Keberagaman Masyarakat di Kota Metro Lampung 楠榜地铁城市的多样化社会

This study aims to determine how the diversity of people in the city of Metro Lampung related to pluralism and multiculturalism. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, which is a research conducted systematically by collecting existing data in the field using data collection tools, namely, observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers found that people living in metro cities who have different livelihoods and professions including farmers, government employees, brick makers, entrepreneurs and other professions, are able to implement the values ​​of pluralism and multiculturalism which are closely related to humans, humanity and culture such as: learning to live in differences, building mutual trust, maintaining mutual understanding, upholding mutual respect, open thinking.

The success of an institution or company is closely related to a leader who is able to control a two-way communication. The world of IT was made the Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University to launch two-way communication to make it easier to realize the goals or vision and mission of a university. It is undeniable that such communication has advantages and disadvantages, for example it often happens miscommunication caused by the loss of concern between employees or staff, superiors and subordinates at the University, then formality in a formal context has begun to disappear. The research that we conducted concerns vertical and horizontal communication at the Faculty of Adab, UIN Raden Intan Lampung, which which can be used as a reference for shaping democratic leadership it is hoped that it will add value to the quality of the university.

Kemajuan sebuah kelompok dapat dilihat dari peran seorang pemimpin yang mengemban tugas dan tanggung jawab dari setiap kegiatan yang telah direncanakan. Pemimpin erat dikaitkan dengan sebuah hegemoni yang terjadi di dalam suatu kelompok dengan cara menyetujui nilai-nilai ideologis dari seorang pemimpin. Berdasarkan film karya Watchdoc dengan judul “Belakang Hotel”, penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk hegemoni yang dikaitkan dengan teori Antonio Gramsci. Konsep hegemoni yang terdapat pada film tersebut adalah budaya, hegemoni, intelektual, dan negara. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik simak catat dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat berdaya berhasil mengambil hak atas air yang diperlihatkan dalam empat konsep hegemoni diantaranya kebudayaan, hegemoni, intelektual dan negara. Secara keseluruhan film ini dapat membangun kesadaran masyarakat agar dapat melakukan perlawanan jika terdapat ketidakadilan yang merugikan seperti dalam ajaran Islam. Selain itu melalui film ini menjadi pembelajaran bagi pemerintah agar memperketat perizinan serta memantau langsung pembangunan di kota Yogyakarta.

Indonesia is currently facing a covid-19 pandemic. The situation  is increasingly difficult,positive cases of covid-19 are increasing. Various efforts were made to prevent covid-19 transmission. Each region reaps the pros and cons and have different problems and require different ways of dealing with it. Each local leadershas a different strategy and socialization so that what is conveyed can be heard and done by the community. Submission of communication messages built by the Government of the City of Bandar Lampung through Diskominfotik to control the social system of the community seems to be still weak because there are still many hoaxes that are trusted by the community that cause excessive panic. This is where the role of public communication is needed, to provide information to the community, calm the community, to unite together against covid-19. In addition, a very important thing to do is to strengthen public communication on the role of local governments in informing and providing education to the local community. So that the social system remains balanced and does not experience inequality in the face of the current covid-19 pandemic. United against covid-19.

Wanita merupakan mitra sejajar kaum pria yang mempunyai peran ganda, di rumah sebagai ibu dan istri, diluar rumah sebagai anggota masyarakat yang senantiasa mengadakan hubungan interaksi sosial. Kepemimpinan adalah sebuah proses yang terdiri dari masukan, proses dan keluaran kepemimpinan. Peran kepemimpinan wanita saat ini memberi dampak bagi perubahan sosial serta keaktifan dan eksistensi dari organisasi kewanitaan menjadi hal yang menarik untuk dikaji.  Sistem dan gaya kepemimpinan setiap pemimpin tentu berbeda, oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan oleh organisasi Wanita Islam dengan menggunakan teori yang diusung oleh Wirawan yang mengelompokkan beberapa macam teori kepemimpinan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengkaji peran dari organisasi Wanita Islam terhadap perubahan sosial masyarakat Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan organisasi wanita islam di provinsi Lampung memiliki gaya yang berbeda-beda di setiap daerahnya. Dan memiliki pengaruh sosial yang cukup baik berdasarkan program yang telah ditentukan oleh pemimpin dan jajarannya.

The Street Kids, behind the negative sides of their social life environment, some of them still have nature to recognize their God. The existence of the street kids in Bandar Lampung keeps increasing everyday. In the other side, the government gives less attention to this case,so that the street kids become the citizen who are avoided by the society. The Homeless Shelter of Al-Akhyar is the non-governmental organization standing independently having awareness towards the existence of the street kids in Bandar Lampung. The organization which initiatively implementing religion development of the street kids. The Communication Pattern of the Homeless Shelter of Mitra Al-Akhyar in implementing the religion development ofthe street kids in Bandar Lampung based on the term of faith (Islamic Aqeedah), Islamic Syariah, and Moral. The communication patterns implemented in this case are conversation, story telling, parable, advice, attention, exemplary, habituation, and lecture.

