The presented article analyzes the theoretical and methodological aspects of the use of digital economy tools in the economic sectors of the Republic of Uzbekistan, particularly in the banking system. The advantages and disadvantages of the development of financial technologies in the country's banking system are discussed, and specific proposals are made for the development of this direction in this field.

METHODS AND ALGORITHMS FOR THE FORMATION OF DISTANCE EDUCATION SYSTEMS BASED ON BLOCKCHAIN AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY 数字经济中基于区块链和人工智能技术的远程教育系统形成方法与算法

Currently, artificial intelligence technologies are rapidly entering many areas of our society. It should be said that currently several reforms are being implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan for the development of artificial intelligence technologies. In particular, the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to create conditions for the rapid introduction of artificial intelligence technologies" dated February 17, 2021, No. PQ-4996 defines the main tasks in this regard. One of the most pressing issues studied by modern researchers is the issues related to the topic of digitalization of the educational process. In this article, the stages of development of artificial intelligence, and its application in the field of modern education are presented. The potential of artificial intelligence in education is also considered. At the same time, the processes of intellectual education are modeled mathematically. Algorithms of intellectual educational processes are proposed using CCN, and SHAP algorithms for organizing intellectual educational processes.Also, issues of ensuring the immutability and confidentiality of student evaluation results on distance education platforms, a strategy for ensuring the security of student test and control data using blockchain technology are presented.

THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF STUDYING THE FACTORS AFFECTING ECONOMIC GROWTH IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY 研究数字经济中影响经济增长因素的理论和方法基础

According to the results of the multi-factor forecast of the economic growth of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the conditions of the digital economy, in 2026, compared to 2021, the gross domestic product will increase by 32.6 percent, to 85196.64 billion soums. The Internet is used by 23.2% of the total population, 26.4% of mobile subscribers, 23.0% of enterprises and organizations, and 24.2% of those with access to broadband Internet. It was discovered that increasing the percentage and reaching 744.3 thousand people could accomplish this.

MODERN PROBLEMS OF MONETARY POLICY IN THE DIGITAL ERA 数字时代货币政策的现代问题

Monetary policy by achieving price stability in the country, ensuring the stability of the national currency makes it possible to ensure the stability of the rates of macroeconomic growth. In addition, monetary policy makes it possible to ensure a low and stable level of interest rates for loans from commercial banks, as a result of which the level of use of bank loans by business entities increases. Therefore, in the Action Strategy for five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021, it is noted that improving monetary policy is one of the prerequisites for strengthening macroeconomic stability and maintaining high rates of economic growth..

The prospects for the development of the stock market through Islamic securities in the digital economy are today one of the hot topics in the financial system. Therefore, in the course of the study within the framework of the topic, a lot of work was done. Other research papers were studied, including the opinions of domestic and foreign scientists, scientific articles and local regulatory documents on the topic. In order to increase the practical significance of scientific work, international Islamic finance and Islamic securities were studied on the basis of statistical data in scientific journal. Based on the studied and analyzed information, scientific and practical conclusions and proposals have been developed on the prospects of Islamic securities in the development of the stock market in the digital economy.

Although manipulations of visual and aural media have been around for as long as there have been media, the relatively recent introduction of deep fakes has marked a turning point in the creation of fake information. Deep fakes are automated methods that allow the creation of fake information that is becoming increasingly difficult for human observers to see. These procedures are made possible by the most recent technological advancements in artificial intelligence and deep learning. Deep Learning is a powerful method that is now being implemented in a variety of industries, including natural language processing, computer vision, image processing, and machine vision. Deep fakes are created by the use of deep learning algorithms in order to synthesize and modify photos, videos, or sounds of a person, to the point that human people are unable to discern the fake from the real one. In this article, we present a workable description of deep fakes as well as an outline of the technology that lies underneath them. In order to assist people in thinking about the future of deep fakes, we outline the benefits of the deepfake as well as the potential threats. This study presents a complete analysis of deep fake methods and discusses the most effective strategies for preventing counterfeiting.

