This research began with researchers observing students. Many students find it difficult when working on math story problems. So this research needs to be carried out with the aim of analyzing and describing the causes of students' difficulties in solving story problems. Indicators of difficulty in this research include poor understanding of concepts, difficulty in determining steps to solve story problems, and difficulty in converting story problems into mathematical form. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This is because the data analyzed is descriptive data in the form of spoken or written words and behavior or actions that can be observed. Data collection was carried out based on test results containing story questions and interviews with students. The results of the research concluded that students still had difficulty finding problems and determining the steps to be completed in the problem. Apart from that, students are also less careful in solving math story problems.

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika adalah keterampilan menggunakan kegiatan matematika untuk memecahkan masalah dalam pembelajaran maupun kehidupan sehari-hari. Pendekatan problem solving merupakan suatu pendekatan yang membantu Peserta didik untuk menggunakan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang sudah dimiliki untuk diterapkan ke dalam pemecahan masalah yang tidak rutin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pendekatan problem solving untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika Peserta didik. Penelitian ini masih tahap studi pendahuluan dengan subyek peserta didik kelas VIII di salah satu SMP Negeri 1 Sedayu. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner studi awal dan evaluasi kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah matematika. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan oleh Huberman dan Miles (1992). Proses analisis melibatkan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengecekan serta penarikan kesimpulan.. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 34% peserta didik memperoleh nilai di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) dan hanya 18% peserta didik yang masuk ke dalam kategori tinggi dalam kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran problem solving perlu diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah.

The aim of this research was to determine the differences in the results of dribble jumpshoot in basketball extracurricular participants at SMAN 3 Mandau. This type of research is comparative desciptive research. The sample for this research was 20 basketball extracurricular participants at SMAN 3 Mandau. The data collection technique was carried out by looking at the practice of basketball extracurricular participants using the dribble shooting and dribble jumpshoot tests. The results of this study showed that the results of dribble jumpshoot were better than dribble shooting with a known t count of 11,859 > 2,262 an a significant probability of 0,00 < 0,05, then the H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted,therefore there is a significant difference between the results of dribble shooting and dribble jumpshoot in basketball extracurricular participants at SMAN 3 Mandau.

The objectives of this research are (1) to describe the teacher's ability to apply the Team Assisted Individualization type cooperative learning model to improve Indonesian language learning outcomes, (2) to describe students' Indonesian language learning outcomes through the application of the Team Assisted Individualization type cooperative learning model in class VIII students at State Middle Schools. 4 South Makale. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews, tests, field notes and documentation. The results of this research show that 1) the teacher's ability to manage learning using the Team Assisted Individualization type cooperative learning model for students is classified as very good. This can be seen from the overall average score of 4.57 over the three meetings; 2) student learning outcomes increase with the Team Assisted Individualization learning model. This can be seen from the results of the initial test (pre-test) of 25 students, none of whom achieved a KKM score ≥ 70 because they only got an average score of 30.90, while in the final test (post-test) only 3 people did not complete it. of 25 students with an average score of 80.35. Classically and individually, students achieve completeness of the KKM score in the final test after being given treatment compared to the initial test before being given treatment.

The research was conducted as a qualitative type of research. Data collection procedures were carried out using reading techniques, note-taking techniques and documentation techniques. The data analysis method was carried out in four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusions. The results of this research show that communication politeness in electronic print media uses fifteen positive politeness strategies and eight negative politeness strategies. The aim of this research is to find out how students' communication skills during discussions can have an influence on student learning outcomes, as well as knowing student learning outcomes, and to find out the significant influence between teacher communication skills on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMKN 1 Tana Toraja. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with the type of research using a field survey. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is Product moment correlation. The results of this research can be concluded that students' communication skills in the discussion method have a good influence with a percentage of 65% and student learning outcomes are sufficient with a percentage of 35%. There is a significant influence between students' communication skills on learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject class XI SMKN 1 Tana Toraja. Hypothesis testing is as follows: where ro = 0.005 is greater than r table at a significance level of 5% = 0.396, thus Ha is accepted and HO is rejected. This means that the better the students' ability to communicate, the better the grades obtained by students at SMKN 1 Tana Toraja.

A module is a type of teaching material that is packaged completely and systematically. MAN 1 Solok Selatan already has teaching materials, namely textbooks. In terms of the availability of textbooks at the school, it is not sufficient for the number of students, so not all students can borrow textbooks. There are shortcomings in the package book, namely that the material in the book is still minimal, as well as a lack of pictures of plant tissue. This research aims to produce a module on tissue material in plants for class XI. IPA MAN 1 Solok Selatan which is very valid and very practical. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year in class XI. IPA at MAN 1 Solok Selatan. This research is development research using a 4-D model which includes 4 stages, namely the define, design, develop and disseminate stages. This research was only carried out at the develop stage, namely validity testing. In the define stage, front end analysis is carried out (using questionnaires and interviews), student analysis, and task analysis starting from content structure analysis, concept analysis and learning objective analysis. The design stage is carried out by designing modules. In the develop stage, a validity test was carried out by filling out a questionnaire by 2 lecturers and 1 Biology teacher. Data were analyzed using percentage techniques and processed using descriptive analysis. The validity results by lecturers and teachers obtained an average of 91.81% with very valid criteria. It can be concluded that the module on plant tissue material for class XI IPA MAN 1 South Solok that was developed is very valid.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis dampak beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru Bahasa Indonesia SMPN di Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji instrumen, uji reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji t (uji parsial), uji F (uji simultan), dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan software SPSS 26.2023 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji instrumen, uji reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji t (uji parsial), uji F (uji simultan), dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan software SPSS 26.2023 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The aim of this research is to explain the form and meaning of dysphemism expressions in content created by gamers on YouTube social media channels and to explain the impact of the use of dysphemism on the implications of character education. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection procedures were carried out using tapping, note-taking and documentation techniques. The data analysis method used in this research uses descriptive analysis techniques with the triangulation method. The research results found in this study concluded that the use of dysphemism by game content creators on their YouTube channels contained five types of dysphemism expressions including; (a) the use of taboo terms, such as words that cannot be said, taboos, or prohibitions; (b) obscene cursing and swearing; (c) comparison of humans with animals; (d) nicknames or greetings related to human physical characteristics; and (e) terms of ridicule and disrespect towards someone. Meanwhile, the impact of dysphemism on character education in this research is in the form of; (1) Violation of religious values; (2) violation of the value of love of peace; (3) violation of the value of responsibility.

The aim of this research is to describe the influence of applying an ethnopedagogy approach in Indonesian language learning on improving student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 4 Sesean Satap. The research was carried out using an experimental method. Data collection procedures were carried out using observation, tests, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this research is a quantitative data analysis technique using a simple linear regression test. The results of this research indicate that the application of an ethnopedagogical approach in learning Indonesian has a positive effect on improving student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 4 Sesean Satap. This is proven by the hypothesis test (t test) where the value is 0.00 <0.05 and the t value is 7.623> t table 1.693. These results are in accordance with the respondents' answers to the questionnaire who chose the answers strongly agree and agree.
