Based on the codes of the MTM time measurement method and the GSD predictability time system, the study also gave some codes to build the time standard for assembling the back pocket and the waistband according to the traditional sewing processes (TSP). Then, combined with information about modern sewing equipment and time study, the research came up with several modern sewing processes (MSP) to replace TSP. The research results showed that when processing the back pocket using the back pocket hemming machine and the automatic back pocket setter machine, the ironing stage was eliminated, time-saving up to 73.5% and decreased to 66.66% of the number of operations compared to TSP; using the Kansai waistband sewing machine in combination with the folder saved time up to 65.15%; using the belt loop attaching machine saved time up to 66.7%; using the programming machine (to attach the leather label to Jeans) saved time up to 22.7% compared to TSP.

The purpose of this study was to determine How faculty Development Program affected the organizational commitment and adaptive performance of faculty members among selected private Higher Educational Institutions in General Santos City. The overarching objective of the program was to develop an intervention designed to yield an intervention program that will help increase if not sustain the above-variables of the study. The research utilized an adapted 4-part questionnaire to assess 104 faculty members, investigating the impact of Faculty Development Programs (FDP) on organizational commitment and adaptive performance. Employing a descriptive-correlational research design, the study employed the Input-Process-Output (IPO) paradigm to thoroughly analyze each variable, supported by a comprehensive review of related literature. Statistical analysis including frequency counts, percentages, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson r revealed that FDP positively influenced professional development, teaching skills, leadership, classroom management, knowledge and skills, and organizational participation. Respondents demonstrated moderate affective commitment, high continuance commitment, and moderate normative commitment, alongside adaptive behaviors in handling emergencies, managing work stress, problem-solving, and interpersonal, cultural, and physical adaptability. Based on these findings, a recommended intervention program in the form of a training workshop aims to further enhance faculty development.

Students Team Achievement Division model of cooperative learning was employed to examine its effect on the learning outcome of students in the concept of nomenclature of hydrocarbons. Forty-one (41) students were purposively sampled for the study. The study employed an action research design. Pre and post-intervention tests were conducted before and after the intervention respectively to determine the effect of the intervention on students’ learning outcome. The findings from the study showed that the STAD model of cooperative learning significantly improved learning outcome of the students in nomenclature of hydrocarbons. The study concluded that STAD model of cooperative learning was an effective learning model for improving students’ learning outcome. The STAD model of cooperative learning provided conducive environment for active participation of learners resulting in meaning construction of knowledge. The intervention provided opportunities for developing analytical and critical thinking skills. The study therefore recommended the use of STAD model of cooperative learning for students owing to its effectiveness in improving learning outcome.

Motivation works differently among employees in an organisation. While it is generally acceptable that monetary incentive is preferable among employees but there is a debate regarding non–financial incentives such as recognition on whether they impact employee performance. This study examined the impact of recognition on employees` performance in the manufacturing industries in Tanzania by using a case of Tanga Cement Company. In conducting this study, the researchers employed a descriptive research design. Furthermore, a simple random sampling method was used to select 50 respondents which enabled the collection of quantitative data through the use of questionnaires. In analysis, the study employed descriptive and inferential statistics to analyse the data with the aid of the Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS). The study found that media representation boosts employees' desire to perform better, highlighting the importance of visibility and validation. Personal recognition fosters enhanced dedication, aligning with motivation theories. Receipt of recognition letters validates hard work, increasing job satisfaction and loyalty. Recognition programmes also lift employees' morale, influencing productivity and teamwork. Public recognition fosters commitment, and positive perceptions of work, workplace, and colleagues are crucial for a positive work environment. Furthermore, verbal appreciation from supervisors and co-workers is the most impactful form of recognition, as it is immediate and personal. Receiving a recognition certificate is also significant, as formal acknowledgement can enhance employees' work performance. The study recommends that implementing media representation strategies, establishing recognition programmes, and utilising tangible tokens of appreciation can be the best strategies to boost employee performance. This creates a positive work environment, enhances dedication, and boosts productivity by reinforcing appreciation and acknowledgement.

