Problem Based Leaming (PBL) is an approach in leaming systems which confront students against problems of practices orreal-life situations. This method of leaming will or motivate students to study, to ask, to search, and to discover more and more information / knowledge for problem solving. Furthermore, the method students will improe their social, communicative and management skills. There are six types of task / problem in PBL, these are Problem Task, Activity Task, Strategy Task, Application Task, Study Task, and Discussion Task. A quality product starts from supplier as natural resources and human resources for manufacturer. Relationship between the seller and the buyer can give advantage for customer. Suppliers’s skill and ability to share information to the buying company as well as information exchange between supplier and buying company will affect cost for the buying company and will be beneficial for their future relationship. There are two types of cost that can be affected by the relationship between supplier and the buying company, namely: (1) acquisition cost and (2) operational cost. The objective of the research is to determine and to analyze the affect of supplier communication towards customer firm cost in manufacturer. Data collected from 200 buying organizations / manufacturers in Jakarta. For analyzing data, the research uses Structural Equation Modeling, statistical technic which enable test between one or several dependent varibles as well as one or several independent variables. The results indicate that: (1) the more often supplier communicate directly (face to face) or communicate in writing with buying company the lower acquisition cost and operational cost for the buying company, (2) it is determined that supplier's sales force is a skilled person who has the ability to explain the product sold thus the buying company has a complete understanding of the product and later will affect the selling process, acquisition cost as well as operational cost for the buying company.

AbstrakPurpose - This study aims to determine the effect of working capital on firm value. The dependent variable in this study is firm value (tobin’s q). The independent variable is investment policy, financing policy, cash conversion cycle and debt control variable, liquidity, company sizeDesign/Methodology/Approach - Data penelitian ini menggunakan laporan keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebanyak 73 perusahaan manufaktur sebagai sampel dengan periode penelitian dari tahun 2014-2018. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian hipotesis dan analisis regresi berganda.Finding - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pembiayaan, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan siklus konversi kas dan hutang berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.Organization/nilai - Memaksimalkan kemakmuran pemegang saham dan nilai perusahaan dapat diwujudkan dengan memperhatikan kebijakan pembiayaan, suklus konversi tunai, hutang, likuiditas dan ukuran dari perusahaan.

Tujuan- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi factor inheren pembentuk beragam keputusan investasi dalam pemilihan saham berbasis konvensional atau Syariah.Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan- Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, artikel ini menggunakan metode confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) pada dua kelompok sampel pemuda yaitu 56 orang pemilih saham konvensional, dan 54 saham Syariah.Hasil Penelitian- Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi investor muda saham konvensional adalah Setup Value, diikuti oleh Return Attractiveness, dan Added Value, sedangkan untuk investor saham syariah dipengaruhi oleh faktor Spirituality, diikuti oleh Setup Value, Sharia Attractiveness, dan Return Attractiveness. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah faktor Spirituality dan Sharia Attractiveness sebagai faktor pembeda antara investor saham konvensional dan syariah dalam memutuskan untuk berinvestasi.Keterbaruan/Nilai- Penelitian ini menginvestigasi respon dari para investor muda, dan menjadi factor unik karena jumlah mereka, khususnya mahasiswa/i relatif kecil. AbstrakPurpose- The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles on employees performance. Design/Methodology/Approach- This study uses primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed and filled out by 240 respondents using purposive sampling technique. As the independent variables in this study are transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style, while as a dependent variable is employee performance. To test the hypothesis SEM analysis is used. Finding- The results showed that both transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style had a positive effect on improving employee performance, but the transformational leadership style had a greater influence on employees performance.

Abstrak TujuanTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji perbedaan niat untuk melakukan pembelian ulang antara pengguna smartphone merek Samsung dan merek Oppo.Desain/Metodologi/PendekatanPenelitian ini menggunakan model pengujian Mann Whityney untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan berdasarkan kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebesar 50 responden. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara self administered di lokasi pusat jual beli telepon selular.Hasil PenelitianPenelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa ada perbedaan niat untuk melakukan pembelian ulang atara pengguna samrtphone merek Samsung dengan Oppo.Keterbaruan/Nilai. Meskipun tidak mempermasalahkan harga, namun apabila ada suatu produk yang mampu memberikan fitur – fitur yang tidak kalah lengkap, dan bahkan dijual dengan harga yang lebih rasional, maka ada kecenderungan konsumen untuk beralih menggunakan merek yang lain. Tujuan - Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peningkatan mana beban kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dan motivasi kerja , serta motivasi kerja yang berdampak pada kinerja pekerjaan . Selain iu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk membahas peran mediasi motivasi kerja pada hubungan beban kerja dan prestasi kerja .Desain / kontes / disponsori - Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang disebarkan langsung pada karyawan, dengan seluruh karyawan yaitu sebanyak 70 responden yang menggunakan sampel. The aim of the research are to examine market reaction and rationality of investor in decision making which is caused by increasing dividend annaoucement in the jakarta stock Exchange. In an efficient market, the current price of the stocks have reflected public information so none of investor is able to afford an abnormal return. The findings are significant affects negative by market reaction and irrational reaction appeared on the stocks. However, the stocks without growth are responded rationally.

To be successful in the market, a company should continuously performs product development. However, quality of a new product has been known to have a very big impact on the success of that new product in the market and profitability of a new product. The quality of a new product is affected by contextual influences. The objectiveof this research is to find out the affecting contextual factors on quality of a new product. Data were gathered from 30 employess and 30 consumers in Jakarta by using a simple regression method. The results showed that.(1) quality of a new product is positively affected by customer’ influence and quality orientation,(2) quality of a new product has no effect by its innovation from the company point of view, (3) time pressure has no effect at all on quality of a new product.

However, quality of a new product has been known to have a very big impact on the success of that new product in the market and profitability of a new product. The quality of a new product is affected by contextual influences. The objectiveof this research is to find out the affecting contextual factors on quality of a new product. Data were gathered from 30 employess and 30 consumers in Jakarta by using a simple regression method. The objective of research is to analyze about the influence of service delivery system to type C hospital image in Makassar. This analysis data used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to observe about interrelatedness between some variables.The population in this study is 225 persons of hospital medical patient in type C hospital in Makassar and spread to 75 hospital patients in Stella Maris hospital, 75 hospital patients in Akademis Jaury Yusuf Putra hospital, and 75 hospital patients in Grestelina hospital. The research result show that service delivery system composed of physical support and contact personal are significant and positif influence to type C hospital image in Makassar.
研究的目的是分析服务提供系统对望加锡C类医院形象的影响。本分析数据采用结构方程模型(SEM)来观察一些变量之间的相互关系。本研究的人口为望加锡C类医院的225名住院患者,并扩展到Stella Maris医院的75名住院患者、Akademis Jaury Yusuf Putra医院的75名住院患者和Grestelina医院的75名住院患者。研究结果表明,由物理支持和接触人员组成的服务提供系统对望加锡C类医院形象有显著的正向影响。
