Strategi Komunikasi Public Relations Aston Imperium Hotel dalam Mempertahankan Kearifan Lokal di Era 4.0

Preserving local culture by reflecting it in every organization's activities becomes a challenge for Public Relations in the digital era 4.0. This is due to a shift in local culture which was replaced by foreign cultures that entered Indonesia. Various kinds of communication strategies are carried out, one of them is by the Public Relations of Aston Imperium Purwokerto hotel which maintains the local cultural specialties at the hotel. This study aims to analyze the communication strategy carried out by Aston Imperium Hotel Public Relations in maintaining local diversity in the 4.0 era. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and related literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Aston Imperium Hotel Public Relations communication strategy is implemented internally and externally. Internally, local culture is included in the forms of food and beverage, Banyumas regional specialties, hotel interiors and rooms by displaying puppet decorations and Banyumas batik motifs, employees inserting Banyumas local language in greeting guests, providing clothing counters and batik decorations in the hotel. Externally, Aston hotel PR cooperates with the local government and tourism office to support maintaining local wisdom.

Indonesia is a multicultural country that upholds the values of tolerance. But along with the development of increasingly sophisticated times the value of tolerance is increasingly lost. Tolerance that is always held in high esteem is now replaced by an attitude of intolerance that is increasingly common in this increasingly sophisticated digital era. Intolerance is a serious problem that must be faced by Indonesia. The digital age makes it easy for people to spread information. However, this increasingly sophisticated era if not utilized properly will cause problems. One of them is the problem of intolerance that occurs in the waria boarding school Al-Fatah Yogyakarta. This problem occurs because there is information from a media that is still in doubt. Transvestites who are vulnerable groups whose presence is only underestimated by both the state and society. Thus, transgenders who are only a minority group often receive discriminatory actions from intolerant mass organizations. The intolerant mass organization demands to close the pesantren which is a gathering place for transvestites to study religion. So then it is interesting to study. This study aims to determine the role and form of education in solving problems of intolerance in the waria al-Fatah Islamic boarding school in Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with Miles and Huberman analysis techniques. While data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are intolerance that occurs in the Al-Fatah transgender boarding school due to misunderstandings in communication and acts of intolerant mass organizations in spreading information Communication has an important role in resolving these problems. Form of communication between groups with the aim of mediating the problem successfully carried out by the parties concerned. Communication between groups consisting of pesantren, government and the community provides solutions to the problem of intolerance.

Through the film "Get Out", the message of racism is shown to demonstrate the evolving behavior of human racists. This film tells the story of a modern black experience named Cris who carried the history of his ancestors. The study was conducted to represent a form of racism, the study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data was obtained by observing images and dialogue. Data analysis using Roland Barthes's semiotic model which consists of a signaling order, namely denotation and connotation. The primary data source is behavior between players, and the main character, secondary data obtained from the literature. The results showed that there were three forms, the first black prejudice to whites, both discrimination against blacks, and the third change in the value of black racism. From the story on "Get Out" film shows the behavior of racism still exists today, and is growing

Vanuatu is one of the Pacific Island countries that consistently raises the issue of alleged human rights violations in Papua at every opportunity at the UN session. On September 27, 2020, Vanuatu, represented by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Vanuatu, Bob Loughman, returned to address the issue related to human rights violations of the Papuan at the 75th UN session. Vanuatu's statement and its reply from the Indonesian diplomat, Sylvany Austin Pasaribu, at the 75th UN session became the spotlight of various media. Detik.com and Kompas.com as online media pioneers and one of the most frequently accessed news sites, were also reported that occurrence. This research aims to find out the differences between those media on packaging its report of Vanuatu after the issue of Papuan human rights violations was raised at the 75th UN General Assembly. The news period under research is from 27 September to 2 October 2020. This research uses qualitative research method with the Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M Kosicki framing analysis model. In this research, Detik.com was more likely to corner Vanuatu. This matter can be seen in terms of quantity and packaging of news. Meanwhile, Kompas.com, didn't put Vanuatu in an advantageous position, but was trying to show balance in its report.

