The purpose of this paper is to indicate the potentials for tourism development based on the protected natural resources of the Republic of Serbia situated in the Moravica administrative district territory, the degree of their current utilization for the purposes of tourism and local population information on the above mentioned. Closed-ended survey was conducted (five-point scale) on the random sample of the residents in the urban part of the city of Cacak as the administrative center of the Moravica administrative district. The results are: 1) low degree of information among the local population, 2) medium (good) potential for tourism development, and 3) very low level of its utilization for tourism purposes. The results are also considered according to the natural resources protection type. The contribution of this paper is in the indication of potentially successful elements in future tourism offer for the entities in the field of tourism and hospitality.

Deforestation could influence land cover ecological significance in hunting grounds on a big scale. This research examines changes of forest and shrub patches in the Vojvodina region by a set of landscape metrics. The study area includes 154 hunting grounds from which hunting organizations are managing with 134 hunting grounds, PC "Vojvodinasume" with 17, Serbian Armed Forces with two, and National Park "Fruska gora" with one hunting ground. The results show that in the National Park and Serbian Armed Forces hunting grounds the broad-leaved forest areas occurred on the surfaces that were under the transitional woodland-shrub and vice versa. A similar situation is in the hunting grounds managed by PC ''Vojvodinasume'' where there is not only the most intensive logging of broad-leaved and coniferous forests but also the most intensive afforestation of mixed forests and transitional woodland-shrub. On the other hand, in the hunting grounds managed by hunting organizations, there is the highest area growth under the broad-leaved forest.

The paper presented a multidimensional model of correlation between human resource management practices and the quality of banks' operations as a support in financing agriculture in Serbia, tested twice which gives this analysis a longitudinal character - trend study. Considering that from the firstly surveyed research sample, Agrobank that had showed good results went bankrupt, this in some way brought into question the quality and validity of the tested model of correlation of human resource management practice and performance quality, so there was a need for its re-testing. The indisputable significance of this research is reflected in the fact that, based on the twice-tested multidimensional model of connection between these two entities, it was possible not only to examine how much but also the way in which these human resource management practices generate the quality of banks' operations, as well as the future trends of this practice.

By adopting a quantitative research methodology this paper seeks to explore the characteristics and applicability of the QR codes in agri-food products. The research was conducted in Serbia with a sample 308 respondents. The statistical analysis methods employed were correlation and factor analysis using SPSS statistical program. The findings indicate that younger, more educated population in the proposed content of the QR code of honey; value the information on the certificate of honey quality, the chemical composition of honey and the influence of honey ingredients on the body with information on how to identify real honey, in relation to counterfeit, as the most useful to consumers. The results of this research have been further applied for the development of a QR code for a traditional food product, the Fruska Gora linden honey with a geographical indication.

The aim and purpose of this paper was to evaluate the current market situation based on respondents’ answers and to present the current situation on the market, to find out about the opinion of users about beer, but also about the development of beer tourism, which is gaining in importance. The brewing industry was deemed to be a relatively stable and attractive industry. Brewery strategies have been influenced by several factors. The brewing industry had the opportunity for a new beginning in 1990. The production and distribution were locally oriented, with customers usually drinking local beer. It was important to find out and evaluate their general attitudes about beer, brewery and beer tourism. The problem of analyzing customers opinion is very important and significant but also complex. Innovation is an important factor in all economies. The Republic of Slovakia has a long tradition in brewing. The results are presented in the form of descriptive statistics and strong conclusion and recommendations made regarding the brewing industry of the Slovak Republic.

The interest in rural tourism in Poland and Romania is the result of processes originating from economic and social factors reflecting the needs of both rural inhabitants and tourists. A significant growth in the field of rural tourism leads to implementation of innovative products in the development of tourist services. The aim of the study presented in this paper is to show the essence of innovation as a component of the contemporary tourist industry, and to present the type of innovations that occur in rural tourism in Poland and in Romania. The theoretical part analyses innovation in the field of rural tourism. The empirical part, in turn, presents case studies of tourist businesses in rural areas, taking into account the implemented innovations, in both Poland and Romania. The case studies are presented based on interviews with owners of tourist facilities.

The research topic in the first part of the paper is the regulation on foreign ownership of agricultural land in XIX and XX century, while the second part focuses on analysing foreign ownership regulation in XXI century. The paper aims to provide an overview of the rights of foreign citizens to acquire real estate,with an emphasis on their right to acquire agricultural land in the Republic of Serbia through a methodological-theoretical framework. The legislation which has regulated the said legal concept in our region in different ways throughout history will be viewed through the prism of history by using the historical method. The current regulations which regulate the said subject matter in the Republic of Serbia will be analysed by the normative method, in addition to the use of content analysis that will complete this research through the systematic anlysis of literature. The conclusion will sum up the results of the research which point to the fact that even though in certain periods foreign citizens were entitled to acquire agricultural land, their right was never complete as it implied meeting certain requirements.
