Multifunctionality of the objective world of N. Musin’s novel “The Eternal Forest” 穆辛小说《永恒的森林》客观世界的多功能性

The aim of the research is to determine the features of the material world and its functions in the novel “The Eternal Forest” by N. Musin. The poetics of the objective world is considered as an important component of artistic thinking, one of the significant cultural components in the writer’s creative work. Bashkir literary studies and literary criticism to a certain extent have already touched upon the issues related to the problems of poetics, the peculiarities of the artistic world of the prose writer. The paper is original in that it is the first to provide a holistic description of the objective world in the Bashkir writer’s prose, to reveal the artistic specifics and functions of the world of things. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the features of the artistic functioning of the material world in N. Musin’s prose are based on the artistic experience of literature in the late XX century in the depiction of the objective environment. A hero’s characterization through objective details becomes a peculiarity of N. Musin’s artistic worldview, in his writings, the world of things symbolizes both the inner world of a character and the philosophy of the author’s creative work. It is noted that in the works of the writer, the world of things is multifunctional, on the one hand, it highlights the author’s position and, on the other hand, it becomes a significant characteristic of the environment.

Features of verbal phraseological units in the Ingush language 印古什语动词词组单位的特征

The aim of the research is to identify the characteristics of verbal phraseological units in the Ingush language. Ingush phraseological units that include a verb as a core component exhibit a diverse composition. The analysis of groups of verbal phraseological units in the study made it possible to characterize their structural features. The scientific novelty of the work lies in defining the structural and semantic characteristics of verbal phraseological units in the Ingush language. As a result of the research, verbal phraseological units in the Ingush language have been identified and systematized and their structural patterns have been determined. It has been proved that the composition of verbal phraseological units in the Ingush language is extremely diverse in terms of the structure and the meaning of the components involved. It is noted that in verbal phraseological units, transitive and intransitive verbs in the indefinite form are commonly used as the core component. Verbal phraseological units in the Ingush language are predominantly two-component. It has been determined that in the Ingush language, the majority of phraseological units with a verb as the core component, while possessing a qualitatively new meaning, maintain a strong connection with free word combinations.

Indirect object models in the language of Old Turkic runic monuments 古突厥语符文纪念碑语言中的间接宾语模型

The aim of our research is to identify the indirect object models that can be attributed to the original Turkic language features, using the language of the oldest written monuments that have survived to the present day as the material for analysis. We attempted to classify the discovered syntactic models, using the type of relationship between the components of the construction as the main criterion and their classifying grammatical meaning as a more specific criterion. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that during the study, we determined that the indirect object construction in the language of the Old Turkic runic script is expressed through various means: case forms of substantive parts of speech and verbal-nominal forms; through postpositions within word combinations; pronouns with substantive meaning; nominal phrases – izafet; substantive-adjective forms. As a result of the research, indirect object constructions have been identified and examples of their usage in the language of the Old Turkic runic script have been provided.

German idiomatic expressions with the names of countries, nationalities and languages: Structural-semantic and linguoculturological features 德国国名、民族名和语言名的习语表达:结构语义和语言文化特征

The paper examines German idiomatic expressions with the names of countries, nationalities and languages, which are of great interest both from a linguoculturological and a structural-semantic point of view. The aim of the study is to identify and interpret the basic principles of figurative and semantic reinterpretation of components – the names of countries, nationalities and languages – as part of German idiomatic expressions, taking into account their national and cultural specifics, structural and semantic diversity and stylistic features. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that the analysis of idiomatic expressions of various structures, taking into account three different components at the same time, makes it possible to determine the national and cultural specifics of the perception of other cultures by native speakers of German and its reflection in German phraseology to a fuller extent. As a result, it has been revealed that idiomatic expressions with the names of nationalities and languages, which are often phraseological unities or phraseological combinations, primarily have a pronounced negative connotation due to ethnic stereotypes, unlike idiomatic expressions with the names of countries, usually represented by phraseological expressions.

Perceptual space in the short story “Lieutenant Yergunov’s Story” by I. S. Turgenev 屠格涅夫短篇小说《叶尔古诺夫中尉的故事》中的感知空间

The paper is the first to examine the system of perceptual imagery in I. S. Turgenev’s short story “Lieutenant Yergunov’s Story”. The scientific novelty of the research is accounted for by its subject – the analysis of the structure of perceptual space, which includes all types of “physiological” (P. A. Florensky) spaces: visual, acoustic, olfactory, tactile, gustatory. The aim of the research is to show the dependence of the perceptual image on the point of view of the character (subject of perception) and the narrator (subject of expression). In accordance with the stated aim, special attention was paid to liminal space, the description of the state of the protagonist’s transition from wakefulness to sleep and delirium. As a result of the research, it has been found that I. S. Turgenev purposefully creates an artistic narrative about the transformation of perception under the influence of the external environment: he shows how the deprivation of visual and acoustic sensations actualizes other forms of sensory perception – smell and touch. Thus, the short story, to which researchers tend to refer as “mystical”, is presented as an artistic version of the description of human psychophysiology, as a response to the works of H. von Helmholtz and I. M. Sechenov, with which the writer became acquainted in the 1860s.

