___________________________________________________________________ Sukses mengelola rumah makan tidaklah mudah terbukti banyak usaha rumah makan yang tidak mampu bertahan lama, untuk itu diperlukan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi pemilik rumah makan. Sikap dan perilaku yang mengandung nilai-nilai kewirausahaan (percaya diri dan optimis, berorientasi pada tugas dan hasil, berani mengambil resiko kepemimpinan, keorisinalitasan, dan orientasi pada masa depan) perlu dimiliki oleh pengusaha yang ingin sukses. Salah satu contoh pengusaha sukses adalah pemilik rumah makan Pringsewu Group dengan 16 cabang rumah makan yang tersebar di Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Barat. Selain omset penjualan yang mencapai ratusan juta rupiah setiap bulan, usaha ini juga telah banyak meraih penghargaan berkat kreativitas pemilik rumah makan. Untuk mengetahui berapa besar nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dalam mempengaruhi jiwa kewirausahaan pemilik rumah makan merupakan tujuan penelitian ini. Penelitian dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 71 karyawan Pringsewu di wilayah Tegal. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa sikap yang dominan mempengaruhi jiwa kewirausahaan pemilik rumah makan Pringsewu Group adalah sikap percaya diri dan optimis yaitu sebesar 34,1%. Urutan selanjutnya adalah 31,7% untuk kepemimpinan, 27,3% keorisinalitasan, 23,8% berani mengambil resiko, 23,1% sikap orientasi ke masa depan, dan terakhir 20,1% adalah sikap borientasi pada tugas dan hasil. Untuk meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan melalui sikap beroreintasi pada tugas dan hasil pemilik rumah makan dituntut lebih semangat lagi dalam bekerja, berinisiatif untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas dan prestasi. Business performance can be viewed as a concept used to measure the success extent of business management influenced by entrepreneurship orientation, market orientation, business innovation, and competitive advantage. The objective of the research is to analyze and describe the influences among the tested variables directly and indirectly. The research methods used quantitative methods with path analysis. The subjects of the study are SMEs Convection in Kudus Regency.The results of the study (1) There is positive significant influence of entrepreneurship orientation to business performance directly and indirectly through competitive advantage (2) There is positive significant influence of market orientation to business performance directly and indirectly through competitive advantage (3) There is positive significant influence of business innovation on business performance directly and indirectly through competitive advantage (4) There is positive significant influence of competitive advantage on business performance. It is suggested for future research generalize the performance of SMEs more broadly, can be done cross-district. Also that SMEs should keep control of organizational behavior with the theory of planned behavior, more attention to innovation business aspects, utilize information technology for knowledge exchange with other SMEs. It is recommended to use the questionnaire with interviews and observation of business activities.

Kinerja Pemasaran adalah merupakan ukuran prestasi yang diperoleh dari aktifitas proses pemasaran secara menyeluruh dari sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi. Selain itu, kinerja pemasaran juga dapat dipandang sebagai sebuah konsep yang digunakan untuk mengukur sampai sejauh mana prestasi pasar yang telah dicapai oleh suatu produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan yang dipengaruhi oleh orientasi pasar, inovasi ,orientansi kewirausahaan dan keunggulan bersaing. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh orientasi pasar, inovasi, orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing serta menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Metode penelitian meggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur yang diolah menggunakan SPSS. Subjek penelitian ini adalah UKM Sentral batik Trusmi di Kabupaten Cirebon dengan sampel sebanyak 147 responden. Metode Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) orientansi pasar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing sebesar 14,92%,(2) inovasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing sebesar 8,23%,(3) orientansi kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing sebesar 18,00 % dan (4) keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran sebesar 10,89 %. The purpose of this research is to analyze the efficiency level of organic vegetable farming technique in Batang Regency. Twenty seven organic vegetable farmers were taken as samples with saturated samples (census). Stochastic frontier production function has been used to analyze data with the help of frontier 4.1 software. The results of this research indicate that the Efficiency level of organic vegetable farming production in Batang Regency has not been so efficient that there is still a chance to increase the production of organic vegetables. Land area and the use of manure are proved to significantly affect the production of organic vegetables in Batang Regency. Seeds, labor and organic pesticides have no significant effect on the production of organic vegetables in Batang Regency. To increase the efficiency of organic vegetable production in Batang Regency, it is necessary to have the role of stakeholders to provide socialization, mentoring, and facilitation in organic vegetable farming.