Organisations recognise that human resource information systems improve HR efficiency and, hence, organisational effectiveness. This has increased the adaptability of these systems, but methods of quantifying their efficiency are challenging. Given the time and expense associated with HRIS deployment, organisations must justify this commitment. Therefore, this study sought to assess the effectiveness of HRIS personnel records management on the performance of higher learning institutions, in the case of the Tengeru Institute of Community Development. The researchers employed a descriptive research design in the course of conducting the research. The population of this research consisted of all employees of all departments of TICD. The researchers used simple random sampling to select respondents. Both primary data and secondary data were collected for the study. Data were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics with SPSS version 26.0. Findings revealed a significant relationship between HRIS personnel records and TICD performance. The majority of respondents agreed that human information systems (HRIS) can track employee movement and improve information dissemination. HRIS is effective in meeting strategic goals and enabling employees to meet expectations. Implementation has reduced work duplication and improved employee performance. HRIS personnel records management is useful for keeping correspondence records and maintaining leave records. The composite mean of 3.5 indicates that HRIS personnel records management significantly affects the performance of TICD. The study recommends that the Tanzanian government should integrate Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) into its all-HR management processes to enhance operational effectiveness, reduce work duplication, and improve personnel records management. Investing in employee training and change management strategies will maximise HRIS benefits and enhance organisational performance.

The transformation of online learning during the pandemic raises complex challenges for lecturers. This has an impact on dissatisfaction from both lecturers and students. In addition, the transformation of organizational culture puts additional pressure on lecturer performance, making the leadership role very important in managing workload and providing flexibility. This research aims to investigate the role of job satisfaction as a mediator in connecting the influence of leadership and organizational culture on the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahasaraswati University, Denpasar during the pandemic. The population in this study were 60 permanent lecturers at the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahasaraswati University. The data collection method in this research is through interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. This research uses SEM PLS as a data analysis technique. The results of this research show that: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, (3) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on lecturer job satisfaction, (4) Organizational culture has an effect positive and significant on lecturer job satisfaction. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, (6) Job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership on lecturer performance, (7) Job satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational culture on lecturer performance.

This article investigates the significance of communication ethics in shaping the leadership dynamics among OSIS (Organization of Islamic Students) administrators within educational institutions. Through empirical analysis, it is revealed that adherence to communication ethics profoundly influences the effectiveness of OSIS administrators, facilitating smooth execution of diverse OSIS activities and fostering strong interpersonal bonds among administrators and members alike. Moreover, the integration of communication ethics fosters harmonious collaboration between OSIS supervisors, teachers, parents, and administrators, thereby cultivating a conducive environment for organizational growth and development. Furthermore, the application of communication ethics within the leadership framework of OSIS administration augments administrators' cognitive capacities, skill sets, and overall achievements, both academically and in extracurricular endeavors. This study underscores the pivotal role of communication ethics in enhancing leadership efficacy and fostering holistic development within the OSIS management milieu.

Through empirical analysis, it is revealed that adherence to communication ethics profoundly influences the effectiveness of OSIS administrators, facilitating smooth execution of diverse OSIS activities and fostering strong interpersonal bonds among administrators and members alike. Moreover, the integration of communication ethics fosters harmonious collaboration between OSIS supervisors, teachers, parents, and administrators, thereby cultivating a conducive environment for organizational growth and development. Furthermore, the application of communication ethics within the leadership framework of OSIS administration augments administrators' cognitive capacities, skill sets, and overall achievements, both academically and in extracurricular endeavors. Work-Family Conflict (WFC) is a prevalent challenge in modern workplaces, significantly impacting employee well-being. This study explores WFC dynamics and their effects on professional gratification and life satisfaction among Nyamasheke, Rwanda, employees. Investigating the interplay of work and family stressors, the study finds WFC insignificantly influences job and life satisfaction. The model used to understand the relationship between job and life satisfaction lacks efficacy, emphasizing the need for further context-specific exploration. Implications highlight the necessity for future studies to delve into unexplored facets of WFC, especially its connection with self-efficacy. The findings advocate for targeted employer policies addressing WFC challenges. The study recommends expanding research to diverse Nyamasheke groups for a comprehensive understanding of work-family dynamics. This pursuit of knowledge informs interventions and policies to enhance employee well-being amid the pervasive challenges of work-family conflict.

This research aims to see the Distribution and Promotion effect on Customer Satisfaction and its impact on Customer Loyalty of Nestle Indonesia company in Aceh Besar. The population was all customers of Nestle Indonesia in Aceh Besar Regency. Samples were determined based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using the formula 10 times the number of indicator variables, totaling 18 indicators used, totaling 180 samples. Data were processed using SEM. The results show that Distribution influences Customer Satisfaction, Promotion influences Customer Satisfaction, Distribution influences customer loyalty, Promotion influences Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction influences Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction mediates the Distribution effect on Customer Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction mediates the Promotion effect on Customer Loyalty. These findings explain the presence of Distribution and Promotion variables which can have an impact on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Interestingly, partial mediation plays a role in customer satisfaction, so distribution and promotion can influence customer loyalty both directly and indirectly. This premise can be developed by adding new variables in further research.
