A study on the enhancement of spectators" satisfaction through an analysis of the priority for improving the professional baseball stadium facility 通过对职业棒球场设施改善优先级的分析,对提高观众满意度的研究

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of stadium facilities by Korean professional baseball spectators to identify areas for improvement and provide a basis for efficient decision-making by teams. An online survey was conducted(n=521), and a total of 502 responses were used for the final analysis. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, paired t-test, and IPA analysis were conducted using SPSS 26.0. In addition, the Borich Model and Locus for Focus Model were used to analyze the order of priority for stadium improvement. The results of this study were as follows; First, as a result of the IPA analysis, 8 items were to be in need of priority improvement. Second, 11 requisites were identified to improve the stadium environment through the Borich model and Locus for Foucs Model. Third, 8 items(sufficient seating space, seat comfort, restroom waiting time, cleanliness of restrooms, food quality, parking lot exit time, number of parking spaces and parking lot location guidance) were identified to the top priorities for improvement through three analysis methods. In conclusion, professional baseball teams should improve spectator satisfaction through improvement and enhancement of the 8 items that require top priority improvement.

This research aims to examine the issue of sexual violence in the context of physical education. In order to prevent sexual violence and promote a culture of gender equality, the purpose of this study is to investigate the techniques and obstacles associated with the implementation of smart health initiatives in Korea. Examining sexual violence-related smart health case studies will do this. This study reviewed relevant scholarly literature on sexual violence in physical education to attain this goal. The analysis also examined developing research patterns to determine the need for modifying and enhancing current interventions and the importance of creating a support structure and resources that emphasize victims

The Effect of Face Sensitivity on Brand Dependence and Impulsive Purchase in University Students Consuming Sports Apparel 面孔敏感性对大学生运动服装品牌依赖和冲动购买的影响

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of face sensitivity on brand dependence and impulse purchase in university students who consume sports apparel. The subjects of the study were college students attending universities located in Seoul, Chungcheongnam-do, and Jeollabuk-do, and data from 241 people were used for the final analysis. The statistical method for hypothesis testing was regression analysis. the results are as follow. First, social formal face and other-conscious face of university students consuming sports apparel had a positive effect on brand dependence. However, self-destructive face did not affect brand dependence. Second, the self-destructive face of university students who consumed sports apparel had a positive effect on impulse purchase. However, social formality and others consciousness did not affect impulse purchase. Third, university students

Effects of Sponsorship Activity of Sports for All on Corporate Awareness, Corporate Image, and Purchase intention 全民体育赞助活动对企业意识、企业形象、购买意愿的影响

The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of sponsorship activity of sports for all on corporate awareness, corporate image, and purchase intention. Also, based on the drawn results, this study aims to provide the data necessary for the companies that aim to enter the sponsorship market of sports for all.BR First, sponsorship companies of sports for all need to use club activities including club SNS and broadcasting media for local competitions, rather than simple supply of goods to clubs or the activity of putting their corporate logos in uniforms, as the means for promotion, in order to improve corporate awareness.BR Second, to increase corporate image, it is important to improve the images of the clubs of sports for all that entered into sponsorship. Companies need to select well the clubs of sports for all that can attract good image and attention by giving interest and observation steadily to these clubs. As the performance and cohesive force of the clubs of sports for all draw the attention of other organization members of sports for all, natural sponsor exposure is likely to be made online and offline. To enter into sponsorship with the clubs of sports for all, it is necessary to reach them with the attitudes that can give consumers reliability and sincerity from consumers’ point of view, and thereby to make them aware that companies are transparent and sound. In other words, since sponsorship activity of sports for all highly contributes to increasing corporate awareness and corporate image, it should not be overlooked.BR Third, sponsorship activity of sports for all positively affected corporate awareness, corporate image, and purchase intention. In fact, sports sponsorship is easily accessed by companies with a large capital scale. As proved in this study, sponsorship activity of sports for all produced good effects even with the investment of a low cost. Therefore, many small and medium sized companies should be encouraged to participate in the sponsorship activity of sports for all in consideration of their business behavior and finance.BR Fourth, in order to popularize the competitions of various sports for all, it is necessary to activate online platforms such as Youtube and SNS, to make sponsorship of sports for all exposed to the public, and thereby to influence positively corporate awareness, corporate image, and purchase intention, as shown in the results of this study. Therefore, local communities and companies should make active investment and develop content. In doing so, it is possible to increase corporate sales, improve the quality of sports for all, and thus give positive influence on professional sports.