THE APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN LABOUR ECONOMICS: USING MIGRATION FROM CIS COUNTRIES TO RUSSIAN FEDERATION AS AN EXAMPLE 人工智能在劳动经济学中的应用:以独联体国家移民到俄罗斯联邦为例

The aim of the paper is to investigate and define how artificial intelligence can help the development of labour migration, including from CIS countries. The subject of the research is artificial intelligence technology. The aim is to consider the role of artificial intelligence in shaping the processes of modern labour migration. The main methods used are the analysis of scientific and journalistic literature, analysis of Internet sources, generalization and systematization of the information obtained. The main results are an analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence on the processes of adaptation to contemporary Russian life, an analysis of digital ecosystems and services, and the economic efficiency of the use of artificial intelligence in the field of labour migration. The results of the study can be applied to the improvement of employment processes and the development of new digital services, oriented to the solution of migrants' problems-corruption in migration processes. It was concluded that the potential of artificial intelligence in shaping the processes of modern labour migration has not yet been fully revealed in developing countries.

Impact of technology-supported marketing strategies on food security and provision:: Evidence from Uzbekistan's confectionery industry 技术支持的营销战略对粮食安全和供应的影响:*来自乌兹别克斯坦糖果业的证据

This manuscript aims to evaluate the influence of technologically-savvy marketing strategies on ensuring food security and provision. The research need emerges the fact that there is not enough evidence to support the efficacy link between technology-based marketing and food security/provision and explain it from local perspectives. Therefore, the aim of this study tends to be twofold; first to examine the relationship between technology-supported marketing and food security/provision and to show the practice of using technology-enabled marketing strategies for confectionery production in Uzbekistan. Database of this study that is at both national and international levels is created by using well-known publication platforms (such as Scopus, science direct, and research gate) and local stakeholder interviews and analyzed by using analytical hierarchy process and online survey instrument. The technological focus of this study is specifically social media marketing and customer experience software as the representatives of technology in marketing to support food security and provision. Empirical evidence displays that the pricing acceptance rate retrieved from the online survey stood for the least although this indicator as a quality-based criterion of a successful food company has the highest weights of relative importance from the analytical hierarchy process concerning technology-based marketing strategies. Finally, this paper outlines the conclusions and implications of using technology-enabled marketing strategies to support the security and supply of food (for example, confectionery products) in export-oriented countries such as Uzbekistan.

Therefore, the aim of this study tends to be twofold; first to examine the relationship between technology-supported marketing and food security/provision and to show the practice of using technology-enabled marketing strategies for confectionery production in Uzbekistan. Database of this study that is at both national and international levels is created by using well-known publication platforms (such as Scopus, science direct, and research gate) and local stakeholder interviews and analyzed by using analytical hierarchy process and online survey instrument. The technological focus of this study is specifically social media marketing and customer experience software as the representatives of technology in marketing to support food security and provision. Empirical evidence displays that the pricing acceptance rate retrieved from the online survey stood for the least although this indicator as a quality-based criterion of a successful food company has the highest weights of relative importance from the analytical hierarchy process concerning technology-based marketing strategies. Arabic Opinion Mining Using Machine Learning Techniques: Algerian Dialect as a Case of Study 使用机器学习技术的阿拉伯语意见挖掘:以阿尔及利亚方言为例研究

Social networking services such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube are fertile ground for analyzing texts, extracting opinions, and identifying feelings, due to a large number of texts and their diversity in all areas of life. In this manuscript, we apply four algorithms to classify tweets written in the Algerian dialect. To extract feelings, we used six features based on three polarities. In the presented work, we manually annotate a corpus of 2,891 texts and create an Algerian lexicon of idioms that contains 1328 annotated words. Our results show that there are improvements gained in the accuracy of the system, where we have achieved a better accuracy of 85.31.

INFLUENCE OF DIGITAL ECONOMY ON FEMALE ENTREPRENEURSHIP: EXPLORATORY STUDY ON UZBEKISTAN 数字经济对女性创业的影响:基于乌兹别克斯坦的探索性研究

The paper aims to explore the influence of some elements of the digital economy on an increasing number of female entrepreneurs and analyze this unit in the case of Uzbekistan to understand how digitalization trends support female business owners in the current country. Regarding that, data from five countries over the period 2014–2018 was used to conduct a correlation analysis to analyze the relationship between selected indicators and women's entrepreneurship. Results show that the variables have a strong relationship with each other, among which three top-related variables were selected to analyze the impact of the digital economy on businesswomen's activity in Uzbekistan. In the case of this country, it was revealed that the weakest-developed element of digitalization is international internet bandwidth. However, this variable had the strongest and most positive association with female entrepreneurship globally.
