Currently, artificial intelligence technologies are rapidly entering many areas of our society. It should be said that currently several reforms are being implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan for the development of artificial intelligence technologies. In particular, the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to create conditions for the rapid introduction of artificial intelligence technologies" dated February 17, 2021, No. PQ-4996 defines the main tasks in this regard. One of the most pressing issues studied by modern researchers is the issues related to the topic of digitalization of the educational process. In this article, the stages of development of artificial intelligence, and its application in the field of modern education are presented. The potential of artificial intelligence in education is also considered. At the same time, the processes of intellectual education are modeled mathematically. Algorithms of intellectual educational processes are proposed using CCN, and SHAP algorithms for organizing intellectual educational processes.Also, issues of ensuring the immutability and confidentiality of student evaluation results on distance education platforms, a strategy for ensuring the security of student test and control data using blockchain technology are presented.

According to the results of the multi-factor forecast of the economic growth of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the conditions of the digital economy, in 2026, compared to 2021, the gross domestic product will increase by 32.6 percent, to 85196.64 billion soums. The Internet is used by 23.2% of the total population, 26.4% of mobile subscribers, 23.0% of enterprises and organizations, and 24.2% of those with access to broadband Internet. It was discovered that increasing the percentage and reaching 744.3 thousand people could accomplish this.

Monetary policy by achieving price stability in the country, ensuring the stability of the national currency makes it possible to ensure the stability of the rates of macroeconomic growth. The prospects for the development of the stock market through Islamic securities in the digital economy are today one of the hot topics in the financial system. Therefore, in the course of the study within the framework of the topic, a lot of work was done. Other research papers were studied, including the opinions of domestic and foreign scientists, scientific articles and local regulatory documents on the topic. In order to increase the practical significance of scientific work, international Islamic finance and Islamic securities were studied on the basis of statistical data in scientific journal. Based on the studied and analyzed information, scientific and practical conclusions and proposals have been developed on the prospects of Islamic securities in the development of the stock market in the digital economy.

The aim of the paper is to investigate and define how artificial intelligence can help the development of labour migration, including from CIS countries. The subject of the research is artificial intelligence technology. The aim is to consider the role of artificial intelligence in shaping the processes of modern labour migration. The main methods used are the analysis of scientific and journalistic literature, analysis of Internet sources, generalization and systematization of the information obtained. The main results are an analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence on the processes of adaptation to contemporary Russian life, an analysis of digital ecosystems and services, and the economic efficiency of the use of artificial intelligence in the field of labour migration. The results of the study can be applied to the improvement of employment processes and the development of new digital services, oriented to the solution of migrants' problems-corruption in migration processes. It was concluded that the potential of artificial intelligence in shaping the processes of modern labour migration has not yet been fully revealed in developing countries.

Although manipulations of visual and aural media have been around for as long as there have been media, the relatively recent introduction of deep fakes has marked a turning point in the creation of fake information. Deep fakes are automated methods that allow the creation of fake information that is becoming increasingly difficult for human observers to see. These procedures are made possible by the most recent technological advancements in artificial intelligence and deep learning. Deep Learning is a powerful method that is now being implemented in a variety of industries, including natural language processing, computer vision, image processing, and machine vision. Deep fakes are created by the use of deep learning algorithms in order to synthesize and modify photos, videos, or sounds of a person, to the point that human people are unable to discern the fake from the real one. In this article, we present a workable description of deep fakes as well as an outline of the technology that lies underneath them. In order to assist people in thinking about the future of deep fakes, we outline the benefits of the deepfake as well as the potential threats. This study presents a complete analysis of deep fake methods and discusses the most effective strategies for preventing counterfeiting.

The number of digital goods and services within the field of the digital economy is growing significantly while simultaneously causing management and regulation problems over them. This makes policy-makers find it hard to keep up with effective regulations and policies or devise effective measures related to the fair government of digital economy domains, thereby digital monopolies are avoided and healthy competition is improved in digital markets. To increase the role of government in the digital economy, this study aims to provide an overview of research areas related to anti-monopoly aspects of the digital economy and outline rising trends and gaps in regulations /policies against digital monopolies. In this regard, we cover and classify research in the area of digital monopolies and effective regulations during the advances of the digital economy, following the inclusion criteria based on the most recent and most promising topics of the digital economy: big data & artificial intelligence, the platform economy, digital trade, financial technology, sustainability, and human welfare. Based on a five-step procedure of conducting systematic mapping, Swale's move/step analysis framework, this paper provides a visual summary of the status of policy research areas and research agendas.

The article deals with the prediction of productivity dynamics of agricultural products based on exponential smoothing and optimization using Holt-Winters, multiple linear regression and ANN. Scaling the data is one of the preprocessing steps of the optimization algorithms in the dataset. As we know, most methods of ANN make decisions depending on their underlying data sets. Often, the algorithms calculate the distance between data points to draw better conclusions from the data. The effectiveness of the optimization methods is measured by the average percentage error (MAPE). According to the data calculation results, the Holt-Winter method MAPE value in prediction is 26.129 (), 297 (), 60.384 (), 93.6 (), 52.9 (), and the smallest MAPE value in multiple linear regression method is 0.28, MAPE value for ANN method is 128 Evolved. Considering the level of MAPE, the MAPE value in the ANN method decreased from 685.6 to 93.6 in comparison with other methods. In addition, indicators for multidimensional prediction of agricultural product productivity were developed in Uzbekistan.

Social networking services such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube are fertile ground for analyzing texts, extracting opinions, and identifying feelings, due to a large number of texts and their diversity in all areas of life. In this manuscript, we apply four algorithms to classify tweets written in the Algerian dialect. To extract feelings, we used six features based on three polarities. In the presented work, we manually annotate a corpus of 2,891 texts and create an Algerian lexicon of idioms that contains 1328 annotated words. Our results show that there are improvements gained in the accuracy of the system, where we have achieved a better accuracy of 85.31.
