Las funciones ejecutivas y la lectura: Revisión sistemática de la literatura 执行功能与阅读:系统文献综述

Executive functions are high level cognitive processes, responsible for the planning, execution and evaluation that the subject makes of their own behavior. Their study is justified since they are involved in the processes of learning and child development and are the very nucleus of the social and adaptive behavior of the human being. Therefore, identifying the factors that intervene in their production has become an essential objective of the research that seeks to develop effective interventions, in the clinical and educational field, in children and adolescents. This article reviews the scientific literature that relates executive functions and academic performance with the reading learning process. The scientific articles on this topic, published from 2010 to 2015, are studied. Out of a total of 34 search results, 6 scientific publications were selected and analyzed according to predefined criteria.

Evaluación de la Competencia Terapéutica: Consistencia Interna y Acuerdo Inter-Jueces de la Escala de Terapia Cognitiva (CTS) 治疗能力评估:认知治疗量表(CTS)的内部一致性和法官间一致性

Having reliable instruments to measure the competence of therapists in the context of cognitive-behavioral therapy is a  tool of great clinical and empirical value. The Cognitive Therapy Scale (CTS) is one of the scales most widely used to measure therapeutic competence. In the international arena, there are few antecedents that have been proposed to investigate their validity and reliability, and this is still a controversial issue, particularly inter-judge reliability. In addition to the above, there is no research of this type in Argentina, which is why the main objective of this work was to investigate the reliability of the CTS scale. For this, a simple of 10 expert judges was formed, who, through the CTS, evaluated the performance presented by different therapists (n = 4) during the development of one session. The results allowed to conclude that it is a reliable instrument. In effect, an  optimal internal consistency was observed, both in the item- otal correlation and in the Cronbach alpha coefficient. Likewise, in general, a good consistency was observed in the scores given by the different professionals. The data presented in this research support the use of the scale in the context of Argentina and allow us to point out that the CTS is a reliable scale.

Estilo de apego y mentalización en condenados por delitos sexuales 性犯罪罪犯的依恋方式与心理化

The objective of the article is to describe the relationship between the style of attachment and the mentalization in convicted of sexual crimes that are confined in the Penitentiary and Prison Establishment of the city of Monteria- ordoba, Colombia. A total of 96 convicted of sexual crimes participated in this quantitative, descriptive correlational and cross-sectional study. The sample consisted of 50 men divided into 6 categories according to the type of sexual offense, with an average age of 45. Sociodemographic data, attachment styles with the CaMir-R and mentalization with the 8-item RFQ were evaluated. The majority of subjects presented a greater proportion of "insecure attachment" and difficulties in mentalization. The dimension "Autonomy and resentment against parents", belonging to the type of insecure attachment, was the only one that correlated positively with mentalization.

Predictores de la ansiedad en mujeres con trabajo remunerado 有偿工作女性焦虑的预测因素

The main objective of this research was to determine predictive models of anxiety in women with paid work who receive and who do not receive help with their household chores. The study had a quantitative, cross-sectional design with correlational scope. The intentional sample consisted of 554 women from the cities of Saltillo and Sonora, Mexico. The instruments used were the Life-Work Conciliation Scale and the Anxiety Scale; the variables were analyzed through multiple linear regressions. The results show seven predictors of anxiety for women with and without domestic help. The three main predictors are as follows: Rejection of job promotions, Utility and recognition, and Conflict with the couple. It is concluded that the precariousness of interpersonal relationships and the limitation of leisure time are predisposing factors for the presence of anxiety traits in female workers.

Propiedades Psicométricas del Perfil y el Inventario de Personalidad de Gordon “P-IPG” en una muestra de adultos de la ciudad de Bogotá 在bogota市的成年人样本中,戈登“P-IPG”人格特征和人格量表的心理测量学特性

El objetivo de la presente investigacion de tipo instrumental fue explorar la validez factorial, la confiabilidad y otras propiedades psicometricas de la prueba de personalidad P-IPG de Gordon (1972; 1994) en una muestra de la ciudad de Bogota - Colombia. Para tal fin se conto con la participacion de 600 hombres y mujeres mayores de 18 anos residentes en el area metropolitana de la ciudad de Bogota a quienes se les aplicaron las escalas. Los resultados indican que la sub-prueba del PPG mostro ajustarse a un comportamiento tetrafactorial que valido la existencia de factores denominados Ascendencia, Responsabilidad, Estabilidad y Sociabilidad. La sub-prueba IPG arrojo una solucion pentafactorial donde emergieron los factores propuestos por Gordon de Cautela, Originalidad, Relaciones Personales, Vigor y un nuevo factor denominado Autocontrol Emocional. Los coeficientes de fiabilidad alfa de Cronbach de las escalas del P- IPG oscilaron entre .60 y .72. En conclusion, puede afirmarse que la prueba P-IPG es valida y confiable para su uso en el contexto colombiano.

