This article is an evaluation to campaign rules of regional election 2020 during Pandemic Covid-19 which are many violations of health protocol. Two question will be answered are: 1) how is the legal basis of campaign regional election 2020 during pandemic? 2) how the campaign can be more effective for candidates and save for people during Pandemic Covid-19? Results are: 1) design of campaign method as limited meetings, face to face, and dialog during Pandemic Covid-19 based on article 65 Law No.10 Years 2016 and adopted from “Pedoman Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19)” by Minister of health those forbid the crowd and limited social interactions. 2).campaign method as limited meetings, face to face and dialog during pandemic Covid-19 prioritize people save by implement health protocol, give chance to candidate and voters to direct interact, increase the number of campaign participants as limited meetings, face to face, and dialog also allow campaign advertising in mass media and social media.

Abstract, State assets in the form of shares of business entities are not state assets, but have been transformed into business entity assets. Likewise, government officials who become Directors/Commissioners and other shareholders have an equal position with private shareholders. The Board of Directors in carrying out their duties and authorities has the authority and protection in every business decision making, but this does not escape supervision through the BJR (Business Judgment Rule) principle, as contained in the Limited Liability Company Law. This study uses a qualitative research method with a statutory approach. The purpose of this study is to understand the criteria for state finances in SOEs and the legal consequences of financial losses and supervision of SOEs. The results of the study stated that the implementation of BJR on the Board of Directors of SOEs could be carried out after fulfilling the terms and conditions of the enactment of BJR. BJR can be implemented because a legal entity is actually subject to the Limited Liability Company law. Keywords: Supervision of SOEs ion; Business Judgment Rules; State Finance Intisari: Kekayaan negara yang berbentuk saham dari badan usaha bukan merupakan kekayaan negara, tetapi telah bertransformasi menjadi kekayaan badan usaha. Demikian terhadap pejabat pemerintah yang menjadi Direksi/Komisaris dan pemegang saham lainnya memiliki kedudukan yang setara dengan pemegang saham swasta. Direksi dalam menjalankan tugas dan wewenang memiliki kewenangan dan perlindungan dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan bisnis, namun ini tak luput dari pengawasan melalui prinsip BJR (Business Judgment Rule), sebagaimana termuat dalam Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Tujuan penelitian untuk dapat memahami kriteria keuangan negara pada BUMN dan akibat hukum kerugian keuangan dan pengawasan pada BUMN. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa implementasi BJR terhadap Direksi BUMN dapat dilakukan setelah memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan berlakunya BJR. BJR dapat diimplementasikan karena badan usaha berbadan hukum sejatinya tunduk pada undang-undang Perseroan Terbatas. Kata Kunci: Pengawasan BUMN; Business Judgment Rule; Kuangan Negara

Tujuan penelitian revitalisasi Lembaga Wali Nanggroe Aceh (LWNA) bagian dari upaya menemukan konsep aktivasi LWNA dalam penanggulangan pandemic covid-19 dan menemukan fungsi advise dalam tata kelola Pemerintah Aceh saat ini. Pemerintah Aceh dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Aceh selaku pembentukan Qanun Aceh harus melibatkan LWNA, karena secara normatif yuridis lembaga a quo ini menjadi penjaga kekhususan dan keistimewaan rakyat Aceh. Penghidupan LWNA dalam untuk mempercepat penanganan pandemic covid-19 sehingga dapat memutus mata rantai penyebaran pandemic covid-19 yang saat ini dibeberapa kabupaten/kota di Aceh sudah masuk tahap zona merah.