The genesis of the battlefield image in the poetic batalistics of the Patriotic War of 1812 1812年卫国战争中诗意的战场形象的起源

The aim of the research is to identify the literary genesis, semantic components, and artistic potential of the image of the battlefield in the poetic batalistics of 1812. The article explores the architectonics of the battlefield space and the symbolic content of the battle image, based on works from the “Collection of Poems Relating to the Unforgettable Year of 1812”, in comparison with folklore traditions and ancient Russian military tales. The research’s scientific novelty lies in clarifying the genesis of spatial topoi in the verbal batalistics of the Patriotic War of 1812, determining the mechanisms of transforming vivid images of military events into powerful artistic images, and expanding our understanding of visual poetics in the Russian literature of the early 19th century. The study reveals that within the context of battles, the field topos is realized in several meanings. It is not only a designation of the battlefield but also a generalized image of the entire Russian land, embodying the national character. It is found that alongside the vivid imagery inherited from ancient Russian military storytelling, the poets of 1812 infused the battle texts with romantic and realistic tendencies in the depiction of space. This is reflected in their praises of the military accomplishments of ordinary individuals on the battlefield, the gallantry of hussars, friendly sentiments, and portrayals of soldier life. This allows readers to visually perceive historical events and be engaged with the literary patriotic tradition.

The book under review analyzes the genre of collective monograph which comprises the articles of the modern researchers studying the life and creative work of A. P. Chekhov according to the discussion principle ‘pro et contra’ with the classicists of Czech studies. Such discussion is requested by the time and actualized in the new anthology discourse.

The motif of miracle in the novels by F. M. Dostoevsky, I. S. Shmelev and A. F. Losev 陀思妥耶夫斯基、什梅廖夫和罗塞夫小说中的奇迹母题

The paper explores the motif of miracle in Russian literature through a comparative analysis of the novels “Crime and Punishment” by F. M. Dostoevsky, “The Woman Thinker” by A. F. Losev and “The Heavenly Ways” by I. S. Shmelev. The specificity of the research lies in its focus on the authors’ religious worldview, as they belonged to different eras and held different religious, philosophical and aesthetic positions. The research demonstrates that they share an understanding of the motif of miracle based on the dialectics of faith, which forms a dialectical model of personality in their works. The aim of the research is to identify the distinctive features of the functioning of the motif of the Christian miracle in the selected works of Russian literature from the 19th and 20th centuries. The scientific novelty lies in revealing the dialogical nature of the motif of miracle expressed in the encounter between man and God and its world-constructing function determined by the situation of faith and lack of faith that shapes corresponding worlds within the literary works. It is argued that the motif of the Christian miracle is an invariant of the motif of encounter and is realised through the plot of doubt, which involves the choice between faith and lack of faith. The miracle is defined by the situation of dialogue between the protagonist and God. The protagonist’s attainment of faith is considered a miracle and is associated with his spiritual rebirth.

Life and creative work of Pan Yue in the context of his “Rhapsody on the Mouth Organ” 从《口琴狂想曲》看潘岳的生平与创作

The research aims to determine the main characteristics of the life and literary works of one of the most prominent Chinese poets of the late 3rd century CE Pan Yue. The paper examines the biography of the author in its various periods and stages, the themes and uniqueness of his works in different traditional genres, as well as the historical fate and significance of his literary legacy. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that it is the first time in Russian Sinology that the life and poetry of Pan Yue become the subject of a specific and comprehensive study: a detailed periodization of his biography is provided, a thematic classification of his works is presented, the related discussions in Chinese tradition are analyzed, the key importance of Pan Yue’s “Rhapsody on the Mouth Organ” for understanding his worldview, creative work and life conflicts is revealed. As a result of the research, the main periods and stages in Pan Yue’s biography have been established; the contradictory nature of traditional evaluations of the poet’s verses has been explained; the main themes of his works with the central theme of mourning for the deceased have been identified; the aesthetic significance of the category of sorrow in Pan Yue’s literary works as a means of restoring harmony and life has been clarified.

Formal variation of the terms describing human infectious diseases (based on the material of the English language) 描述人类传染病的术语的正式变体(基于英语材料)

The aim of the research is to construct a typology of formal variants of terminological units describing human infectious diseases. The author analyses the similarities and differences between the phenomena of synonymy and variation, presenting two opposite views on the attitude of linguists toward this problem. Then the phenomenon of formal variation is considered separately from synonymy. The scientific novelty of the research lies in a comprehensive approach to studying formal variant terms and constructing their typology. As a result of the study, the main reason for the variation of professional units of infectiology has been determined, i.e., the active process of borrowing of special vocabulary in English under the influence of Greek-Latin bases. The typology of variation of terms is represented by graphic, word-formation, syntactic, morphological-syntactic and phonetic variants. A separate group of formal variants is identified, including lexically related terms, where the replacement of word combination components is the result of semantic clarification, conceptual expansion or replacement of borrowed words. The preservation of functionality of the identified variants of terms in modern scientific literature has been established.