Retos del área de talento humano frente a la inserción laboral de personas en proceso de reintegración 在重新融入社会的过程中,人力人才领域面临的劳动力插入的挑战

Colombia lleva a cabo un proceso de reintegracion para los excombatientes, a fin de mejorar su calidad de vida a traves de diferentes oportunidades, entre ellas, en el ambito laboral, generando procesos de insercion en las organizaciones. Sin embargo, es necesario que esta apertura sea completa, a traves de cambios sustanciales dentro del area de talento humano. Por esto, la presente investigacion tiene como objetivo reconocer los retos del area de Talento Humano frente a la insercion laboral de personas en proceso de reintegracion en la ciudad de San Juan de Pasto, a partir del enfoque cualitativo de tipo fenomenologico, con la participacion de cinco jefes de talento humano del sector de construccion. Como resultados se encontraron cinco categorias inductivas para responder a los objetivos. Se encontro que existe apertura a la insercion laboral dentro de las empresas, ademas del reconocimiento y la gestion de cambio en los procesos de talento humano.

La relación entre la espiritualidad en el ambiente laboral y el compromiso organizacional en un grupo de empleados de un municipio del área oeste de Puerto Rico 在波多黎各西部地区的一个市政当局的一群雇员中,工作环境中的灵性与组织承诺之间的关系

Objective: to determine the relationship between spirituality in the workplace and organizational commitment. Method: descriptive correlational study, with a sample of 156 employees from the west of Puerto Rico. The sub-scales of the dimension of spirituality in the work unit and the organization of the scale of spirituality in the workplace of Ashmos and Duchon, and the scale of organizational commitment of Rosario-Hernandez and Rovira-Millan were used. Results: there is an inverse significant relationship between spirituality in the workplace and organizational commitment; however, no significant differences were found between years of service and spirituality in the workplace. Conclusion: the inverse relationship between spirituality in the workplace and organizational commitment results from the negative perception of employees before the new organizational policies in Puerto Rico.

The sub-scales of the dimension of spirituality in the work unit and the organization of the scale of spirituality in the workplace of Ashmos and Duchon, and the scale of organizational commitment of Rosario-Hernandez and Rovira-Millan were used. Results: there is an inverse significant relationship between spirituality in the workplace and organizational commitment; however, no significant differences were found between years of service and spirituality in the workplace. Interpretación del sueño en personas que asisten a una ceremonia de yage 参加yage仪式的人的梦的解释

El fenomeno onirico, denominado sueno, resulta de gran importancia e interes para todos los seres humanos a lo largo de la historia; por ende, se realizo una investigacion del mismo en el marco de la ceremonia de consumo de yage, donde se busco realizar una interpretacion del significado inconsciente que posee, empleando tres categorias de analisis que resultan de gran importancia en el sueno y permiten generar y fortalecer la construccion de la interpretacion. En primer lugar, se retomaron los restos diurnos como una parte de gran trascendencia en el sueno, seguido de los simbolos como la representacion de los contenidos inconscientes; por ultimo, se indago en cuanto a la censura para identificar los efectos que genera durante el sueno. Cabe senalar que para la recoleccion de la informacion se hizo uso de dos instrumentos, a saber, la entrevista semi estructurada y el grupo focal.

Efectos a largo plazo del programa PROCONI en preescolares de Tunja (Colombia) PROCONI方案对Tunja(哥伦比亚)学龄前儿童的长期影响

Objetivo. Se evaluo el impacto a largo plazo del Programa de Correccion Neuropsicologica Infantil, PROCONI, luego de 3 anos de haber sido implementado. Metodo . Se realizo una investigacion prospectiva experimental en una cohorte de 38 ninos y ninas de los cuales, el 52.4% (22) eran de genero masculino y 47.6% (20) femenino. Los participantes tenian edades comprendidas entre 5 y 7 anos (M= 7.12; DE=.96), pertenecientes a colegios del area urbana y rural de la ciudad de Tunja. Resultados . En los participantes de la zona urbana y rural se encontraron puntuaciones de neurodesarrollo de acuerdo a la edad y escolaridad, evaluados con el CUMANIN o CUMANES respectivamente y se encontraron correlaciones estadisticamente significativas que oscilaron entre moderadas y fuertes en el desempeno de las evaluaciones de seguimiento en la mayoria de las areas e sti muladas. Discusion . La implementacion del programa PROCONI de estimulacion neuropsicologica puede tener efectos significativos a largo plazo con el fin de prevenir dificultades de aprendizaje, el fracaso escolar y el ajuste social en las areas de madurez neuropsicologica.

Propiedades psicométricas de las escalas de dirección e intensidad del CSAI-2R en jugadores de rugby argentinos 阿根廷橄榄球运动员saic - 2r方向和强度量表的心理测量学特性

La ansiedad-estado precompetitiva se caracteriza por la preocupación y la tensión asociada a la activación del organismo que puede impactar en el rendimiento deportivo. Dentro de la teoría multidimensional se ha desarrollado el Inventario de Ansiedad Estado Competitiva-2 Revisado (CSAI-2R) para evaluar la ansiedad somática, ansiedad cognitiva y autoconfianza, previos a una competencia deportiva. El objetivo del presente estudio fue aportar evidencias de validez y confiabilidad para el CSAI-2R en las subescalas de dirección e intensidad, en jugadores argentinos masculinos de rugby. En el estudio participaron cuatroscientos cuarenta y seis jugadores de la provincia de Buenos Aires (M = 16.29 años de edad; DE = .62). El Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio aportó evidencia para modelos de tres factores en ambas subescalas, conservando todos los ítems y replicando su estructura multidimensional. Los valores de consistencia interna fueron mayores a .71. El inventario ha mostrado adecuadas propiedades psicométricas para evaluar estados psicológicos precompetitivos en jugadores juveniles de rugby argentinos.