Mes SAD Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara ini memiliki peseta didik yang majemuk baik  golongan maupun agama dimana mayoritas berasal dari dusun Kerta Dewa, Pulau Kidak, Sungai Kijang, Sungai Jernih, Nibung, Muara Tiku dan Tebing Tinggi. Juga terdapat mayoritas penganut agama Islam dan Kristen. Dengan kemajemukan diatas menjadikan Mes SAD lebih baik dalam berkomunikasi antara sesama dan menghargai  kearifan-kearifan lokal, sehingga secara efektif dapat menghindarkan adanya benturan ataupun konflik antar kelompok masyarakat Mes SAD.Pada bidang budaya anak-anak Mes SAD menjaga dan menjunjung tinggi budaya dan adat istiadat yang diwarisi oleh para leluhur, hal ini terbukti masih berlakunya tatanan budaya yakni pencak silat, tari adat suku anak dalam dan laiannya.Dengan dibentuknya kelompok pencak silat dan tari pada anak-anak mes SAD, semakin menggambarkan pelestarian budaya, tentunya yang tidak bertentangan dengan agama dan hukum negara.Dalam aspek keagamaan Mes SAD mempunyai peserta didik yang heterogen dilihat dari agama dan keyakinan mereka. Secara kuantitas penganut Islam merupakan mayoritas dari peserta didik, akan tetapi komunikasi antar penganut agama terpelihara dan berjalan dengan baik. Perkembangan pembangunan di bidang spiritual dapat dilihat dari sarana peribadatan masing-masing agama. Oleh karena itu, adanya perbedaan agama antar masing-masing peserta didik di Mes SAD menjadi hal penting untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi antar umat beragama yang dalam hal ini antara non muslim dan agama Islam. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Lapangan (field research) yaitu penelitian yang pengumpulan datanya dilakukan di lapangan.Dalam hal ini dilakukan di Mes SAD Kabupaten Muratara.Metode dalam penelitian dipakai dalam penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif kualitatif.

Corona Virus Disease or known as Covid 19 is a disease outbreak that has a profound impact on the lives of people around the world. No exception in Indonesia, all sectors of life such as education are a challenge that must be faced wisely. Educational institutions are required to be able to adapt to Covid 19 so that they are able to carry out educational functions so that they can continue to run optimally. However, in the implementation process, various kinds of obstacles were encountered, one of which was related to ethics in communicating between lecturers and students, which often caused miscommunication. The online learning process that is expected to be able to form good character and personality in accordance with educational goals is not able to be carried out optimally. If this is allowed to continue, it will lead to the failure of the purpose of education in shaping the character and personality of a generation that has good morals in accordance with Islamic teachings on how to communicate properly and correctly. Therefore it is necessary to apply Islamic communication ethics in online learning

This article was aimed at explaining the da'wah mediation through the Habsyi art in Regei Lestari village, Central Kalimantan. The method applied in this study was qualitative method. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentary studies. Through such data collection, this study found that the Habsyi art plays an important role in socio-religious life of Regei Lestari’s society. This important role can be seen from the existence of the Habsyi art in every social-religious activity of Regei Lestari’s society. Awareness of this important role is also the basis for da'wah mediation through the Habsyi art in Regei Lestari. The implication of this mediation was that there was a change of both the quality and quantity of society’s participation in da'wah activity. Therefore, based on these findings, it can be concluded that art is not only on purpose as a medium to provide entertainment for humans, but also in certain society, it can be as a fairly effective da'wah medium as in Regei Lestari society. STRATEGI DAKWAH MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA UNTUK PEMBANGUNAN: SUATU ANALISIS KONSEPTUAL DAKWAH战略利用媒体进行建设:一个概念分析

This article aims to analyze some concepts of the approach of da’wah strategy activities in media relating to community development. By using the qualitative literature approach, three strategic approaches can be affirmed. First, the information (tabligh) approach. This approach sees that the determination of receiving information in media is centered on the message recipient. Preachers must not force their audiences to accept or reject the message. Second, the social change (taghyir) approach. Preachers in media must pay attention that the biggest change comes from the recipient's self-awareness, not by the desires of the sender of the message. Third, the development (ityan wa tankir) approach. Preachers in media must see society as a creative and innovative entity. A creative and independent society can choose which information is good for themselves for development. These three steps are oriented to form an independent society which is divided into two, namely civil community-khairiyat al-ummah which starts from the private, public, market, to state, by promoting the value of faith and morals. While the opponents are civil society-takwin al-ummah, the process of which is carried out from the state, market, public, to family.     Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep strategi pendekatan yang tepat dalam kegiatan dakwan di media berkaitan dengan pembangunan masyarakat. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif kepustakaan dapat ditegaskan tiga strategi pendekatan, yaitu pertama, pendekatan informasi/tabigh. Pendekatan ini melihat bahwa penentuan penerimaan informasi di media berpusat pada penerima pesan. Pendakwah tidak boleh memaksa audiens untuk menerima atau menolak pesan. Kedua, pendekatan social change/taghyir, yang berarti perubahan. Pendakwah di media harus memperhatikan bahwa perubahan terbesar berasal dari kesadaran diri penerima, bukan oleh keinginan pengirim pesan/pendakwah. Ketiga, pendekatan development/ityan wa tankir, yang berarti perkembangan/pengembangan. Pendakwah di media harus melihat masyarakat sebagai entitas yang kreatif dan inovatif. Masyarakat yang kreatif dan mandiri bisa memilih mana informasi yang baik bagi dirinya untuk perkembangan. Tiga langkah ini diorientasikan untuk membentuk masyarakat mandiri yang terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu civil community-khairiyat al-ummah yang dimulai dari private, publik, pasar, hingga negara, dengan mengedepankan nilai iman dan akhlak. Sementara lawannya adalah civil society-takwin al-ummah, yang prosesnya dilakukan dari negara, pasar, publik, dan terakhir keluarga.
