PENGARUH PERFORMANCE QUALITY TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT FRONTLINE EMPLOYEE 鹏格鲁绩效质量组织承诺一线员工

Performance quality of frontline employees is a very important aspect that needs hypothesis into consideration by service industry because they have direct contact with consumers. The level of quality performance of frontline employees can determine their level of commitment towards the company. The objective of this research is to identify the effect of performance quality to organizational commitment of frontline employees. Respondents being used for this research are frontline employees of private banks, namely tellers and customer services. Data is analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of this research can provide implication for managers to maintain continous commitment from their frontline employees. Suggestion for further research is to conduct similar research on different service industries and other frontline employees.
由于一线员工与消费者直接接触,其绩效质量是服务业需要考虑的一个重要方面。一线员工的质量绩效水平可以决定他们对公司的承诺程度。本研究旨在探讨绩效品质对一线员工组织承诺的影响。本次调查的受访者是私人银行的一线员工,即柜员和客户服务人员。数据分析采用多元回归分析。本研究结果可为管理者维持一线员工的持续承诺提供启示。建议进一步的研究是对不同的服务行业和其他一线员工进行类似的研究。

FAKTOR-FAKTOR INFLUENCE DAN EFFI- CIENCY YANG MEMPENGARUHI REPURCHASE INTENTION

Social interaction between customers and employees and customer convenience are con- sidered an an imporlant for restaurant business success. The study investigates the influ- ence of customer comfort, employee job enthusiasm and customer convenience as determi- nants of repurchase intention. Study was conducted on customers of Chopstix restaurant in Jakarta, the data are analyzed by multiple regression analyis. Results confirmed that social comfort positively influence repurchase intention, but no significant relationship observed of employee job enthusiasm and customer convenience.
顾客与员工之间的社会互动和顾客的便利性被认为是餐馆经营成功的重要因素。本研究探讨顾客舒适度、员工工作热情和顾客便利性对顾客再购买意愿的影响。本研究以雅加达Chopstix餐厅的顾客为研究对象,采用多元回归分析法对数据进行分析。结果证实,社会舒适正向影响员工的再购买意愿,而员工的工作热情与顾客便利没有显著的关系。

The objective of this paperis to explore literature conceming the differences of consumers' attitude toward online shopping based on demographic characteristics and to identity the reltionship of consumers' perception of the benefits of online shopping and their attitude toward online shopping. The implications for empirical research are provided.

The main objective of this research is to analyze the underiying factors of new product adoption decision by retailers. This is important to the companies as they can set appropriate strategies in managing their supply chains, and therefore, they can improve their business performance. The result shows that there are ten main components as underlying factors of new product adoption decision by retailers: new product introduction strategy, purchasing pressure, flexible response, fast response, product reliability, producer's incentives, competitive price, profitability, producer's image, and rivalry internsity.
本研究的主要目的是分析零售商采用新产品决策的潜在因素。这对公司来说很重要,因为他们可以制定适当的战略来管理他们的供应链,因此,他们可以提高他们的业务绩效。结果表明,影响零售商新产品采用决策的主要因素有10个:新产品引进策略、采购压力、灵活响应、快速响应、产品可靠性、生产者激励、竞争性价格、盈利能力、生产者形象和竞争强度。

This Research conducted by using the data of 76 Bank Devisa Nasional, These banks report the data to the Central Bank relatively more complete than that of other banks and they have variative input- output structure. Bank Devisa Asing & Campuran are excluded from this study because it considered that the capital structure and fiancé of them are still closely related to headquater in overseas. The result of the study, Shours that before The economic crisis there are 45 banks which have relatively hight efficiency score (100%), and 27 Bank Devisa Nasional have efficiency score under 100%, After the economic crisis the efficiency score is declined, proved by the fact that only 27 Bank devisa Nasional which have 100 % score efficiency, and 42 Banks experianced. The 30 % declining efficiency score. While 22 banks remain stable. Nevertheles, 8 Banks increase efficiency score during The economic crisis, named BTN, Panin, Bira, SGP,,Namura, Hastin.. comparing the empirical result of this study by using DEA/Non parametric with the previous study/parametric by using the similar data, we come up with the conclusion that both approach yielded the relatively similar result. In the other word, this study support the previous research by Andreas Resti, Bergemo (1997).

