The current research aimed at analyzing and knowing (1) the influence of fiscal decentralization policy towards economic growth in eastern Indonesia and (2) the influence of fiscal decentralization policy towards regional imbalances decline in eastern Indonesia. In order to reach the aims, panel data was analyzed. It was analyzed by accommodating information that related to cross-section variables and time series. The panel data, substantially, is expected to be able to decrease the problems of omitted-variables. Furthermore, regression effect analysis was applied for estimating the econometric model. The results of the current research have shown that: (1) fiscal decentralization policy influences growth of the regional economy, and (2) the relationship of fiscal decentralization policy with regional imbalance has confirmed that the decentralization fiscal has not got any ability to reduce the imbalances economy of eastern Indonesia.

This study aims to conduct a study of different wangsa marriage at Balinese in Lombok. This phenomenon is related to the basis of the determination of the social stratification of Hindus in Lombok and finds a solution to the problem raised. This research was designed in interpretive descriptive research using an empirical juridical study model. Data source of this study consisted of two, namely primary and secondary. The results of the study found (1) the basis for determining the social stratification of Balinese Hindus in Lombok, namely, the interpretation of erroneous religious norms, namely from catur varna become catur wangsa. Catur varna uses the basis of guna (talent) and karma (tendency) in determining social stratification. Catur wangsa using birth is the basis for determining social stratification. In this regard, the patrilineal cultural traditions of Balinese Hindu community in Lombok calculate the kinship relationship of a child following his father's lineage. (2) with regard to changes in the determination of the social stratification system, women are psychologically pressured because of injustice to treatment. (3) the alternative is that if the marriage between the tri wangsa woman and the man outside tri wangsa is the marriage process of the ngerorod model or elopement.

In fact, humans have always been closely related to others. This relationship can be meant to encounter ethical counselor-counselee which is based on an attitude of responsibility. The concept of the responsibility of Levinas can be put as a foundation for ethical counselor-counselee relation in order to contribute to and strengthen the concept of responsibility in literature-literature for guidance and counseling, and counseling practice also does not impress as conditioning. Based on a literature review and critical analysis, we found the following results: 1). The helping profession is to be interpreted in the framework of thinking responsibility, and the responsibility of counselor-counselee should be able to be realized in concrete actions and patterned being-for so that it becomes I-for-You (asymmetrical), should not be reversed into a being-with so that it becomes You-to-I (reciprocity/mutuality); 2). Responsibility in the context of multicultural counseling is seen in phenomenological by pointing at reality in awareness counselor (intentionality), and 3). Empathy as a major component of the counselor in the basic attitude of its existence takes responsibility for substitution (one-in-the-place-of-another). The responsibility of substitution is the unique and total responsibility of the counselor-counselee.

Related to the statement, this study aims to analyze the relationship between self-disclosure to the culture of Papuan teenagers. The sample of the current study was teenager students of Middle School in Sentani, Papua- Indonesia. In the study, a random technique was applied in order to gain 183 students as the total sample. They were 20% of the 919 teenager students. The quantitative approach was applied to examine the instruments of validity and reliability, factor analysis, t-test, and correlation coefficient. The results have shown that from 78 statement items of self-disclosure, 64 statement items were declared valid while 14 others were not valid. For 85 items about culture, there were 68 valid statement items while 17 were invalid. The self-disclosure analysis of reliability was 0.823 while the culture analysis was 0.810. Furthermore, factor analysis has shown that from 64 items of self-disclosure statements, 60 items were stated to be fulfilled while 4 other items were not fulfilled. The results of the correlation coefficient were obtained at 86.5%. It is concluded that self-disclosure has a strong and significant effect on the culture of Papuan teenagers.

A study focuses on two aspects first, how existing marketing strategy provides a push the customer for selecting particular home appliances and the second one how demand on customers are motivated though using that marketing strategy. Because marketing strategies are just the ingredients which help to attract the consumer towards the product. So we conclude that our study focuses on two aspects first, how existing marketing strategy proves a push the customer for selecting particular home appliances and the second one how demand on customers are motivated though using that marketing strategy. In both cases, we found that there must be a strong correlation between the marketing strategies which prove a push or poke (shock- knock at the customer’s choice) while selecting a particular home appliance.