Lembaga perkawinan yang merupakan lembaga yang suci untuk mengesahkan suatu hubungan suami istri selalu terlupakan, walaupun pada akhirnya mereka harus dinikahkan.Undang-undang No 1 tahun 1974 tidak mengatur secara eksplisit tentang pernikahan wanita hamil, dalam pasal 2 disebutkan bahwa perkawinan sah apabila dilakukan menuruthukum agama dan kepercayaan masing-masing, dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam, wanita hamil karena zina hanya boleh menikah dengan lelaki yang menghamilinya ini terdapat dalam pasal 53 ayat (1). Qanun Number 11 of 2013 concerning social welfare, this is to carry out social development programs at various levels of society. The qanun was issued as a more operational policy which became the legal basis for efforts to carry out protection, social rehabilitation and empowerment.The Social Service has provided guidance and training to homeless people and beggars who have been caught in raids at the Social Protection House (RPS), the guidance and training are given with the aim that homeless people and beggars can open businesses, have decent jobs, and become independent so that they stop to be vagrants and beggars. The social security programs provided to them in the RPS include, such as: health insurance, education, housing and skills. Salah satu bentuk tindak pidana korupsi adalah penyimpangan dalam proses pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah yang merugikan keuangan negara atau perekonomian negara. Penyimpangan tersebut pada umumnya terjadi karena pejabat yang lalai atau tidak cermat dalam memahami dan melaksanakan ketentuan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) merupakan jabatan yang sangat krusial, hal ini dikarenakan PPK berperan dalam setiap tahapan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah. Oleh karena itu kompetensi PPK harus sangat diperhatikan tidak hanya di bidang pengadaan barang/jasa, kompetensi manajerial, serta moral dan etika yang baik juga sangat penting. Paramater pertanggungjawaban pidana oleh PPK merupakan unsur perbuatan melawan hukum dengan penyalahgunaan wewenang sesuai dengan pasal 2 ayat (1) dan pasal 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2009 sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.. Penyimpangan tersebut pada umumnya terjadi karena pejabat yang lalai atau tidak cermat dalam memahami dan melaksanakan ketentuan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) merupakan jabatan yang sangat krusial, hal ini dikarenakan PPK berperan dalam setiap tahapan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah. Oleh karena itu kompetensi PPK harus sangat diperhatikan tidak hanya di bidang pengadaan barang/jasa, kompetensi manajerial, serta moral dan etika yang baik juga sangat penting. Paramater pertanggungjawaban pidana oleh PPK merupakan unsur perbuatan melawan hukum dengan penyalahgunaan wewenang sesuai dengan pasal 2 ayat (1) dan pasal 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2009 sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.. The background is by two law applications that apply in Aceh, the first law that generally applies in Indonesia and the second one that applies specifically in Aceh, the Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the System Juvenile Criminal Court is a way out for better handling of children conflict with the law. The law regulates diversion where there are two important things that have a special place in the SPPA Law, namely restorative justice and diversion. The results showed that the resolution of the problem of children conflict with the law in Aceh consists of two legal applications, starting with the mediation process according to Aceh Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning fostering customary life and customs Development with the aim that these problems can be resolved amicably according to the Decree Joint between the Governor of Aceh and the Aceh Regional Police and the Aceh Traditional Council No 189/677/2011 dated 20 December 2011 concerning the Implementation of the Gampong and Mukim Adat Courts, but if during the mediation process no agreement is found then proceed to the legal process according to the Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Criminal Justice System for Children.

Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah: Bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hukum dalam pemutusan hubungan kerja karena pekerja/buruh menolak mutasi berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan? Bagaimana keabsahan pemutusan hubungan kerja karena menolak mutasi berdasarkan putusan pengadilan Nomor 123/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2015/PN.Mdn jo. Nomor 310/K/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2016?Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Pertama, perlindungan hukum dalam pemutusan hubungan kerja karena menolak mutasi tidak diatur secara tegas dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan, namun perlindungan hukum dalam pemutusan hubungan kerja karena menolak mutasi dapat diatur secara otonom dalam peraturan perusahaan/perjanjian kerja dan/atau dalam perjanjian kerja bersama dengan tetap memperhatikan prinsip kesepakatan atau musyawarah untuk mufakat sebagaimana yang terkandung dalam hubungan kerja yang terjadi antara pengusaha dan pekerja/buruh. Kehadiran Fintech Peer to Peer Lending di Indonesia, berada dalam pengawasan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. OJK merupakan lembaga independen yang memiliki otoritas untuk mengatur dan mengawasi seluruh kegiatan dalam sektor jasa keuangan di Indonesia. Melalui perannya itu, maka OJK berwenang untuk menutup Fintech yang melanggar atau tidak mengikuti aturan yang telah ditetapkan. Apalagi jika keberadaan Fintech ini malah memberikan dampak negatif terhadap perkembangan UKM. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian normatif yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka yang menggunakan objek kajian penulisan berupa pustaka-pustaka yang ada, baik berupa buku-buku, majalah, dan peraturan-peraturan yang mempunyai korelasi pembahasan masalah, sehingga penulisan ini juga bersifat penulisan pustaka (library research).