The objective of this research is to observe the relations of the LMX leadership model towards the organizational commitment, mediating by the organizational justice and job satisfaction.This research was used survey method, and the respondents are 100 school teachers from public and private high school in Jakarta, selected purposively. The measurement device of the research variable are: LMX leadership measured by the relationship quality, and organizational justice refers to Adam J stacy (1965), Job satisfaction measured using Minnesota Questionnaire and Organizational Commitment measured using Mowday 15 items instruments. All items measured using 5 points likert scale, Using Structural Equation Models was used to test the hypothesis support by Amos 4.01.This research found there is positive relationship between : Leadership towards Organizational Justice, Organizational Justice towards Job Satisfáction, COrganizational Justice towards Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction towards Orgnizational Commitment and statistically observe that there is no significant relationship Leadership towards Organizational Commitment.From this reality, showed that in LMX, leadership does not directly promote the organizational Commitment, Organizational Justice and Job Satisfaction should be created first, which are perceived as the outcomes of LMX .Therefore, Organizational Justice and Job Satisfaction existed as the intervening variable.Implications. To whom used LMX model in leadership, the leader have to create Job Satisfaction and Organizational Justice to show Organizational Commitment to his employe. Advisable to make some research to whom uşed ,Transformational model by respondent an employee who works in business field. From that research are Job Satisfaction and Organizational Justice in organization was still intervening variable.

BEHAVIORAL INTENTION KONSUMEN TERHADAP HAK CIPTA KASET DI INDONESIA

For some years there are always happen the bribery of cassette industry which make loss for the musicindustry in Indonesia. This is the importantreason why we need the research to explore the problem that need. The objective of this paper is to discuss about consumer behavioral intention for the cassette property right in Indonesia and the factors which infiuence it. The faclors which used is attilude, subjective nom, and aiso behavioral control. For the data exploration we used the structural equation model and also uşed the software Amos 4.0. Reliability test and validity test was done for the questioner which used all the variable above. Byempiric we can find that attitude variable, subjective norm, and behavicral control has been influenced positively for consumer behavioral intention in the cassette property right in Indo- nesia with = 5%. The implication is the Indonesian govemment should implement precisely in the implementation of Indonesian Property Right Act because severat of Indonesian peopte, especially some buyers still concem with the protection of property right in one product.

From long time ago, difference of gender at work caused many problems, nowadays there are more working women and more of them became a leader in a company or in an organization. Therefore it is necessary to know the role of each gender and the leadership style of them at work, especialy for woman. The paper argues employee give lots of influence in their leadership style to the woman organization.
从很久以前,工作中的性别差异造成了许多问题,现在有更多的职业女性,更多的人成为公司或组织的领导者。因此,有必要了解每个性别的角色和他们在工作中的领导风格,特别是对于女性。本文认为,员工的领导风格对女性组织有很大的影响。

The paper discusses the banking perfomance which argues thatalways has the relation with the influence of concentration ratio profitability and influence the aset quantity profitability, cr influence of the efficiency the performance. The objective of this research is to examine how strong the influence of market structure in banking performance. Based on statistic result, there are fact that banking performance in Indonesia has been influenced by market structure and capital of the bank.
本文对银行绩效进行了探讨,认为集中度的影响与盈利能力、资产数量的影响、盈利能力的影响、效率的影响都有关系。本研究的目的是检验市场结构对银行绩效的影响有多强。从统计结果来看,印尼的银行绩效确实受到市场结构和银行资本的影响。

Each the manager of good for the administration authorityor private or firm, it is of course to desire the employees of firm always to obtain progress in servicing sector. Ideally, they are (the managers) in order to hope if the employees has pension, they are occupy a territory more high of possition than possifion before them to pension. Itmeans that, the employees must be try out more high of position than before them to take pension. Therefore, from the begin- ning every employees always bulding, teaching and training in order to the career can be expand with perfectfully and to could became a pioneer for the others employees or workers, moreover to try out can became samples or figure for superior or chairman to survival of firm or administration where they occupy an office.
每一位为行政当局或私人或企业服务的管理者,当然都希望企业的员工在服务领域取得进步。理想情况下,他们(管理者)是为了希望如果员工有养老金,他们占据的位置比他们退休前的位置更高。这意味着,员工必须尝试到比以前更高的职位才能享受养老金。因此,从一开始,每一个员工总是建立,教学和培训,以便事业可以完美地扩展,可以成为其他员工或工人的先驱,而且可以成为上级或董事长的样本或数字,以生存的公司或行政部门,他们占据了一个办公室。
