Aikido relies on a historical hierarchy, while capoeira lacks such structure despite strict technical standards. Both arts, non-competitive in adulthood, focus on recreational practice for joint mobility and maintaining physical well-being.

Using of innovative methods during swimming lessons summary 在游泳课上使用创新方法总结

The article offers theoretical and practical material on teaching swimming using innovative technologies during physical classes. In the modern scientific field, various concepts of swimming training have been developed, including holistic-separate, sequential, sequential-parallel and accelerated models, as well as those that use support and technical means. Within these models, different teaching methods and strategies are used, focused on specific pedagogical tasks and audience characteristics. Swimming is considered as a complex skill that requires the separate development of each swimming element: holding your breath, diving, surfacing, lying down, sliding, hand work, leg work, proper breathing. For ego acquisition, the method of repeated repetition of swimming exercises in water is used, which is a combination of studied exercises. Mastering a wide range of swimming movements in all types of swimming, from elementary to sports and elements of applied swimming, initially facilitates the choice of a simpler method, which facilitates the further study of others. In classes, not only standard, but also modular equipment should be used. This approach allows you to reduce the time needed to master swimming skills. The use of innovative technologies in the process of learning to swim contributes to the formation of interest in a healthy lifestyle, increases the level of swimming readiness and functional capabilities of the body. Swimming lessons are innovative in nature and are designed to develop skills that allow you to stay afloat in non-standard situations of everyday life. The article examines and summarizes data on the use of modern innovative methods and technologies of teaching swimming. When introducing innovative technologies into the process of learning to swim, it is necessary to adhere to such technological criteria as efficiency, systematicity, structuredness, scientificity, and procedurality. Innovative methods of teaching swimming include modern approaches and technologies that are designed to facilitate and improve the process of learning this skill. Similar methods can be gradually introduced into the process of physical education.

Optimization of pedagogical control of educational achievements of school students in the process of studying martial arts 在武术学习过程中优化对在校学生教育成果的教学管理

The paper discusses the problem of using the best movement tests in the physical education of schoolchildren in martial arts, which makes it possible to bring the educational process of Ukraine closer to European standards. Studies have shown that a confident, reliable restructuring of motor skills is possible only when the object of influence is not the executive, but the orienting part of the action [1-12]. Assessment of the quality of assimilation of the action at the final stage of training sums up the learning process as a whole: all the main characteristics of the action and the quality of the product of the action are taken into account. The accuracy of solving a motor problem is determined by the indicators of its efficiency, economy, and biomechanical expediency. The stability of the effect is estimated by the average result in a series of attempts. The degree of generalization is estimated by the indicators of accuracy and stability under various changes in individual conditions of the motor task, which do not change its essence. The automaticity of motor action is assessed by accuracy, stability and generalization when switching attention to the solution of related tasks: mentally orienting and motor – performing and correcting, as well as tasks that are not directly related to the action being performed. The final assessment of the quality of assimilation of the motor action that is being studied depends on the level of its assimilation [1; 6; 9; 11].

State of professional readiness of the future physical education teachers 未来体育教师的专业准备状况

The current state of training of students of the faculties of physical education and sports requires modernization and improvement of the training process of future physical education teachers in secondary schools. The problem of forming the professional readiness of teachers is currently in the center of attention of the Ukrainian education sphere. Professional training of physical education teachers must meet the requirements of the methodology of modern science; organically fit into the general theory of the culture of the individual and society; to enable students to identify and solve philosophical, cultural, sociological, psychological and pedagogical problems. The purpose of the work is to determine the professional readiness of future physical education teachers to work in a secondary school. The research methodology is based on the theoretical and scientific-methodical levels of the main provisions of pedagogy and psychology, theory and methodology of physical education and professional education, laws and principles of the educational process in the field of physical culture and sports. Scientific methods were used in the research: analysis of literary sources, pedagogical observation, interview, questionnaire, assessment of professional readiness. The research was conducted at Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University in 2021–2023, in which students of the third and fourth years (84 persons) of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports took part. Scientific novelty. The acquired professional knowledge, skills and abilities at the level of the latest achievements of psychological-pedagogical, anatomical-physiological disciplines and a high level of physical and methodical preparation in the field of physical culture and sports are the basis of the successful activity of the future physical education teacher. Conclusions. It was established that 17.6% of third-year students had a high level of professional readiness, 50.9% had an average level and 31.5% had a low level. The fourth-year students showed better knowledge, abilities and skills, their professional training, and accordingly, their professional competences are higher: 23.8% have a high level of professional training, 51.8% - average, and only 24.4% - low.

