The purpose of this study is to investigate the interorganizational relationship between lead sport organization and affiliated sport organizations. In particular, psychological safety as a mediator in the relationship between lead organization’s inclusive leadership and employee’s work stress, well-being, and innovative work behavior. To test this purpose, we collected 250 affiliated sport organization employees from online survey. Structural equation modeling was conducted to test this mediation effect using M-plus7.0. As a result, lead organization’s inclusive leadership positively effects on employees’ psychological safety(H1). Psychological safety positively effects on employees’ low job stress(H2), well-being(H3), and innovative work behavior(H4). There are theoretical and practical contributions of this study that this study investigated the relationship between lead organization’s leadership and affiliated organization employees’ work behavior in sport organization context.

[Purpose] This study aims to analyze the characteristics of exercise intensity according to three positions (Forwards, Midfielder, Defender) for junior female field hockey players utilizing GPS. [Methods] The research analyzed a total of 8 matches played in preparation for the 2023 Asian Junior World Cup, with 19 junior female field hockey players participating. The variables studied were total distance covered (TD, unit: m), low-intensity distance covered (LID, 0-10.9km/h), moderate-(MID, 11-15.9km/h) and high-intensity distance covered (HID, 16km/h), sprint distance (20km/h)and efforts (unit: bouts), and acceleration and deceleration efforts (unit: bouts). One-way analysis of variance was used to validate statistically significant differences in movement by position and exercise intensity. [Results] The study found that, in terms of LID, defenders moved the most compared to forwards and midfielders. However, no significant differences in position were noted for MID, HID, sprint distances, sprint efforts, acceleration and deceleration efforts. [Conclusion] Although these results differ from previous studies, it

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the Pilates program on body composition, growth hormone, insulin-like growth factor-1, calcitonin, and osteocalcin in postmenopausal women aged 50 to 60. A total of 34 middle-aged women in the exercise group (n=17) and the control group (n=17) were exercised three times a week for 12 weeks at an exercise self-awareness of 11-13 (50-70% spare heart rate) for 50 minutes. After calculating the average and standard deviation for the measurement variables, an independent t-test was used to test the physical characteristics of the pre-exercise group and the control group and the difference in the pre and post average values within the group.BR After the Pilates program, the following conclusions were obtained as a result of comparing and analyzing body composition, growth hormone, insulin-like growth factor-1, calcitonin, and osteocalcin. During body composition, body fat rate and skeletal muscle mass had an interactive effect, and growth hormones, insulin-like growth factors-1, and austeo-calcin also had an interactive effect.BR Taking the above results together, it was found that participation in pilates for 12 weeks had a positive effect on body composition, growth hormone, insulin-like growth factor-1, and osteocalcin. Pilates is thought to be an effective exercise that can strengthen muscle strength and reduce body fat, increase mental and physical balance to maintain a healthy body, thereby stimulating hormone secretion to improve the health of middle-aged menopause women.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Sports O2O platform characteristics(information quality, system quality, and service quality), satisfaction, and continuous use intention. This study collected data through a survey of users who had used the sports O2O platform to reveal the relationship between platform characteristics, satisfaction, and intention to continue using. Out of the 347 respondents, 330 were included in the analysis after excluding those who provided incomplete or unreliable responses on 17 survey. This study used demographics analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The analysis of the collected data revealed that the characteristics of the sports O2O platform significantly influence users

This study is a study on the development direction of action cheerleading, which was started on the basis of the cheering culture of Korean universities before and after 1965. The purpose of this study is to find out the perception, sports value and development constraints of college students and field-oriented experts who are participating in physical activities of action cheerleading, to seek the direction of development. For the purpose of the study, a qualitative study was conducted, and the subjects of the study were 10 student members and 10 field-oriented leaders with a lot of professional knowledge and activity experience among Korean university cheerleaders. As for the regions, nine regions were selected and proceeded: Gangwon, Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, Busan, Gyeongbuk, Jeonbuk, Chungbuk, and Chungnam. As for the sampling method, a semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted using purposeful sampling, which is a nonprobability sampling method. The semi-structured questions were modified and supplemented through a pilot test. The harmonized questions were revised and supplemented through a pilot test. The interview contents were transcribed and triangulated, and the results were derived by reading them several times and classifying common contents.BR The results of the study are as follows: First, the common perceptions of university students and experts were ‘enjoyable’, ‘exciting’, and ‘physical health’. Second, the common sports values of university students and experts were ‘cooperation’, ‘cohesion’, and ‘partnership

This study was aimed to investigate impacts of metacognition on sport psychological skills and perceived performance in Korean adolescent football players. In total, 243 adolescent football players were participated in this study. Sport psychological skills (self-confidence, concentration, optimistic attitude, no focusing on result, and enjoyment), perceived performance, metacognition, and self-management were collected using questionnaires. A series of hierarchical multiple regression analyses were performed. Results showed that metacognition positively predicted self-confidence, concentration, optimistic attitude, enjoyment, and perceived performance. However, metacognition did not predict no focusing on result. These findings of this study suggest that coaches may employ meta-cognitive coaching to support psychological strength in regard to sport performances. Further research could usefully explore how specific meta-cognitive strategies affect psychological factors in football players.

This study was conducted to provide basic data for pitcher training and physical strength training by analyzing the effect of high school baseball pitcher’s professional fitness factors on throwing velocity. The subjects of the study were high school baseball pitchers(n=10) and evaluated using the Baseball Athletic Test(BAT). BAT was a field test for baseball pitchers and analyzed body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, leg power, agility, running speed, and throwing velocity, and the following results were derived. First, body composition(height, weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass) did not show a significant correlation with throwing velocity. Second, grip strength showed a significant correlation with pitching speed improvement(R²=.683, p<.05) Third, vertical jump showed a significant correlation with throwing velocity(R²=.754, p<.05). Fourth, 60yd sprint was found to have a statistically significant correlation with throwing velocity((R²=-.766, p<.01). To summarize the above, baseball pitchers showed significant correlations with vertical jump, grip strength, and 60yd sprint. Therefore, leg power, grip strength, and running speed among professional physical fitness factors are judged to be important factors in improving pitcher’s throwing velocity, and are judged to be effective basic data for analyzing and training pitchers’ physical strength in the future.
