We know that regulation of inflation, creating a favorable environment for market economy and ensuring economic growth is an important issue in every country. To achieve these goals, the monetary policy of the Central Bank, the influence of the refinancing rate is very large. How much do factors affect the central bank's main rate? To answer these pressing questions, we conducted a scientific research. Analytical data for the research were used from the official website of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the official data of the State Statistics Committee. In the study, quarterly indicators were observed for the years 2016-2022, and the number of observations was 26. In the study, regression, Cook's Distance test and Forward stepwise econometric methods were used using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. In the analysis, factors affecting the rate of refinancing of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan were selected as the factors of the country's inflation rate, the percentage of deposits in commercial banks, the percentage of preferential loans, the average percentage of total loans, the percentage of consumer loans, and a regression model was created. The level of reliability of the model was checked by the Forward stepwise method and the result was 89.4%. As a result of the study, it was determined that only 3 of the 5 selected factors have an effect on the refinancing rate of the Central Bank and how much of an effect it has. The same 3 factors were included in the model: inflation rate, percentage of deposits in commercial banks, percentage of preferential loans. The number of migrants from Russia has been increasing sharply in Uzbekistan in recent months because of the Ukrain War. It is necessary to determine the degree of influence of these migration factors on the refinancing rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Our goal is to precisely define the relationship between digitalization process development and labor migrant workers' outflow abroad. This paper contests the claim that any relationship between labor migrant workers and the digital regulation process. The research also aimed to determine how important ICT is for workers' daily activity abroad in evidence from the 5 regions of Uzbekistan. The study uses quantitative analysis to gain insights into migrant workers' pull factors. We analyzed a unique panel dataset of five independent variables in the period of ranging 2017-2021. There is a linear relationship (correlation) between keywords occurrences and their total strength. But, using fixed effects and random effects models, we found significant changes in the model. By analyzing the Hausman test we found test results Prob>chi2 = 0.0001, so we use Random effect model parameters. But in this model, only internet personal users have a negative relationship by 3.428 units. As for sigma_u-303.64505, sigma_e- 824.88704 and rho .1193317 (fraction of variance due to u_i), analysis of the variability over time showed F-test that all u_i=0: F (4, 15) = 0.25 with Prob > F = 0.9075. It means model estimations need not necessarily pooled regression results. Mainly the study provides the first detailed evidence of the association with a migrant who left the country for working in Uzbekistan regions.

Computers and various imaging technologies effectively enhanced the diagnostic procedures of medical imaging, where various medical images enhance the early diagnosis, characterizing and discriminating of different health problems, which lead to efficient healthcare services and treatments. Digital image processing and medical images analysis can significantly support medical diagnosis by providing the necessary tools for automatic detection, extracting significant information and accurate measurement of visible abnormalities. However, there are many challenges related to medical images as well as challenges that arise during the various stages of image processing. This paper provides an overview of different challenges related to medical images and medical image processing. The most prominent and significant challenges are identified and introduced not to discourage the interested researchers in this field of image processing, but to fill the gap of missing a comprehensive overview on these challenges.

In economic-statistical modeling, the use of a linear regression model gives high results in the analysis of the relationship between economic indicators and production factors. The article analyzes the relationship between the volume of agricultural production and agricultural techniques using multiple regression models. As we know, it is important to get a better result for the decline of multiple regression. It is important to normalize the data set using feature-scaling techniques to get a good accuracy of the results. In this experiment, we also worked with scaling the dataset. First, we tried standard scalers algorithm and calculated the loss using the mean square error. In this way we achieved an accuracy of regression of mean square error 2.48, residual (between and ) sum of square is 6.16 and mean square error 1.03 terms. This work proves what can be predicted from multiple regressions and provides a guide to the impact of techniques on agricultural production.

The contemporary customers are positioned as the complex and constantly changing nature of market that challenges entrepreneurs. Adequate Understanding this nature would bring a profit and overall progress of both the company business and the individuals inside the company. In addition to this, customer impulsive buying behavior is one of the most important factors that need to be considered in making the correct decision and taking right actions. Thus, the paper fits in this context by proposing the economic and marketing framework connected with complex analysis of customer purchasing habits. Literature review and stakeholder interview-based analysis of the link between the impact of digital marketing technologies and entrepreneurial challenges and growth areas result in the identification of criteria that influence to both customers buying behavior and digital marketing strategies. Good solution to the problem of evaluating impulsive customer buying behavior, we propose the Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) method which has strong mathematical base by utilizing those criteria useful to develop entrepreneurial areas and digital marketing tactics connected to the business growth. This method is used to make quality customer buying behavior and marketing technology evaluation and selection of the best marketing technology and the most important factors that influence highly customer buying behavior, in case of entrepreneurship development.