The state of physical readiness of the students of higher education institutions to the defense of Ukraine 乌克兰国防高等院校学生的身体状况

The article reveals the theoretical issues of patriotic upbringing and physical readiness of students of educational institutions to defend the state. It was revealed that modern realities led to intensify the search for an effective content of the educational process in physical education, the introduction of physical culture, health and applied technologies to increase the level of physical fitness and mastery of military-applied physical skills and abilities by students of higher education institutions. The purpose of the article is to study the state of physical preparedness of students of higher education institutions to protect the national sovereignty and integrity of Ukraine. Physical readiness refers to the student's physical condition which allows him to perform physical exercises and overcome obstacles that may be encountered in accordance with the requirements of the military task. Departments of physical education should ensure the proper physical readiness of students for life and military service in higher education institutions. Currently, the level of physical preparedness of students of higher education institutions does not meet the requirements for conscripts in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Studies have confirmed that only 7.0% of first-year students have a high level of physical preparedness, these are as a rule athletes who have a high qualification or those who systematically do physical exercises, visit gyms or physical culture and health centers. 24.0% of students are classified as average, 37.2% as low and 31.8% as poor respectively. It can be assumed that 69.0% of the first-year students who have just entered the university are not ready to defend the Motherland in terms of physical preparedness. The system of physical education in higher education institutions of Ukraine needs a fundamental restructuring and restoration.

The article analyzes archival funds and primary sources to establish the peculiarities of the activities of the Ukrainian diaspora in Italy on the eve of the 1960 Olympic Games. Correspondence between Osip Zinkevich and Vasyl Fedorovych regarding the participation of Ukrainian athletes separately from the USSR in the Olympic Games in Rome was revealed. It was found that the Ukrainian Olympic Committee was active on the eve and during the Olympic Games, distributing memorandums to the International Olympic Committee, National Olympic Committees, International Sports Federations, etc., printing newsletters, opening an information bureau in Rome. The activities of the information bureau of the Ukrainian Olympic Committee contributed to the distribution in Ukrainian and English of the newsletter «For the participation of Ukraine in the Olympic Games», the organization of a press conference in Rome for the foreign press, the organization of an exhibition of Ukrainian publications in the countries of the free world, the establishment of contacts with Ukrainian (Soviet) athletes , re-presenting the issue of Ukraine's participation in the Olympic Games at the Rome session of the IOC, promoting the Olympic idea among the Ukrainian community in Ukraine and abroad, publishing the book «Ukrainian Olympic Champions» in English. The article examines the peculiarities of the selection and sports orientation of basketball players who are at the stage of preparation for higher achievements. It is pointed out the importance of using a multi-component assessment of players' potential and the need for a comprehensive consideration of the strengths and weaknesses of each athlete when making the final selection decision. The results of an expert survey on the priority importance of key readiness factors for the selection of young basketball players aged 18-20 years in highly qualified teams are given. For field players, who are focused on the position of a point guard, the indicators characterizing the effectiveness of competitive activity – 31,3%, the level of physical preparation – 24,3%, and the manifestation of psychological and psychophysiological capabilities – 25,4% received the greatest significance. For "shooting guardians" - efficiency of competitive activity – 30,7% and level of physical preparation – 25,7%, for "small forwards" - efficiency of competitive activity – 30,7% and morphological data – 28,6%, for "power forward" - morphological data - 37.9% and efficiency of competitive activity – 23,4%, for the center – morphological data – 44,5% and efficiency of competitive activity – 19,8%.

The authors of the article justified the rank structure of factors that determine the effectiveness of the process of synchronization of technical and physical training of swimmers at the stage of preliminary basic training. The aim of the study to highlight the main factors that affect the effectiveness of the process of synchronization of technical and physical training of swimmers at the stage of preliminary basic training. The materials and methods served as an analysis and generalization of data from scientific and methodological and special literature; sociological research (questionnaire); mathematical statistics. The results. The structure of factors that determine the effectiveness of the process of synchronizing technical and physical training of swimmers at the stage of preliminary basic training are: compliance of the level of physical training with the main hydrodynamic parameters of swimming technique; the predominant focus of the training process on improving the technical features of the chosen swimming method; the influence of the level of development of special physical qualities on the effectiveness of the implementation of technical mastery Less significant factors are: conformity of the means of forming technical and physical readiness to the peculiarities of the age-related development of the organism of young swimmers; stability of technical characteristics to the influence of competitive load in the selected swimming method; the presence of a functional base for the prospective implementation of individual swimming techniques. Conclusions. The identified factors affect the effectiveness of the process of synchronizing technical and physical training of young swimmers. They are the methodological basis for the development of pedagogical technology that regulates the adaptive processes of the body of young swimmers at the stage of basic sports specialization. Accounting for these factors is necessary for the development of a training program for the formation of integral readiness of athletes for competitive activities.
