Improving Of Tactical-Technical Characteristics of the Antenna-Receiving Complexes based on TTA antennas set 基于TTA天线组的天线接收复合体战术技术特性改进

. Scheme of modernization kit construction allows to make serial deliveries of kits for rigging ups and improvement of tactical-technical characteristics of ARC models, based on TTA antennas set. Propositioned technical solutions were tested on 6 samples of ARC, based on TTA. Positive results of tests confirmed correct choice of technical solutions in modernization kits constructing.

Improving of the Command Data Radio Link Stability to Interfering Factors 干扰因素对指挥数据无线电链路稳定性的影响

. Analysis of the command data radio link’s in communication channel with multipath and the Doppler shift is made. The radio link is based on IEEE 802.15.4a standard CSS profile. It is shown the radio link possesses a high stability, when functioning in communication channel with the multipath and increased stability to the Doppler shift compared with the phase-shift keyed signal. For example the velocity of network point with a speed up to 300 km/h requires increase in the signal-noise ratio on 0,1 dB with a bit error probability 10 − 4 .

Operation of gate trench etching for vertical power MOSFET manufacturing technology is considered and investigation results are shown as dependences of trench geometry from etch parameters and as parameters of the final etch regime in this paper. It is shown that gas flows’ proportional change has a little effect on the etch regime and the trench form, and etch time to deposition time ratio has a strong influence on the wall slope and the bottom roughness.

The article considers necessary action on using foreign microcircuits industrial quality levels in plastic packages ( PEM ) for space devises. It describes PEMs positive and negative features in compare with hermetic microcircuits. Here you will find the PEMs routing in the RTC SE including 100% incoming inspection, screening testing diagnostic nondestructive testing, sepling destructive physical analyses and the certification testing. The article considers an approach to the definition of reliability performances of PEMs lot going through the combination of comprehensive tests.

. In solving the problem of radiation stable signals with constant spectral composition is required to synthesize the appropriate signal model equation. For the synthesis is proposed to use one of the types of genetic algorithms — a method of group account of arguments (GMDH). In fact, synthesized by this method the equation is the optimal filter — a private performance of the series expansion Lotka–Volterra. The results obtained expansion — the result of a genetic algorithm. The problems in the synthesis of the optimal filter are usually separate data, usually generate models of applicants, the method of obtaining the coefficients of the model and the form of the quadratic model selection criterion. The report provides algorithms for solving these problems, implemented in C++ and runs under OS MSVS. Of particular interest is the modified algorithm for determining the coefficients Seidel optimal model capable of oper-ating with a poorly-defined matrices having determinant value close or equal to zero.

Particularities of observation Earth from the Space are considered. Predetection adaptive compensation a casual tiltes of wave front, generated by atmospheric turbulence, is proposed. Optical Transfer Function (OTF) and resolution ability of ERS system with adaptive compensation a casual tiltes of wave front is investigated. For telescope with annular aperture a dependence OTF from degree screening of annular aperture is investigated and preferences of ERS system with adaptive compensation a casual titles of wave front before system without adaptation are shown.

. Results of the system analysis of a number of the existing information technologies (IT) of remote control and telecontrol are considered, by products of the missile and space equipment (MSE). The problem situation connected by that for development of astronautics in the XXI century it is necessary to ensure sustainable management of MSE products in various conditions of a situation in real time is discusses, increasing the level of information processing. More it concerns the space systems of a special purpose using IT and the software of the distributed information systems. Despite the reached results of researches in this area, the general scientific bases of analysis and synthesis of robust (steady) IT of the distributed remote control of MSE products didn’t gain now due development that affects the efficiency and quality of management of the existing group of spacecrafts, and also launch of new products by means of accelerating blocks. The approach to realization of operational robust IT of remote control of MSE products based on development of methodological bases, models and a complex algorithms of the distributed classification and robust estimation of results of the automated remote control of objects of management is offered.

. Describes the main results of the using of high-precision dosing unit (dispenser) VDU-65 for filling upper block (UB) “Breeze-M” of the rocket “Angara-A5”. Dispenser VDU-65 is designed to measure the mass flow of the components of rocket fuels with an accuracy of ± 0,2 % in the range from 500 to 999 999 kg at flow rates of 3,5– 24 m 3 /h. High dosing accuracy is ensured by using the algorithm of measurement as the calibration characteristics of the individual dependence of the Strouhal number on Reynolds number Sh ( Re ) , as well as correction of the density and viscosity of the components. The results of analysis output information install VDP-65, registered in the fueling process of the RB “Breeze-M” system of documentation filling complex, which confirmed its normal functioning. production.
