with students and parents, deal with conflict situations and succeed in educational activities. This article serves as a tool for reviewing and analyzing the opinions of students of pedagogical universities about the risks and benefits of the work of a young teacher. The purpose of the study: to identify the opinions of representatives of student youth, who are students of the pedagogical direction, in Moscow, on the adaptation of a young teacher to professional activities. The results of the focus group analysis made it possible to identify the main systems of ideas about the effective development of practical skills in a young teacher. They were active interaction with children and accumulated work experience. The participants noted that for the positive effect of learning, the “gamification” of the lesson is important, which implies an entertaining form of the lesson and the inclusion of interesting innovations. It was concluded that a young teacher often becomes a hostage to the subjective opinion of a more experienced teacher, but, on a par with this, such a concept as mentoring is also acceptable. The problem of relationships and mutual understanding on the part of the student, parent or team has led to a series of discussions about exactly how gossip about the incompetence of a young teacher is born and for what reason there are difficulties with such social adaptation. Only the teacher himself can dispel stereotypes, guided by ethics, norms of justice, knowledge, skills and despite the difficulties.

Traditional and Liberal in the System of Values of Russian Youth 俄罗斯青年价值观体系中的传统与自由

The article deals with theoretical and methodological approaches to the classification of values, analyzes the theory of the functioning of values by P.A. Sorokin, regularities and stages of development of the system of values of post-Soviet youth are determined from the position of fluctuation. Based on empirical research data, the author shows how the system of values of post-Soviet youth fluctuates in the range of traditional-liberal values.

Development of Foreign Language Communicative Competence of the Language Training Students Based on a Lexical Approach 从词汇学角度看语言训练学生外语交际能力的培养

Vocabulary is the basis of the language, and the most important part of learning is the ability to understand and reproduce lexical units. The proposed article emphasizes that the language activity corresponding to the lexical approach in teaching foreign languages should be based on raising students' awareness of the lexical nature of the language. In the presented work, the characteristics of the correlations of the graphic appearance of similar English and Russian words are given, the concepts of direct and indirect correlation of similar words, the concept of polysemy in similar words are defined. Cases are indicated when a polysemantic word does not always correspond in its meaning to a similar Russian word and situations when English similar words cannot be translated into Russian by similar related words, since the semantics of these similar words has received somewhat different development in English and Russian.
词汇是语言的基础,学习中最重要的部分是理解和复制词汇单位的能力。本文强调外语教学中与词汇教学法相适应的语言活动应以提高学生对语言词汇本质的认识为基础。本文给出了英汉相近词图形外观关联的特征,定义了相近词的直接关联和间接关联的概念,以及相近词的多义概念。当一个多义词在意义上并不总是与一个相似的俄语词相对应时,以及当英语相似的词不能通过相似的相关词翻译成俄语时,因为这些相似词的语义在英语和俄语中得到了一些不同的发展时,就会指出这种情况。

Methodology of Moral and Religious Neo-Institutionalism for the National Education System in Russia (Consistency, Balance and Morality) 俄罗斯国民教育体系的道德与宗教新制度主义方法论(一致性、平衡与道德性)

The subject of the article is the problem of the crisis of the Russian education system and, above all, the ideology and general methodology of teaching in the field of humanities. The purpose of the study is to formulate new principles as part of the author's methodology of training courses for higher education in the conditions of Russia's withdrawal from the Bologna process and the formation of a national educational system. The modern education system is the result of many trends in the development of society — and above all secularization, the separation of science from religion and the development of the positivist nature of scientific knowledge. The crisis of modern education is a manifestation of the crisis of positivist science and the global crisis. Russia was the first in the world among non-Muslim countries to publicly declare the rejection of liberal principles of social structure. The paper proposes a new methodology — moral and religious neo-institutionalism, containing three main principles — system, balance and morality. The latest practical result of its implementation is the launch of the publication of the INFRA-M publishing house of a series of books "Russian University Textbook on Economics and Management" intended for master's degree (advanced level). Among them the textbook "Economic theory. Russian Economics" took the first place in the international academic course "Academus" in the nomination "Economics and Management".