Pegawai   sering menderita keterasingan antarpribadi dan kelelahan di tempat kerja. Spiritualitas adalah sebuah proses dalam kehidupan individu, berupa makna dan tujuan, dan semuanya berdampak pada individu lain dan lingkungannya, termasuk organisasi Puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap peningkatan kinerja  SDM dan Organisasi  puskesmas di Kota Kendari. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan, wawancara, dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Data  dianalisis   menggunakan   metode   kuantitatif. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai Puskesmas yang ditentukan secara proposional random sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 61 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan metode SEM dengan sofware SmartPLS 3.0. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia (T-statistik=10,181≥1,989; Pv=0,000) dan kinerja organisasi (T-statistik=23,426≥1,989; Pv=0,000). Diharapkan pengambil kebijakan dan pimpinan puskesmas untuk meningkatkan meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi bersifat hierarkis: memanamkan kayakinan dan harapan kepada semua sumber daya manusia sehingga dalam menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsi dapt dilakukan dengan penuh keyakinan.

Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit (MTBS) adalah pendekatan yang terintegrasi atau terpadu dalam tata laksana balita sakit dengan fokus pada kesehatan anak usia 0-59 bulan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kesehatan, pelatihan, supervisi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja bidan dalam pelaksanaan MTBS di Puskesmas kabupaten Banggai. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah responden 60 bidan yang bekerja di 5 Puskesmas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas kabupaten Banggai. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian kinerja bidan dalam pelaksanaan MTBS dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman kerja (26,36%), fasilitas kesehatan (16,72%), pelatihan (26,41%), dan supervisi (12,04%). Pengaruh langsung kinerja bidan dalam pelaksanaan MTBS sebesar 81,52%, dan pengaruh tidak langsungnya sebesar 1,55%. Diharapkan kepada bidan untuk dapat mengikuti pelatihan pelaksanaan MTBS untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan khusus bidan dan diharapkan juga supervisi mengadakan evaluasi secara rutin terhadap pelaksanaan MTBS melalui kegiatan yang ada serta memberikan penghargaan atas prestasi petugas kepada petugas yang mempunyai kinerja kurang baik.

Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program PMT-P pada Balita Wasting Wasting蹒跚学步计划的执行评估

The Indonesian Ministry of Health established a Recovery Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT-P) to overcome the problem of malnutrition in children under five. The low percentage of toddlers who have increased their nutritional status after getting additional food during 2019 indicates a problem in implementing the PMT-P program at the Sebangar Health Center. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of the PMT-P program for wasting toddlers at the Sebangar Health Center based on input, process and output components. This study used a qualitative method with a research design Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP). Primary data collected trough in-depth interviews and observations. Informants are nutrition officers, head of health center, village midwives, cadres of Integrated Healthcare Center and wasting mothers. The results showed that nutrition officers lacked experience in being the person in charge of the PMT-P program for toddlers at the Sebangar Health Center. Lack of understanding of the officers regarding the PMT-P program guidelines for toddlers due to the lack of socialization by nutrition officers. Storage places for additional food at both the health center and the village do not meet the requirements. Monitoring by the officers was not carried out according to the PMT-P guidelines. The resulting output is still low, only 1 out of 5 target children whose nutritional status changes to normal. The implementation of the program of providing additional recovery food for wasting toddlers at the Sebangar Health Center in 2020 is not optimal because there are still several components do not comply with the PMT-P program guidelines for toddlers.

Covid-19 merupakan penyakit pernapasan akut yang disebabkan oleh novel human coronavirus yang bisa menyebabkan kematian lebih tinggi pada orang berusia ≥60 tahun dan pada orang yang memiliki penyakit penyerta. Kasus Covid-19 di Dunia hingga tanggal 27 Mei 2020 mencapai 5.488.825 kasus, sedangkan di Indonesia sudah mencapai 23.851 kasus dan provinsi kasus COVID-19 tertinggi yaitu DKI Jakarta sebesar 6.895 kasus. Implementasi pelayanan kesehatan selama masa pandemi COVID-19 harus diperhatikan agar tidak terjadi penularan Covid-19 di pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian menunjukkan wabah COVID-19 berdampak pada psikologis seperti depresi, kecemasan dan stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran persepsi pasien tentang pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi dalam implementasi pelayanan kesehatan selama masa pandemi Covid-19 di Wilayah DKI Jakarta tahun 2020. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian yaitu 107 sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar dalam bentuk google form. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki persepsi bahwa pengendalian teknis dan pengendalian administratif sudah sesuai yaitu 57,9% dan sebagian besar responden memiliki persepsi bahwa penggunaan alat pelindung diri sudah sesuai yaitu 51,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi di pelayanan kesehahatan wilayah DKI Jakarta tahun 2020 sudah sesuai.

Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Perawat Non ASN Instalasi Gawat Darurat 薪酬、动机和工作满足感

Komitmen perawat pada organisasi adalah loyalitas perawat terhadap organisasi melalui pencapaian sasaran-sasaran. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah kebijakan, supervisi, kompensasi, motivasi, kepuasan kerja, umur jenis kelamin, status kerja, pendidikan, masa kerja. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perawat RSUP Fatmawati yang bekerja di Instalasi gawat darurat, sebanyak 88 perawat non Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dengan masa kerja lebih dari 1 tahun. Metode analisis menggunakan menggunakan smartPLS dan SPSS 20. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan metode smartPLS didapat temuan bahwa variabel terhadap komitmen organisasi perawat non ASN instalasi gawat darurat RSUP Fatmawati Jakarta tahun 2019 dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi (26,71%), motivasi (21,35%) dan kepuasan kerja (36,09%). Komitmen organisasi perawat non ASN instalasi gawat darurat sebesar 84,15%, dan pengaruh tidak langsungnya sebesar 6,04%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi perawat non ASN instalasi gawat darurat adalah variabel kepuasan kerja. Saran dalam penelitian ini, meberikan penguatan agar perawat itu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja agar lebih menyenangi dan menyukai pekerjaannya sebagai perawat sehingga menguatkan rasa keterikatan dan rasa memiliki komitmen organisasi.

Peluang dan Tantangan Promosi Kesehatan Kader Kesehatan Remaja Kota Bogor 茂物市青年健康卡德的机会和挑战

Masalah kesehatan terus berkembang diantaranya ialah masalah kesehatan yang dapat dicegah melalui perubahan gaya hidup yaitu obesitas meningkat dari 14, % menjadi 21,8 % dan hampir seluruh penyakit tidak menular yang terus meningkat. Partisipasi kader remaja dalam pelaksanaan upaya kesehatan bagi anak usia sekolah dan remaja bertujuan untuk memupuk kebiasaan hidup sehat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menemukan peluang dan tantangan kader kesehatan remaja kota Bogor dalam promosi kesehatan tahun 2020. Metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Agustus 2020. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey online, wawancara dan focus group discussion (FGD) kepada informan yang terdiri dari petugas puskesmas, pelatih PMR, anggota PMR, pembina Saka Bakti Husada, pembina komunittas kesehatan IMAGO, dan ketua KSR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peluang terdiri dari bentuk kegiatan beragam, dukungan pihak terkait, teknologi, kebijakan yang mendukung partisipasi remaja dan keterlibatan remaja. Tantangannya ialah, manajemen waktu, konsistensi pelaksanaan kegiatan, pendampingan yang berkelanjutan. Peluang dan tantangan tersebut perlu dioptimalkan serta dihadapi dengan baik untuk mengoptimalkan peran promosi kesehatan kader kesehatan remaja.

Partisipasi kader remaja dalam pelaksanaan upaya kesehatan bagi anak usia sekolah dan remaja bertujuan untuk memupuk kebiasaan hidup sehat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menemukan peluang dan tantangan kader kesehatan remaja kota Bogor dalam promosi kesehatan tahun 2020. Metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Agustus 2020. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey online, wawancara dan focus group discussion (FGD) kepada informan yang terdiri dari petugas puskesmas, pelatih PMR, anggota PMR, pembina Saka Bakti Husada, pembina komunittas kesehatan IMAGO, dan ketua KSR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peluang terdiri dari bentuk kegiatan beragam, dukungan pihak terkait, teknologi, kebijakan yang mendukung partisipasi remaja dan keterlibatan remaja. Tantangannya ialah, manajemen waktu, konsistensi pelaksanaan kegiatan, pendampingan yang berkelanjutan.