To improve competitiveness of globalization is required to improve the quality of middle-educated human resources. Students of Vocational High School are equipped with entrepreneurship education to increase their knowledge and entrepreneurship skills through teaching factory. This study aims to (1) analyze the characteristics of teaching factory in Vocational High School, (2) to analyze teaching factory that has been run in Vocational High School Negeri 2 Kendal and entrepreneurship value who obtained by students, (3) formulate ideal teaching factory to improve entrepreneurship education of Vocational High School students in Kendal. This research uses qualitative method in the implementation of teaching factory program at Vocational High School Negeri 2 Kendal. The validity data done by triangulation with the source.The results showed that teaching factory in Vocational High School Negeri 2 Kendal, started from planning by teachers, production process until marketing of their products. The implementation of teaching factory can improve entrepreneurship education students of Vocational High School Negeri 2 Kendal. In the planning of students learning to oriented tasks and results. In the production process students learn to be responsible, disciplined, confident, dare to take risks, independence, cooperation. In facilitation students learn open to technology. In marketing students learn to be honest, passionate, hard work, confident, able to overcome difficulties / problems, able to see opportunities and like challenges. In the evaluation students learning to open receive input, criticism and advice from outside. The implementation of teaching factory at Vocational High School Negeri 2 Kendal, there is cooperation with government, parents, business world and industry, alumni, society and other education units. The financing of teaching factory activities comes from government grants. Additional capital got from the profit of sales products, which are divided by a certain percentage.Teaching factory ideal supported by the partnership, mentoring and financing. The educated unemployment in Indonesia caused by some factors such as the lack of knowledge and skill or soft skill as well as lack of job training so that the graduates become unemployment who do not have readiness to work. The purpose of the study is to know and analyze the influence of enterpreneurship knowledge, soft skill and job training to job readiness. The method used the survey, description, and correlation. Students of SMK Karya Bhakti grade eleventh. The sample of the research is 80 respondents by using proportional random sampling. The method of data collecting is by using quesionnaires. The data are analyzed by using linier regression. The result of the research shows that there is an influence of enterpreneurship knowledge to job readiness, partially obtained value of 6.484, the effect of soft skill on the job readiness is 1.498, and the influence of job training to job readiness partially obtained value of 2.205. simultaneously the influence of enterpreneurship knowledge, soft skill, job training on job readiness based on F test obtained value 17.330

Research objectives to find out and analyze the factors that hinder student's learning difficulties Papua grantee LPMAK on economic subjects. This research is descriptive research approach to mix method. The subject in this study is the whole student scholarship recipients Papua LPMAK totaled 52 students. Data collection is done with the now, interview and documentation. Data analysis was done with the analysis of factors and descriptive data analysis. The results showed there is a dominant factor that inhibits student learning difficulties Papua grantee LPMAK in Semarang City: Factors of mass media and the social environment, the use of mass media overload causing trouble Learning (learning difficulty) students. One of the government's efforts to overcome the problem of education is by organizing PPG-SM3T program. This study aims to determine whether motivation factors, parents’ support, emotional intelligence and career planning affect the interest to follow PPG-SM3T on UNNES Economic Education students either jointly or partially. The population of this study are all students of Economic Education UNNES year 2013 which amounted to 440 students, with a total sample of 82 students. The sampling technique used is Cluster Proportional Random Sampling. Before the instrument was used for data retrieval, an instrument test was performed on 30 students. Data collection method used is questionnaire. Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis. The results showed that there is influence of motivation, parent support, emotional intelligence and career planning interested to follow PPG-SM3T of 97.60%. While the motivation to be a teacher influence on the interest to follow the PPG-SM3T of 49.42%. Parents’ support affects interest in following the PPG-SM3T by 41.09%. Emotional Intelligence affects interest to follow PPG-SM3T as much as 5.80% and career planning has an effect on interest in following PPG-SM3T of 8.94%.

Dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) models have become the workhorse of modern macroeconomics and the standard way to communicate ideas among applied macroeconomists. Undergraduate students, however, often remain unaware of their existence. The lack of specialized knowledge can hurt them if they decide to attend graduate school. Indeed, many first-year PhD students discover that the material they are currently learning differs significantly from what they mastered in college. But this can change. In this essay, I describe how to teach a full-fledged macroeconomics course where DSGE models take center stage. I discuss how to arrange such a course within a one-semester time frame, detail the main components of instruction, and finish with some thoughts based on my teaching experience at Macalester College.

Niat (Intensi) berwirausaha merupakan kebulatan tekad seseorang untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha atau untuk berwirausaha. . Menurut teori planned behaviour, salah satu pembentuk intensi berwirausaha seseorang adalah sikap yaitu suatu kecenderungan untuk bereaksi secara afektif dalam menanggapi risiko yang akan dihadapi dalam bisnis yang nantinya akan membentuk intensi seseorang untuk menjadi wirausaha. Intensi juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain Need for achievement dan locus of control. Kedua faktor ini merupakan faktor pendorong psikologis dan karakteristik yang kuat di belakang tindakan seseorang dan telah lama dikenal sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku entrepreneurial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Need for achivment dan Locus of control terhadap Intensi berwirausaha baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui sikap sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri se Kota Semarang dengan sampel berjumlah 370 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Need for achivment berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 21,9% (2) Locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 30,8% (3) Sikap berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 7,5% (4) Need for achivment berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap sebesar 33,6% (5) Locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap sebesar 22,7%.