The correlation between DISC behavior type, job satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of senior sports instructors 高级体育指导员DISC行为类型、工作满意度与组织公民行为的相关研究

This study drew the following conclusions after conducting research on 219 senior sports instructors who have been working in 13 facilities such as sports centers, silver-sports centers, and elderly welfare centers in Gyeonggi-do, Seoul, Incheon, and Sejong to examine correlation between DISC behavior type, job satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of senior sports instructors from November 2022 to January 2023. First, DISC behavior type of senior sports instructors demonstrated meaningful positive influence on their job satisfaction. Second, DISC behavior type of senior sports instructors demonstrated meaningful positive influence on their Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Third, job satisfaction of senior sports instructors demonstrated meaningful positive influence on their Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The conclusion of this study empirically confirmed that DISC behavior type of senior sports instructors is the critical variable that shape close relations with job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Therefore, It is deemed that formation of work system, and development and application of job program tailored to behavior type of instructors are in urgent need, wishing that the conclusion of this study makes a contribution to nurturing senior sports instructors which is the long-term goal of “Active Aging”.

Effects of Fun Factors Perceived by Screen Golf Users on Exercise Continuation 屏幕高尔夫用户感知乐趣因素对运动延续的影响

In this study, the relationship between the perceived fun factors of screen golf users and the continuation of exercise was identified through statistical analysis. To achieve the goal, screen golf participants in the Seoul metropolitan area were set as subjects for the study. Collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24.0. Conclusions based on the results and discussions derived through analysis are as follows. First, it was found that all sub-factors of fun factors such as health, achievement, and sociality factors were related to tendency factors during exercise. Therefore, efforts to maximize health promotion and stress relief through screen golf participation, information related to the improvement of movement and technology through interworking with applications, and various events are needed. Second, health factors should be related to strengthening during exercise, actively promoting the health promotion effect and stress relief effect of screen golf, and providing a pleasant environment and enjoying screen golf. Third, health and achievement factors were confirmed to have a significant relationship with possibility. It is necessary to systematically present physical development and technology improvement by using data measured while participating in applications and screen golf.

Qualitative study on fighting-style Taekwondo training experience 搏击式跆拳道训练经验的定性研究

The purpose of this study is to investigate the motivation for participation in fighting-style Taekwondo, its pros and cons, and future prospects among trainees who practice fighting-style Taekwondo. The study participants consisted of six trainees from A Taekwondo gym who practice fighting style Taekwondo. Data were collected through in-depth interviews using a semi-structured questionnaire, and the following conclusions were drawn as a result of analysis based on the collected data. First, fighting-style Taekwondo training helps improve awareness of Taekwondo. Second, people who practice fighting-style Taekwondo can see it as a serious leisure activity for people who recognize Taekwondo as a martial art.

Exploring the Experience of Culture and Arts Education using Metaverses 文化艺术教育体验的元境探索

This study explored in-depth the immersion and enjoyment of cultural arts education in a virtual world using a metaverse, the limitations during the experience, and the changes they perceived as a result of this learning process, which were categorized into 6 components and 11 subcomponents. First, the improvement of self-confidence in being able to utilize the metaverse was manifested as growth in the experience of recognizing and applying the metaverse configuration and demonstrating leadership by giving opinions in the creation of the metaverse; second, the cognition that was embodied through the problem-solving process was manifested as problem-solving methods and knowledge acquisition through repeated challenges; and third, The fun and immersion of cultural arts education in the metaverse were derived from personalized expression through customization in the metaverse, fun of collaboration in the collaboration process, flow of time through immersion in the metaverse education, limitations of language expression and organization in using the metaverse, limitations of implementing unified behavior in the metaverse, and poor communication in online classes. Fourth, the sense of reality in the metaverse is the sense of reality in the metaverse, and finally, the differences between face-to-face and metaverse classes resulted in close teaching and collaborative activities such as mentoring.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of the VR teaching simulation used in the physical education department of ‘W’ University and the ‘physical education teaching method’ class. Fifty two students of the Department of Physical Education who participated in the demonstration of VR-based physical education classes were selected as research sunjects, and an IPA survey on the teaching capacity of pre-service physical education teachers was conducted online pre and post the demonstration. The collected data went through a coding process and was analyed using the SPSS 18.0 program. Paired Samples-t-test was conducted to analyze pre-post importance and performance. Effect of 12 weeks Walking Exercise Program on MCP-1, blood lipid in obese women 12周步行运动对肥胖妇女MCP-1、血脂的影响

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 12weeks walking exercise program exercise on MCP-1, blood lipid and % body fat in obese women. Subjects with over 30% body fat were classified into two groups(exercise; n=15, control group; n=15). Blood sample were drawn before and after 12 weeks exercise, MCP-1, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and % body fat, were measured. The exercise protocol was conducted 60 minute/day, 5days a week for 12weeks. The results of this study were as follows. MCP-1, TC, TG, LDL-C and % body fat were significantly reduced in exercise group. HDL-C was significantly increased in exercise group. The present study showed that walking exercise was beneficial for further reduction % body fat and to decrease inflammatory markers.
